We always have the best time! The facilities are clean, the activities are so organized, wood delivery is quick and the staff are incredibly friendly. We have zero complaints but I have 2 suggestions. All diapered children asked to wear double diapers in the pool, food truck to ensure the fries/food is cooked versus trying to serve as quickly as possible. Waiting longer for cooked food is okay!

Such a GREAT long weekend with the family. So many things for the kids to do. I can though it rained all day one of the days, they were never bored. This might be an annual trip now ���

This was our first time camping at KOA Cardinal and we had so much fun. There was no shortage of activities for the kids. Washrooms and showers were clean at all times. We will be back!

Sites were very small and tight. Had 4 times where pool was closed due to “pooping” in the pool. Social ice cream was advertised as 4$ per person and we were charged 5$/person. Fun organized activities and Staff were pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff are very friendly and the campground is always very clean. Only item I would improve on is more gravel around the dump station. People clearly don’t know how to nicely dump their tanks and it was a disgusting mess. Couldn’t stand out of the poop and was all over my shoes. If the area was a little higher when these people disrespect the area maybe it would help a

We had a great stay with the kids having plenty to do. However, we noticed that some sites had very poor drainage and our campfire area was flooded out due to the rain. It was muddy and impassable. Better drainage of sites would alleviate this problem in the future. Thank you.

Very nice campground with very friendly staff. Only complaint was long term rental with 3 large dogs that were tied out unsupervised and constantly barked at everything. I guess rules don't apply to long term units

What a great campground. Second year coming and very family friendly, easy layout, clean grounds and beautiful sites. Love the tall trees and again the amenities for children.

Was disappointed that the food stations were not opened and did not know this before arriving as it is not mentioned on the website. As well the site we were in and given the directions we were told were unable to get into our site and had to try multiple times due to how tight the spaces are. Not as enjoyable as all are other KOA stays.

We loved the kids carnival events my son had lots of fun doing the craft and playing the carnival games. The pool was the perfect temperature and the fence removed between the splash pad and pool was a great idea as he could use both without having to exit the pool area. The playstructure, mini putt and bouncy pillows were used often. The onsite chip truck on Friday made a perfect dinner meal

The BBQ cooking grates need to be changed as rusted out on that site. Some sites need better grading as water collects. Main dump station was backed up on exit that day with sewage all over ground.

Had to leave early, I know u cannot control the weather. we got a lot of rain on the Saturday night, woke up to our site under 4”-8” of water, completely flooded. We were the only site flooded. The attendants drove by all morning but no one stopped to offer assistance with the water. We were fed up by noon and left. Mentioned reason for leaving to gate person, all we got was a thanks for comin

We enjoyed our stay and the facilities were always clean. The staff is also very friendly. The pool could be cleaned from tree debris more frequently.

I have been camping there since a small child. the. campsite was always clean and rules were followed by. everyone. this last stay was not so enjoyable. you have campers from the UK who assume it is their personal playground.d they were eating popsicles, hamburgers and drinking and smoking at pool. all rules should apply to all. they were running around unsupervised destroying your propert

One of the nicest kept campgrounds. Kids loved the pool and park. Please have a chat with the company you hire to do your grass cutting. The guy on the zero turn had the chute pointed at my RV and hit it with several rocks. There is a small dent now. Guy needs to be told you can’t be throwing rocks and debris at $100k pieces of equipment all over the park. Install a mulching plate.

Clean bathrooms, great activities. Super for families. The price of a bag of wood (from $8 to $13) and the ice cream social have gone up quite a bit this year. I guess everything else has, but it the jump seems quite high.

This place hasn't been maintained very well. Was likely amazing 10-15 years ago... Gravel lots covered in weeds. Playgrounds are falling apart. Dump station had no hose connection to wash/rinse which i find absolutely unacceptable. Hard to believe this is a KOA...

The campsite, amenities, and activities for children were amazing. The only thing I would recommend is for the staff to be a little friendlier. Camping is all about making connections and building your camping family. I didn't get that feeling from some of the staff.

One night stay and it was fine. An older park with narrow interior roads. Quiet at this time of year with a bunch of empty sites so why we were put directly in front of two families with a boatload of little kids was baffling. There was some debris around our site meaning sites are not checked/cleaned between guests.

Our stay was during the week. The pool was closed and the campsite was empty. Our grass was not cut and I pulled long weeds from between the patio stones. Suggest more time spent on the grounds. When we left, the pumpout holding tank was full. Staff wasn't aware. A helpful staff member brought the portable pumpout. Very helpful. Office staff was friendly.

Lots of activities for kids, and the two girls running the activities did a great job. The bathrooms were clean. Any staff we encountered were friendly. We had a great time!

There are a few things that could be changed. Our site was messy-some leftover garbage from previous campers and a lot of tree debris that was normally cleared out in previous years. Showers/washrooms need to be cleaned much more often on super busy weekends. Accessibility is non-existent. I walk with a cane and there are no ramps or any other accessibility features anywhere in the campground.

Seasonal Great for kids, not so much for adults. The facility has everything you need and is well kept. Needing a common room for rainy day activities however we were blessed with a good season weather wise. Staff generally very responsive...just wish septic for seasonal was better

Our 4th time back for Thanksgiving weekend/Hallowe'en. It's not the same as it used to be. The Haunted House is no long the amazing attraction is was up until last year. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate either. It was pretty cold and rainy. Very surprised how few campers there were this year. Park wasn't even half full. KOA promised "thanksgiving dinner" but it wasn't even open.

Quality has gone way way down. Severe lack of organization. Didn't see a single adult staff member the whole weekend. Teens did their best, but overall experience fell far short of previous years. Prices have also all gone up substantially. Thanksgiving dinner was a joke. $10/plate ($40 total) for mushy veg, lumpy mashed, 2 tiny, dry pieces of turkey. Looks like we need to find a new Campground.

Love going for the Halloween themed event end-Sept every year. New ownership have really jacked up the prices this year though, I'm not sure that the value proposition lines up anymore. I must not be the only one; these weekends are usually sold out and there were many vacant lots this year. Too bad, it's more fun with more people!

The Halloween weekend was great! There was lots to do but not over scheduled. The kids had a ton of fun. It was our first time but we will be back a few times next year.

The only thing that wasn't great was the location in that it is pretty out of the way. That being said, if you're camping, you probably don't want to be downtown anyway. Friendly staff, lots of activities for the family, and pretty peaceful.
