Too many people very load, a lot of noise, you can see and hear neighbours. The time for water slides is too short and water in the pool was too cold. Overall the parc is clean and well kept.

Malheureusement nous n’avions aucune connexion internet wifi. Très chaotique pour le déversement des égouts. Only one dumping station. Notre site était très difficile d’accès. Heureusement qu’on a pu en avoir un autre.

Great KOA, friendly staff. Only issue was that the wifi never worked for any of our devices. When we connected, there was no internet most of the time - when it did access the internet, it would continually lose internet, so we had to use our own cell plans.

We had a wonderful time and will be back next year. There is always lots to do and the kids are never bored -- crafts, sport games, go-carts, mini-putt, bingo and movie night.

The cabin was incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids LOVED the activities throughout the week and the playground and jumping pillow. The pool was a little cool a few times so we only lasted about 20mins on those days. We have been coming for the past 3years and already booked for next year. It's a great family fun Campground.

This was our second stay of the summer so we clearly like it here! My only complaint would be thaat the kids movie was scheduled to start at 9pm, which is quite late for the intended audience!

It was our first time staying at a KAO camp site and we absolutely loved it!! The cabins are super comfortable and the facilities are top notch. We will definitely be coming back next year!!

We rented a lodge cabin. Very clean. BBQ grill and side burner were great for cooking. Also had a microwave. BBQ grill and brush could be replaced. Keurig came with coffee pods. Dishes, utensils, pots/pans supplied. Good size fridge/freezer. Kids loved the play area and the gaga ball pit.

Stay was alright, grounds need upkeep, slide/foam inflatables need scrubbing, dog park broken gates/obstacles. Weekday camping minimal activities, no hay rides, yet premium prices. Cold for a heated pool. Would be great to entice weekday campers with options, like free or longer bike rentals, mini golf etc, just a thought; more activities, especially for older kids, rockets like 1000isle/ivy Lea!

We stayed for 5 nights, 3 in a small deluxe cabin that sleeps up to 4 w/air conditioning, a half bath & small fridge & the final 2 nights we moved to a larger cabin with f/ bath & f/fridge & a pull out couch. It was very clean & near the play structure, jumping pillows & swimming pool. The grounds & facilities were well kept as well! Staff were helpful & friendly! Overall a great experience!

Our stay at Cardinal KOA was fantastic! We camped with three grandchildren, aged 11, 10 & 8. They loved every minute of it, taking part in daily activities, swimming and biking. We all agree we will return next summer!

Staff have become very unprofessional. One employee drives around the campground hanging off the side of whatever he is driving. Children run around unsupervised and there is never any staff around making sure things are well kept.

I booked a full cabin months ahead along with daughter who booked at the same time, wanting cabins beside each other. Called day before to confirm, got there and they gave the cabin I picked away! Not impressed at all!! Pool was FREEZING!! Could not enjoy it! Needless to say, we won’t be back… last year was great, this year, not so much!

We stayed for 6 nights! The cabins are very clean & have air conditioning. The largest cabins have quite a well equipped kitchen & full bathroom. There’s also lots of activities! the pool is very clean & also offers a splash pad! The kids loved their stay!

Kids enjoyed the pool and activities. The washrooms were clean and overall a tidy campground. Some of the amenities are dated. The pizza isn’t as good as it used to be! Staff was pleasant. I feel like the price is a bit steep even though I appreciate that it is a safe and well run camp, a little less pricey would find me staying longer!

The campground was immaculate and all the play areas very well maintained. Pool was very clean as were the bouncy pads and the play structures. No water slide as too much rain water had pooled in the bottom of the slide which meant it couldn’t be raised but not a big deal.

This is my 5th season coming with a group of moms and kids. We always have a blast. I love the safe resort like experience you continue to provide. Only thing missing is wheelchair accessible bathrooms and showers.

We've stayed at several KOA's and this is the best one we've seen for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, the campground well maintained, water and electric worked perfectly and the amenities/activities for families with young children were extensive. There were activities planned for kids both days and there was a pizza and food truck on site for those not wanting to cook.

We were greeted by a young man, I can’t remember his name but he was exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. Our site was ok, sewers would be a plus. I found the washrooms outdated but clean. Although I didn’t use the pool, it looked lovely and lots of activities for the children.

We will definitely be back again! Great atmosphere. Family friendly. The park was a perfect size for kids. All amenities were a short walk from all sites. The property was clean and well kept.

Water pressure very low. I asked for my kids not to able to charge to the campsite, but they did anyways.

We were happy with our stay and had an enjoyable experience overall. Pros: * The cabin was clean and well-maintained. * The heating and air conditioning worked very well. * The cabin was well-equipped * The recreational facilities and activities organized for children were fantastic and very engaging. * The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Cons: * The cabin was advertised as accommodating 6 people, with a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a pull-out couch. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but the couch was unusable for sleeping due to a severe dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable and likely to cause back pain. In reality, the cabin only had 4 comfortable sleeping spaces, not 6. * The propane BBQ had a very weak flame, which made it difficult to cook our food properly. * There was a sewage-like smell inside the cabin throughout the night. * There was also an unpleasant sewage smell in the campground, apparently due to the RV dumping station being located nearby. * At 3 PM on Sunday, I was told bike rentals had ended for the season. Two hours later, my upset 8-year-old saw other kids renting bikes. The staff explained they had resumed rentals due to high demand and kindly offered us a free ride, which I appreciated. However, the inconsistent information left us both disappointed. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Nice campground. No sewer hook ups but there is a dump station. Place was pretty empty when we came so was a little disappointed they put us in a pull through site that was very hard to turn into and no room for our truck. So many sites would of accomodated us better

If you have kids and they love interacting with other kids come here. Kids all over having fun. Lots of things for them to do. Splash pad and large play structure was the highlight. Although better parental supervision is required. Park was clean and staff pleasant. Some sites were very narrow however our patio site was probably the best for space. Lots of nice large trees. Park is close to Ottawa and the 401. $15 for firewood is reasonable. Only 4 stars as no sewer available (strange for KOA). Better dumping setup and control by staff during check-out is required. Road to exit was completely blocked. Even if you didn't need to dump you were forced to wait. Kids want to return so I guess we are!
