We had an incredible stay. One small suggestion is to be a bit careful with the amount of cleaning product or at least air out the cabin before the next renter. The smell of chemical cleaning product was extremely strong in our cabin and took the afternoon to air it out a bit. We also had a lot of black ants. I know it's the time of year, but it was annoying.

Our stay was very nice, the cabin we had was wonderful. It had everything we needed. The staff was awesome & very accommodating. The only concerns I had was the internet was not good, I was unable to connect to it & I was surprised that the TV was only a DVD player. Other than that our stay was relaxing.

This property wasn’t a good fit for us but I would absolutely recommend it to families with young children. Not a good fit for a childless couple who wanted a more outdoorsy experience. The cabins were very close together and facing one another. Too crowded for us.

The cottage was great. Very clean and everything in order. Staff friendly, waving etc. The water temperature in the public showers was inconsistent. First day good, second day the water stayed ice cold, the 3rd day good and the next day ice cold.

We came back because the first time was so much fun. It is such a great campsite, friendly, family friendly and so much to do. The Halloween weekend was a blast and we appreciate all the efforts each member put into making it such a great time! Will most certainly be back next camping season!! Our Favorite KOA to date.

We had a great time. We did miss not having the parade of costumes but got to see all the costumes as they came around to trick or treat.

They keep everything so clean here! Pride shows in the work they do. The staff is always friendly and welcoming bathrooms are kept clean activities are great! Always happy to go back to the Cardinal KOA

We stayed in Kamping Cabins (one with half bath, one with full bath) mid-September. The cabins and grounds were very clean and well taken care of. The staff we interacted with were all quite friendly. The pool was closed for the season, but the kids enjoyed the park, the hay ride and Kozy's bday party and cake. We appreciated that the park was very quiet at night.

Stayed in a lodge for 3 days during the week. Campground was very quiet which was great. Lodge was very clean. The fridge was changed since last year and it is much smaller. Prices are crazy expensive during the weekend, especially when we were looking at Thanksgiving so we decided to go during the week and it was much more reasonable.

It was a perfect place for the family. The grounds were well maintained. My only suggestion would be to vacuum the bed frames in the cabins, other wise everything was great.

The Lodge #5 was perfect! Immaculate. Smelled clean. Everything was in working order. The hosts leave a sweet little bag with K cups. The location was quiet and beside a farm field and lovely pine trees. Central base to family in Ottawa and Brockville. Took in the Aquatarium. Bonfire pit and lovely Muskoka chairs to lounge outside. Many activities. Loved Cardinal KOA!

Love the cabins. Showers good but take quite a bit of time to warm up. Bathrooms nice and clean. We had a problem with the cabin door and it was fixed almost immediately.

Cabins are very clean and the linen provided was adequate and also very clean. Lots of fun activities for the kids but they can be pricey. My son suggested that there be pool noodles or other flotation type toys at the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful,Overall a great stay.

Great place to stay, they go over and above with coffee makers, spatula’s, towels, sheets. Staff can be a bit abrupt when it’s 8 pm closing time for the shop. But other than this, it’s a great place to camp!

Loved our stay. Was our first time here. We will definitely be back next Summer. Our cabin was very clean. One thing I will suggest is the amount of smokers the smell comes into the cabin if you want your windows open. I am not sure if you could come up with a smoking area instead of at the sites. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

We stayed in the high end cabins. There is no Wi-Fi that gets to the location of the cabins so I had to constantly walk to the front to get and receive messages and remotely feed and check on my cats through a Wi-Fi device. Given we paid more for the cabin I did not expect it to be so difficult to get access to Wi-Fi. All they would need to do is get a Wi-Fi extender to the cabins

We stayed in cabin 09 , it was very clean and well set up for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and the bouncy bubbles my grandson had a great time and we are planning on coming back , maybe in the fall. Over all you have a great campsite.

This is our second year staying in a cabin, we generally enjoyed our stay very nice space comfy beds great outdoor space. A few things was the bathroom lock was broken, clock did not work and bunk blankets did not keep warmth. More kids activities during the week would be nice. The pooled and store close quite early. Staff are very nice and helpful. A very hit and miss stay still a nice space.

Our first time staying on the recommendation of friends. We had a great time. Kids were thoroughly engaged in park activities - so much for them to do! We stayed in a cabin which we enjoyed with the tiny exception that our shower head did not spray water evenly and the water pressure was very low. We had a small wasp nest just under our front step but we managed around it. Otherwise, a great stay!

There was a fire ban, and we were not offered any discount despite fires being our #1 reason to go camping in the first place. The bugs were out of control, even found a huge spider on my mattress on our first night(cabin). Overall not the experience we were hoping for. Would have appreciated even a 10% discount for the inconvenience of not being able to enjoy fires.

The big water slide was only opened for one ride per person . They no longer do the wagon ride or water gun fight which was disappointing. . Some campsites had fires although there was a fire ban

We had a great time at the Cardinal KOA. I would totally recommend to any one with small kids (8 and under). There was so much for the kids to do. The staff was fabulous with the kids Park was safe and clean. The other campers were so friendly. We really enjoyed our days there. My granddaughter asked “please nanny can we stay one more night”

This is one of the best campgrounds that we've visited. The sites are large and shaded under mature pine trees. The playgrounds have a variety of play structures and games (e.g. jumping pads, mini-putt, gaga pit, go-cart). There are many activities for family everyday and every evening (e.g. fireworks, VR game). The outdoor pool is clean and heated so it can be enjoyed at any time of the season. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The campground is well maintained and is only 45 minutes South of Ottawa. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to any family.

This was our final stop before crossing into the US, after a long drive from Sturgeon Falls we were given a warm welcome and guided to our site. The facilities were functional and clean. The amenities were spot on. 10/10 would stay here again!
