Crowded and Noisy. The pool was small and poorly heated and way too many people in it. Obviously and popular spot for families but not for seniors travelling without kids

We enjoyed the campsite, the amenities, and all the activities. We are always amazed by the fireworks that are put on for Canada Day. The only complaint we have is that the internet is very poor.

This campground is not up to KOA standards. The sites are extremely narrow, as are the streets. It was very hard to maneuver a 30-foot travel trailer. I felt like we were all packed in like sardines. There are no sites with sewer hookups, and there is a $50 charge to have your sewer pumped if needed. There is only one dump station for the entire campground. Unacceptable. I will not be returning.

We had the best weekend. Second time here this year. Therr is so much to do, all the staff are fantastic, and the place is kept very clean!!! We will be back again.

We love this KOA, however have noticed a decline in the past two summers in certain areas. The inflatable slide and foam party are fun, but very dirty. And there was total lack of enforcement around the bike rentals - there was no staff outside coordinating the rentals with the front desk, so it was a free-for-all outside. We paid $17 for 30 mins rentals while others just took the bikes. Boo!

Fantastic! It was so busy, yet the activities were accessible and well run and we all had a great time. I would highly recommend adding a second pool when/if possible!

Camper no rules some camper stay up until 3:30 am. very loud. Should had restrictions like other KOA 11:00. Other time we came was a great weekend but this one wasn’t. Ty

We just came back from staying at the Cardinal KOA for the Canada Day Weekend celebration and we had a blast as usual! The fireworks show was awesome and the kids loved the pool and the giant inflatable water slide!

The bathrooms were clean, but the campsites need upkeep. The picnic tables are in rough shape, as are leveling of sites and fire pit stones have all fallen apart! But upkeep of kids dome or parks are great!

The campground is a very nice park with lots to do and a very enjoyable place to spend time. It gets my vote of approval for a great holiday.

First time going, was recommended by a friend. We brought our kids (9 & 12) and they had a blast!! I was very impressed with the amount of fun activities on the weekend, from the foam party to the giant slide, and ice cream social. All the activities were all in close proximity to our cabin. We booked the rustic cabin with no toilet, it was great having ac and a mini fridge. We will be back!

The lack of onsite food options was a bit frustrating, compared to other KOA's we have stayed at, but it just required some better planning on our part. We checked out the pizza place but they were not at all affordable. Having a BBQ made up for these in many ways.

We camped during the 2nd last week of June. The pool was fabulous. Great for adults and kids alike. The kids enjoyed the climbing structures and the playground. We did ask for the splash pad to be turned on but it was not. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our first stay at a KOA and we loved it, will definitely go again! Only comments or feedback that we have is that the pool was really cold even though it is supposed to be heated (we heard other families say this as well) and it would have been handy to have a baby swing at the back park!

Our stay was great. From checking in to checking out. The cabin was very clean and we liked how the bedding fit all beds were in separate bags. We will definitely stay at any KOA. Thanks.

Loved KOA Cardinal! We stayed for baseball tournament and our cabin was spacious, clean & well stocked. Kids kept busy at pool & mini putt - great staff! A+++

Family stay in a cabin for a weekend in June. Enjoyed the entire stay! Easy check in, lots to do for the kids whether it be splash pad, pool, mining for gold! golf, playgrounds, cool bikes to ride around, and arts and crafts. Endless things to do here. Friendly staff too and very quick to drop off firewood or answer any questions. Also won the 50/50! Good times!

We checked in on the Friday and there was a party next door until 2am. I think the grounds should be patrolled more often, especially at 11pm, when the noise is suppose to stop. I’m not sure if there were any more complaints, but there were 40-50 people at that party. Also, I think they should bring back the water fight, the bingo and games for adults too.

I liked the overall campground and the amenities available. It is nice when a off leash area is provided for the dogs. I did have some difficulty with the dryer not working but the manager did help to get the machine working.

This is one of the best campgrounds that we've visited. The sites are large and shaded under mature pine trees. The playgrounds have a variety of play structures and games (e.g. jumping pads, mini-putt, gaga pit, go-cart). There are many activities for family everyday and every evening (e.g. fireworks, VR game). The outdoor pool is clean and heated so it can be enjoyed at any time of the season. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The campground is well maintained and is only 45 minutes South of Ottawa. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to any family.

This was our final stop before crossing into the US, after a long drive from Sturgeon Falls we were given a warm welcome and guided to our site. The facilities were functional and clean. The amenities were spot on. 10/10 would stay here again!
