My family spent 4 days in the campground tenting. The sites are really nicely set up, comfortable and clean, as is the entire location and services. The pool is awesome! The staff are amazing and friendly! We all had a great time! Couldn’t ask for better fun! Cheers!

The site was nice and clean, loved having a platform for the tent. Was very disappointed i couldnt get ice at the store, that should be a standard offer at a Campground. The slide, while fun, was disgusting, it clearly doesnt get cleaned. The scavenger hunt was fun, the Park and bounce pad were a hit as well. Wish the pool was slightly warmer lol.

As always we had an amazing stay at Cardinal KOA, our 7th year here! Everything is always so clean and so many activities to keep everyone busy! Was a little disappointed that the food services were very limited, and the store was not very well stocked. The addition of the "fancy" cold drinks in the store was a huge hit with my girls. Thanks Cardinal KOA, see you next summer!

The campground was so clean. I appreciated that there was no garbage around, and the washroom were cleaned throughout the day. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. My daughter loved the bubble pit and the waterslide. The only thing I wished for was a warmer pool!!

We had a great camp site. Everything was close and the kids activities were well run. A bit disappointed there were no activities or food service on Sunday. We were lucky to have packed enough food to make something work but had planned to buy brunch. Ended up leaving a bit earlier than planned due to lack of activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Cardinal KOA. A lot of pride is taken to keep the campground clean and it is well taken care of. A lot of fun activities to do with the kids.

We had a great time tenting at the Cardinal KOA! The sites are large and beautiful, there were lots of activities to keep the kids busy, and the facilities were clean and well kept.

Very good and fun. Staff were great. Smelt like sewage a lot at the camp site or by the pool.. Grass cutting started at 8am pretty loud and scary for kids. Wish there was a notice put up. Not the best way to wake up in the morning.

The activities for the kids were great, as well as the playgrounds and pool. The only reason for the lower star rating is due to our site being extremely flooded. We had to pull the table onto the driveway and were unable to use the fireplace. It was surrounded by water both nights.

KOA Cardinal cancelled one of our stays that we had booked and paid for and when we showed up they didn't have a place for us even though there were lots of trailer sites available. Not good customer service.

The customer service is excellent, we were met with friendly and helpful staff every time we went to the office. Bathrooms were clean and they had lots of activities for kids. We would love to go back!

Pool was not open first day, one staff member in general had a very lame personality. Not welcoming, seemed like she did not want to be at her job. The old owners were very cheerful and welcoming! Otherwise not bad.

I left several messages over two days. I finally got through and was told there were no tent sites available. As I talked to her more (I think she was talking to someone else at the KOA), she decided there happened to one site available. In the two days I stayed at the KOA I was the only one in the tent sites. Very few campers in the ATV sites. Not sure what she was thinking - no apology.

There are lots of fun activities available. The planned activities (craft, games in the field) held by the staff were less interesting this year. On the first day, there was a bunch of garbage and some dog feces on our tent site. There were also lots of garbage all around the campground. Fortunately, it was cleaned up the next day by a lovely staff member. All staff are friendly.

Great time camping with my girls! So many fun activities but time to just sit back, relax and enjoy quiet time as well! Site was clean, staff were amazing and we will be back next summer for sure. Thanks Cardinal KOA for a great camping vacation!

It was awesome. The kids were sad the splash pad was open when we arrived, they then removed the fence within the first 2 hours of being there. We were not allowed access for the remainder of the stay, it did not reopen while there. Other than that the kids had a blast! We used a tent and the area was was very clean and well kept. The foam pit was incredibly dirty, wish the water slide opened!

First time campers at KOA. It exceeded our expectations. The employees were always friendly and accommodating. There were so many activities for the kids to participate in.

We camped during the 2nd last week of June. The pool was fabulous. Great for adults and kids alike. The kids enjoyed the climbing structures and the playground. We did ask for the splash pad to be turned on but it was not. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The camp ground has many facilities that will make small kids happy. I would say it's a fun heaven for kids under 10. My kids are a bit older so they got bored after one day but I would strongly recommend this place to families with younger kids.

We enjoyed ourselves so much on our first camping trip as a family with kids (aged 1 and 3). The tent site with power and water made accommodating the children so much easier and the sand pad was so nice to have under the tent. We only wish you had more tent sites, or would allow tents on some of the RV sites, to make it easier for us to come again!

We have been to a few KOA's. This is by far our favourite. Staff is always so kind and helpful. So much to do with the kids and tent sites are great! We love it �

the site was great, however, we bought wood at the office and we were told it would be delivered to our site. we left for dinner and came back to have a fire and there was no wood left at our site. the office was closed at this point so we could not ask to get our wood.

This is one of the best campgrounds that we've visited. The sites are large and shaded under mature pine trees. The playgrounds have a variety of play structures and games (e.g. jumping pads, mini-putt, gaga pit, go-cart). There are many activities for family everyday and every evening (e.g. fireworks, VR game). The outdoor pool is clean and heated so it can be enjoyed at any time of the season. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The campground is well maintained and is only 45 minutes South of Ottawa. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to any family.

This was our final stop before crossing into the US, after a long drive from Sturgeon Falls we were given a warm welcome and guided to our site. The facilities were functional and clean. The amenities were spot on. 10/10 would stay here again!
