I posted my review on the Cardinal KOA site. I’m not impressed with the new ownership and staff and will not return to this park.

We will definitely be back again! Great atmosphere. Family friendly. The park was a perfect size for kids. All amenities were a short walk from all sites. The property was clean and well kept.

Water pressure very low. I asked for my kids not to able to charge to the campsite, but they did anyways.

We took my disabled son camping at your KOA for a few days again this year. He wasn't in the best of shape so he didn't get to do all the things he usually does. I believe that he enjoyed his stay, non the less. His Mom and I did.

We stayed for a weekend, the park was sort of empty and very quiet. It rained a lot on Saturday, but we ended up having a nice fire Saturday night.

Campground is a lovely setting and great spot for kids. However wifi is not working, nor TV. No escorts to the site at this campground.

I stayed August 14th 2023. I was not at all happy because as a senior after requesting a seniors discount, it was ignored and charged full price. Rather than a discount charged to my VISA full price was charged. Suppose I wish to cancel. What happens there? I was not impressed with your WiFi service, forcing me to sit in the hot sun at the store and failure at RV. Online booking, ask if senior

Our kiddo had an AMAZING time. So much to do! And made new friends to hang out with too. The Kamp K-9 was great for our dog. The entire campground was clean and the bugs weren’t bad at all so we were able to enjoy campfires. We have already booked another stay! Thanks KOA!

Campground was nice, staff were nice, but there were some of the most rude guests I have seen camping there. Walking through our campsite, riding buddies through other people's campsites while they were sitting out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, with all the activities available to do and the friendly atmosphere. The fireside pizza shop was excellent as well as the chip truck. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

This is a very nice campground. However, I find it very expensive at $100/night and still have to pay $15 to have your holding tanks pumped out. The foam party was a bust, hardly any foam, compared to others we’ve seen.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the pool, and chip truck. Met some great people.

Everyone who works there are very friend. Had their homemade pizza it was great. The bathrooms are very clean. The movie night under the stars was great for a kids movie. Would had like to seen adult only swim maybe between 7pm and 8pm.

-The washrooms were missing toilet paper twice -Splash pad buckets broken and not fixed and kids really love that usually -trailer sites usually levelled enough with gravel and not barely seen with weeds -Picnic tables under party tent had lots of paint on them (didn't matter to us, but first time we'd seen!)

Our stay was acceptable. We found the campground to be quite expensive for a site without sewer or reliable WiFi connection. This campground is likely enjoyable for families with young kids and for those who wish to use the swimming pool and/or those little pedal 4-wheelers. But this was not our case. We wanted a quiet place to rest and visit the Upper Canada Village.

This was our 5th year in a row going to this KOA site and we enjoyed it as always. My only minor complaint would be that the pool was really cold this year. My kids didn’t seem to mind though. Other than that we had a great time and we’ll be back again next summer.

Our site was very nice. We really enjoyed it. It was great to watch all the kids play and interact. Everyone was very friendly and quiet by 11pm. I would have like to have seen more activities for the kids as in crafts, etc. especially since it rained most of one of the days.

We were with the grandchildren and we enjoyed our stay. Where was many activities for them to enjoy such as the pool, trampoline, play structure, the mining station, the water slide, the foam party. They were as able Ike around the park. We also appreciated the dog park.

Very nice park. The kids enjoy themselves and lots to do, to keep them entertained. Just very enoyed that they don't have sewar at the lots and pumping out is very expensive.

Very kid friendly with many pool/ playgrounds, but children were all over the roads etc with no regard for vehicles. We thought we had full hook ups but there were no sewer sites, and when we left on a Tuesday the dump station was overflowing, the whole area smelled of sewer. Wifi was not great, had to walk up to the office to connect. For the price it was a bit disappointing. Nice site tho.

It is a very nice camp ground, my grandson loved it, there was so much for him to do. Excellent park area, heloved the foam party. Definately will book another week next year. It would be nice if the park had sewage drain. Personal point. Thanks for a great week.

This is one of the best campgrounds that we've visited. The sites are large and shaded under mature pine trees. The playgrounds have a variety of play structures and games (e.g. jumping pads, mini-putt, gaga pit, go-cart). There are many activities for family everyday and every evening (e.g. fireworks, VR game). The outdoor pool is clean and heated so it can be enjoyed at any time of the season. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The campground is well maintained and is only 45 minutes South of Ottawa. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to any family.

This was our final stop before crossing into the US, after a long drive from Sturgeon Falls we were given a warm welcome and guided to our site. The facilities were functional and clean. The amenities were spot on. 10/10 would stay here again!
