We are glad we had a smaller RV and a site under trees close to the office. Our stay would not have been as enjoyable if we had been in the lower sections without trees. We were disappointed that the pool depth was only three feet. This was the only opportunity during our trip to swim, which was difficult due to the depth.

I had ridden my bike over 50 miles that day and had a campsite booked. When I checked in, Sandra immediately offered me a bottle of ice cold water and made me feel so welcome! Sandra and Gary were also so nice when I upgraded to a canvas tent after I realized it was going to rain. They were just so incredibly kind and friendly!

Very nice and clean campground. My only issue is that there are not enough trash bins. And nothing at the back exit. If you have smelly trash outside the pick up time you are out of look.

Great campground. Probably the nicest KOA at which we've stayed. We will definitely come back!!

Customer service was great. Area was nice. People were loud after hours and always a lot of dogs barking. Owners can’t control their barking dogs.Wind storms are terrible in that area. Would camp again but in different spot.

Excellent resort snd expensive. Had a peek a boo view of the lake. If the past was concrete and level I would rate it a 5 star.

We had a wonderful time at Chautauqua Lake KOA! They were kind and accommodating when we had to call and ask to come a day earlier due to losing water and electricity at a campground a few hours away due to a storm. The sites were spacious and provided an amazing view of the sunsets each night! We would definitely recommend this campground to others!

Very clean quiet campground. Extremely well maintained. Everyone that works for the campground is very friendly. This is the 3rd time we've stayed and we will be back.

Loved the size of the site, peaceful, and clean. Staff were courtesy and friendly. Only request would be a nature trail from the bottom of the campground to the top.

Love the campground will be back like the golf carts noticed a few negatives this year with some areas of grass not cut and muddy area by the playground and pool.

I was at U5 site, the grass needed mowed, and there was only a small tree for any kind of shade. I do not feel the site was worth $75. Charging visitors $7 to just visit the campsite for 1 hr was ridiculous. I would recommend for sites with no shade, to drill a hole in the picnic table, so an umbrella could be used for shade. Either provided by KOA or the camper can bring one.

Everyone was very friendly they made us feel welcome they went above and beyond to help us and Michelle and the other lady was wonderful and the room we had was very clean and beautiful we will be planing on making your koa campground our go to campground we felt very welcome there

We had a great stay at this KOA. Lots of fun for the kids and our tent site offered privacy as it was nestled into the woods. The surrounding area was fun to explore as well. We hope to visit again!

We really enjoy the convenience and the restful setting of the Patio pull-thru's!! Set up time is minimal, flowers are beautiful, love the provided patio furniture. The helpful friendly staff completes a memorable stay.

The park was well maintained. It did have quite a lot of permanent sites. There was only one camper site where you could actually see the lake. Would have liked to have a better view of the lake, but all the permanent campers had the premium sites. Too bad. This felt more like a trailer park and not a “camping” park. Thank you for the experience anyway.

We were there overnight on our way home to NH. It’s a beautiful campground and the staff is friendly and helpful. We did find the showers were cold and needed updating. And there should be a dumping station at the exit.

Is a very nice campground. We just had one issue the second day we got there with a power and water outage. Other than that issue our stay there went very well. We love KOA’s.

We had a wonderful visit. The site we had, K4, had a nice view of the lake. The campground was very clean, and the staff very friendly. I would like to suggest that you add more dirt to the bottom of the firepit to bring it up more to the level of the patio. I almost fell into the pit one night while leaning in to reach the bottom to make and light the fire. We will return.

Due to planning error, dropped into the KOA needing a helpful hand. Team was helpful and solution oriented solving all my itinerary needs. Nice campgrounds with family atmosphere. Lots of cool features that were in good repair and accessible. Easy access to Chautauqua Institute which is always a real treat.

What a great place to stay. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The campground is immaculate. The pool is large and very nice. You can tell everyone takes pride in their work here. Can't say enough about how nice it is.

This was our first stay at Chautauqua Lake KOA. We were impressed with how clean and well maintained everything was. I thought the landscaping and zoning of camper, cabin, tent sites were nice. Many times, it looks like a hodgepodge of different tents and campers thrown together. Very aesthetically pleasing and the staff was genuinely nice and helpful. It's our new go to campsite while in Chq, NY.

Turned our electricity and water off on us at 7:30 am for maintenance the day of our departure without any advance notice. Said power would be off for several hours. Told us we were notified at 6 am by email/ text but we got no such message. I believe we were lied to. Had to move camper in rain to another site with water to drain tanks. No excuse for this kind of service. Will not be back.

We lost power and water one night. Probably not the campground fault but it happened! We also smelled sewage quite frequently from somewhere not our full hookup pipes or our surrounding neighbors. There must be a sewer station or something nearby site X6 because it was terrible at times.

Everyone staff member was welcoming and helpful. We were in lower campgrounds that had an electricity and water issue but were updated of status so felt comfortable with process. We will be back!

Disappointed in the dog park, lost power and water several times. Attendant took us to the wrong spot when we arrived. Sites need leveling and filler. Not the worst but definitely not the best. The stamped pads are the only area that we recommend.

It was very nice a lot of improvements from the last time we stayed a few years back and the people are very friendly it was also nice getting checked in right at our vehicle

Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. Even with the water issues when we stayed there, the communication was on point and we didn’t have any issues. I would recommend fixing the pool and working on the playground area at the front of the park though. Needs some TLC.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
