Heureusement que les anciens propriétaires sont venus faire l’Halloween sinon il y aurait pas eu les belles activités pour l’Halloween. Malheureusement je n’ai pas réservé mon lot pour l’an prochain car le prix est beaucoup trop élevé c’est presque 100$ par nuit c’est beaucoup trop dispendieux

Been going there for this weekend for 4 years now. Was disappointed to see that the haunted house was not there. The pumpkins were much smaller than precious years and the staff did not seemed knowledgeable at all in fact they looked lost and couldn't help with simple questions and had to run to the owner to ask. Frankly disappointed this year uncertain if my group and I will be returning next

Stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. Stay was ok. Have to say the old owners are missed. Cold weather put a damper on this year too. This has been an annual tradition for our family. Not sure about next year. We enjoy the Halloween events (there was no haunted house or bingo), although we aren't clear on whether they will continue next year. Things seemed relatively clean, which is good.

There were some ups and downs with service this year. New owners , I understand, but some items weren’t being addressed in a reasonable time. Overall still a good campground and highly recommended for families with young children

You have a wonderful park, however, we did find that it was over priced. Other KOAs in NB and NS were just a little over $40.00 and were just as nice!

They did up Halloween a fantastic job. The kids loved it. The only not so good thing was the people beside us were extremely noisy Friday and Saturday night till 1:00-1:30 in the morning ��

The new owner obviously took no lessons from the old team. We come every year for the Halloween festivities, renting two RV spots and three cabins. The show they put on was a pale comparison to previous years. The trikes were in storage and on Sunday they only brought the Honey Wagon out for 30 minutes leaving people to line up for over an hour to dump thier tanks. We will go elsewhere next year!

Change of ownership makes all the difference! We used to only go once a year for the Halloween weekend. Now that the new owners are so nice it will be a go to campground. And we camp a lot.

Had a wonderful weekend at the Cardinal Koa. It was great to see so many trailers participate in the weekend theme and decorate for Halloween. The planned Halloween events had been scaled down from past years (the haunted house was just a maze now) but it was still a lot of fun. They need to go back to having 2 pump station with staff at departure - that took way too long with just 1 line.

1st stay with the new owners, the store has very limited hours 10-6 on a wknd is not ok. I had to beg the owner for wood at 8pm when they were still in the ofc. mining was broken in the am but worked in PM. The activities were well run, but contracted out to last years staff we heard. Soft play was broken, bathrooms were not clean, bikes were not available. Still had fun, but room for improvement.

We have been camping at this KOA for many years & keep going back for the activities and how fun the theme weekends are! We noticed a few minor changes since the new owners took over (no kid’s bingo and the prizes for the contests are different) but still a lot of fun! A couple recommendations are that the rules be enforced more (dog running around campsites and noise) and the store be open lat

We usually quite enjoy staying at KOA's, but disappointed with our last stay. Prices have substancially increased and nothing to show for it and its juste a 2 service campground. Halloween week-end events quality was reduced. People in our area were partying for 1/2 the night and no did anything about loud noises and the extensive pot smells. For $100/night, its very unlikely that we will return.

Was very well organized. Site was easy to get in and get out of. Staff was very polite and professional. Kids activities were very well organized. Already reached out to two friends of ours to get together here next year for the Halloween weekend.

Some confusion at check in and again at checkout. I was sent a closing receipt meant for site B07 , new owners are working the kinks out I am sure that next year I will once again give it a 10

Overpriced for off season. Was the most expensive KOA we have stayed in our entire trip east. 69.00 No sewer at site. Parked in a playground field.

Nice large and level sites close to the 401. Its about a 50 min drive into Ottawa, 15-20 min to local restaurants.

With a change of owners, this KOA has gone downhill. We stayed from Thurs Aug 8th to 11th. Was a promotion for KOA members that if you paid Friday night then Saturday night was free. Wouldn't honor this for us because we checked in on Thursday. Secondly, office hours of 10 to 6 are ridiculous for a campground. Impossible to check in, get firewood, and order food. Pool not clean and chemicals off.

Nous avons apprécié, le terrain est propre et bien entretenu, le service était très bien. Très bel endroit pour les enfants, les structures en place sont bien et les activités en extra sont très bien faites. Bravo à vous tous!

Stay was great. Amenities and activities were fun. Enjoyed waterslide, fireworks, mini golf, jumping pillow, pool/ splash pad etc etc. Campsite was large with nice grassy area, and free pump out mid-stay was nice. My one complaint would be the store hours. Once the store is closed all the activities shut down, which some nights was 6 pm. Too early for most, and hard to get any info or do sign ups

Great stay with lots to do for the kids. The enclosed little kids playground at the front is showing wear and tear and is in need of repairs. Overall our family had a great time.

This year the bathrooms were out of toilet paper twice. Just to note to improve. Suggest the water slide be open longer than an hour.

Nice clean park, staff are really friendly. Only recommendation is to have a staff in the pool and playground area. There are so many kids of ages 3 to 15 playing and the older kids play in in the little kids structures, and act very dangerously on the equipment, it is a matter of time before there is a serious injury.

This is one of the best campgrounds that we've visited. The sites are large and shaded under mature pine trees. The playgrounds have a variety of play structures and games (e.g. jumping pads, mini-putt, gaga pit, go-cart). There are many activities for family everyday and every evening (e.g. fireworks, VR game). The outdoor pool is clean and heated so it can be enjoyed at any time of the season. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The campground is well maintained and is only 45 minutes South of Ottawa. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to any family.

This was our final stop before crossing into the US, after a long drive from Sturgeon Falls we were given a warm welcome and guided to our site. The facilities were functional and clean. The amenities were spot on. 10/10 would stay here again!
