-The property needs drainage- it was a giant puddle. -The pool feels like ice and need more heat -The mattress in my Cabin has seen better day -The bathroom countertops are particle board that are constantly exposed to water and it look disgusting -Rugs in cabin- dirty I liked the food trucks

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the KOA, the helpful owners when our cabin heater did not work, and the variety of well-organised activities for our 8 year old grandson. The cabin was small but comfortable with a/c, heat and shower. Prices for activities and supplies from the store were reasonable. A good time was had by all!

We have been 4 years in a row. This year they had to fix the pool. Instead of getting a load of water they spent all day with a garden hose. The pool was freezing and they didn't keep the heater full of wood to heat the pool.

We were impressed with how clean and comfortable the cabin was. It was equipped with pretty well everything we needed. Since visitors are told to eat outside, it would be handy to have a tray provided for moving the food and dishes. Our only real complain was the lack of internet services. We could log in to your network, but then we could not even get email. Even data on phone service was poor

Very welcoming. Very clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool, all play structures and activities. The pizza was excellent. Everything available on site, from propane tank, dryer & washer, food, lodging of all kinds. I highly recommend it if you have kids from newborn to 13 years old. Family oriented camping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for an excellent summer vacation!

We enjoyed all the planned activities for the children. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Very unpleasant stay, the staff was not welcoming and acted unprofessionally, they seem to have been policing the children visiting in an aggressive manner- Seasonal campers were not welcoming to visitors of the campground - Weird activity in the evening hours including a biker gang and then the activity of police. This is clearly not a family-friendly campground.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There are rules in place to keep EVERYONE on the campground safe and happy. There was no biker gang, they were simply a group of motorcyclists visiting a family. The police were called to assist in enforcing rules to intoxicated campers at night. We pride ourselves on having kind staff.

Deluxe cabins were great and clean upon arrival. Only thing that was missing was shampoo/soap for the shower/tub. Tons of activities for the kids.

We had a fantastic time! The cabins are wonderful and it was a great place to spend time with a group of friends and their families. The kids are always so happy to be here! One suggestion is that the pool could use a little refreshing. We will be back!

Customer service speak only english, no french speaking in CANADA. Also in the activity hayride, the driver ´´refuse » to get another ride cause there wasant too much interets. Me and my kids we ve been waiting 30 min for our tour and cause we were 3 people left he didnt want to do it

Great stay. So many activities for the kids. Most notably, it is CLEAN. So so clean. Someone must go around and sweep away cob webs from the chairs, benches, play structures, etc. Amazing!

Absolutely loved our stay! The kids activities were the perfect way to break up our day and so fun! The pool and splash pad area were always clean and tidy. Our cabin was great and well stocked with linens. Would definitely stay again. The staff were all super helpful, and very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Cardinal KOA campground. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the big bouncers, pool, splash pad, gem mining, and inflatable water slide. We made many great memories in our cozy cabin and are eager to plan a return trip next summer. Highly recommend for a fun and memorable family getaway!

In the rain, all activities were canceled, the campground was inondated, and there was really not much to do. The front desk has a sign that coffee is free but in the end one needs to pay. So not overly thrilled with this stay

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The activities were well organized, with staff strategically placed to assist children and ensure everyone's safety. We enjoyed visits from friends, and everyone had a fantastic weekend, with the weather even cooperating!

Cottage was. Perfect. Internet access poor. We looked for a place to watch the Euro soccer match, but no community room was available. Internet too poor at the cabin.

Overall I really like this KOA, however the cabin had a couple of things that could have been in better repair: the air conditioner had visible black mold in the interior fins so we weren’t able to use it, with only the fan it was very hot for sleeping. The bed is too soft/bouncy so we both are very sore from our 3 nights stay. Minor, but the curtain rod was bent so we couldn’t adjust the curt

This was our 3rd time here. We come for the kids activities, but tried the Chip Wagon too. It was nice to have a change from our usual camp food, but it is far overpriced when the city is only 10 minutes away with better options. Also, the fire wood is twice what we pay elsewhere, and the prices are not clearly displayed so we were surprised when we found out from the 2nd bag! Buyer beware!

Our stay was great other than pool getting closed because kids pooped and puked in it. Obviously under no control of KOA. Other than that the kids had a good time at the organized events and our cabin was great. We did leave message with office that our deluxe cabin didn't have a dishwasher k this year but did in the past few years. Staff were helpful and quick responding to concerns.

Very nice Cabin. Great activities on site. Good prices inside the store. Excellent Service. Wifi signal was too low/unusable from Lodge 04 cabin but other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely book again in the future. Thanks

Lovely rainy weekend in one of the lodges. Lodge needs to be updated- couch is pretty worn out and mattress on bottom bunk is uncomfortable.

The only thing that wasn't great was the location in that it is pretty out of the way. That being said, if you're camping, you probably don't want to be downtown anyway. Friendly staff, lots of activities for the family, and pretty peaceful.
