Even though it was a rainy weekend the staff went above and beyond to make sure there were activities and the kids had fun! They were AWESOME!

From the front office personnel, who are terrific, to our very picture perfect site, our stay was extremely enjoyable. A well organized KOA and very well kept grounds. As the falling leaves blanketed our site, someone came out to use a leaf blower to clear it off. Now, that's service! We had NO issues with power, water, or cable. I would rate this KOA a 10+ if your rating system when up higher.

We came in on Sept 29. Very nice woman came out and "escorted" us to our spot, which was perfect. Electric, sewer and water were available and there was enough room for two vehicles. Roadways were easily navigable. The gated aspect (which includes a card to enter) is a great idea. When you leave, you just drop the card in the "drop box. The campground was well tended. No complaints!

Every one is very nice and helpful. John Murray was a huge help when our converter failed, he's amazing! The campground is very beautiful and clean, people who stay are very friendly.

This park was OK. The desk-clerk was very friendly. Our golf cart host was very friendly. The park did not feel like a Holiday. It did not look like it had been taken care of.

Great location (views of the lake) with friendly and helpful staff. Nice arrangement of spots with variety among tree-shaded and open. Met welcoming and friendly campers. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Very nice, clean campground. People pleasant. Shower heads terrible. Could smell pot being smoked in the evening, that is a problem for families that do not want that exposure. That is why I would be hesitant to recommend campground to young families. Easy access to campground and to local area.

Chautauqua Lake KOA is a clean campground with nice roomy sites. We stayed at site X06. Nice view. Very friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome!

Friendly staff that was well organized and very approachable throughout our stay. The sites were large and very well groomed and clean. The only items of issue were that the sites were very unlevel and the stoned. The stone and gravel got into all of our rugs an is very hard to clean.

The campgrounds were nice and the people were friendly, but the traffic was a lot faster than 5mi. / hour. It seemed like as soon as the cars hit the back section they speed up.

My only comment is that the dog park needs a sturdier fence and a double entry gate. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were there 4 nights in a 5th wheel.

Check in was the easiest. I like how they send u texts of activities that are going on in the campground. We enjoyed our stay.

Well kept campground, large sites , pool, full hook ups, close to lake. Nice little towns all around area.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
