It was very nice a lot of improvements from the last time we stayed a few years back and the people are very friendly it was also nice getting checked in right at our vehicle

Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. Even with the water issues when we stayed there, the communication was on point and we didn’t have any issues. I would recommend fixing the pool and working on the playground area at the front of the park though. Needs some TLC.

It was a wonderful stay. Very nice clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the overnighter that was like a hotel room. You were nice enough to supply an outdoor grill for us to cook on while we were there and it was perfect. Our friends had their RV's in the Park and we drove over (wasn't that far away but my wife is handicapped. We could have rented a Golf cart .

Large sites, well groomed. Clean bath house. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this KOA to friends.

We love this KOA, but a series of relatively minor annoyances added up to disappointment: an issue getting our firewood delivered, restrooms being out of paper products frequently, water and power outages, the pool being closed for maintenance for multiple days, and it seems that the store closes earlier now. It was packed, and available restrooms were sometimes hard to come by.

The Camping section, site L07 left much to be desired. The whole area could use some general improvements in the wasy of better/level parking areas. Our site ended up to far away from the electric box, so we needed a longer extension cord. We were offered another site but the parking area wasn't level, so not suitable for uys.

Very nice site with the patio. Easy checkin and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 is the showers were challenging with the water saving making you press the button every minute or so to keep the water on and the location of the shower head were hard to adjust.

Smooth checking- we arrived after 5 pm and our check-in details were readily available near the office. Our stay in our safari tent was comfy. Fresh linens, access to pots/pans/cleaning supplies were made available! iked the kitchen nearby, as well as the lawn games available. Lake Chatauqua was beautiful at night. We saw a striking sunset. Thank you for an awesome stay! Will definitely recommend!

Pool was a disappointment. Bathrooms were not cleaned on Saturday...no soap in one of them all week.

It was a decent stay. The site definitely didn’t have a grass pad for the tent. But it was a large and private site. The help was very responsive so we appreciated that.

The pool is only 3 feet deep and outdated. The bathroom shower drained water very slowly. Two out of four bathrooms were locked for an entire day for no reason. The water became undrinkable due to excess harmful bacteria.

Enjoyed our three night stay. Campground was well taken care of, and staff was very friendly. Look forward to camping here again.

This is was my second stay at Chautauqua Lake KOA. Last year as a tenter, and this year with an RV. Friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities, nice dog parks, and nice sites. Hope to return again.

The stay was with very hot weather, but we were comfortable with the KOA amenities provided, and there were no power outages.

Campground was clean. Our site was very hard to get into. It took a lot of maneuvering. The girl helping us didn’t have a clue on how to get a camper into the site. Too many seasonal sites.

Friendly helpful staff. The grounds are well kept and pads are level. Peek through the trees and see a view of the lake. Lots of seasonal folks and quite a few tiny houses. Didn't use the bathrooms or showers but based on everything else I'm sure they are clean. Garbage picked up daily. Roads are either asphalt or stone. Chatauqua Institute just minutes away. I would recommend it.

Swimming pool was a hit with the kids! We enjoyed being able to rent a golf cart on site. Had a blast in the golf cart parade! Every employee we met, including the manager, was so fun, kind, and helpful. The few issues that arose were promptly handled with care. All of the employees made sure that we had everything we needed in our cabin & took care to go above and beyond. Thank you!

We love it here. The view is great, the staff is great. It's just a nice, peaceful and very well cared for campground.

On the second day of vacation my door handle came apart so I couldn't open the door from inside without a screw driver. Anthony picked me up in the golf cart and took me up to the workshop to find the right washer and screw to fix the handle. Great place, great folks.

One thing that could be better is the dusty roads. Also the sites could use a little leveling. Seem to be rutted and uneven.

We had an awesome time! First time staying at a KOA. I was very impressed at the activities and meals offered at the kampground. Our grandchildren are already asking when we are going back! Can’t think of a better way to spend Fathers Day!

Another great stay at Chautauqua KOA. Quiet and well kept with large sites. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This was our third trip here and we will be back next year.

Great stay in the cabins and gamper tents for our bicycle group. The community kitchen also made the stay very pleasant, especially for the meal preparers.

First off I LOVE KOA. We pulled in here after a horrible time trying to fit our huge rig in a state park. With nowhere to go we called and confirmed a spot through Andrea. A beautiful piece of paradise. Kelly helped us arrange for 3 nights while we met alot of guests enjoying father's day weekend and the seasonals. IT FELT LIKE HOME. We will definitely be back. Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
