Great time camping with my girls! So many fun activities but time to just sit back, relax and enjoy quiet time as well! Site was clean, staff were amazing and we will be back next summer for sure. Thanks Cardinal KOA for a great camping vacation!

My friend and her grandson and I stayed at cardinal KOA in a deluxe cabin. We loved the activities for the kids that were scheduled (foam pit, ice cream social, crafts, movie night) and those that were unscheduled (mini putt, swimming, climbing playground). We loved our time and our accommodations! Perfect getaway!

Cleaning bathrooms both mornings at peak use time seemed not so helpful to me. Apart from that, we though it was all great.

Camp area was clean, staff was efficient and friendly! We love it there, thank you very much! We enjoyed the french fries, ice cream and pizza. Grandkids had so much fun! It is such a safe friendly environment for them also!

We had a great stay with our family, pool was clean, all amenities were great. Staff were friendly. Weekend activities were excellent. The only thing I could say is price point. I feel the campsite would be a little more occupied if the cost was down a little.

It was a great stay. We were very happy with the cabin and the park. So happy the gigantic waterslide was running this year. That was fun. There really should be a tall latch or lock on the circuit breaker cabinet inside the kids bedroom. That is not safe for them to have easy access to it.

Lots of trees ... very nice ! , but they hold in the campfire smoke .. horrible ! Bathroom Ok , but for the money , just adequate ...small showers stalls ... Good for kids , but we don't have any :-)

We love the park. The trees with the amount of sap are a little challenging. The store needed to be more equipped at this time of year. I found the staff overall were polite but not welcoming. They didn’t go out of their way to say good morning or hello. I realize this park is under new management and still learning so will give them that. Upgrades desperately needed ie water slide/craft area.

Our kids(2&4) had a great time, lots of activities. Two suggestions: 1- there is no change table in the men’s washroom at the main building, this should be added. 2- The receipts have no detail on them, it would be nice to see a breakdown of the charges applied to the site over the course of the stay. We will be back next year!

Enjoyed our stay. Just a few things to improve on. The grass should have been cut. It was long when we arrived. The showers were small, ran out of hot water and the shower heads were not great making it hard to rinse off the soap. Would be nice to have sewer hook up instead of waiting for the pump truck.

It was awesome. The kids were sad the splash pad was open when we arrived, they then removed the fence within the first 2 hours of being there. We were not allowed access for the remainder of the stay, it did not reopen while there. Other than that the kids had a blast! We used a tent and the area was was very clean and well kept. The foam pit was incredibly dirty, wish the water slide opened!

We were upset not to have our request granted for a cabin on a shady site, since we don’t fare well in the heat. We got cabin K06, the ONLY one without shade trees so it is blazing hot from noon until evening. We have been camping there for years and felt we booked far enough ahead (January) for the weekend of July 8. Why do you ask for special requests if you don’t honour them?

So many amenities for children, great full shade campsites and helpful staff. Wifi doesn’t work AT ALL, don’t count on it and pump up staff need to be trained/shown how to operate properly. Other than that, would recommend.

Beautiful site. Very busy with young families. Office and pool inaccessible for anyone who cannot do stairs. No rail on the pool and very high steps to get into the office. Seems a lot of places in Ontario are not handicap accessible. Very surprising coming from Alberta where nearly everything is very accessible.

The park is very run down. The owner is new, so I gave it a second chance. Park is in need of lots of work. Nobody smiles, grass cutting is hit and miss, no gardens really, no sewer. Last yr free dump was at 3-4 days this yr one must stay 5 days. What if I’m not interested in being there over a weekend. Spoke with the owner but obliviously he didn’t care. Better KOA’s closeby

This is one of the best campgrounds that we've visited. The sites are large and shaded under mature pine trees. The playgrounds have a variety of play structures and games (e.g. jumping pads, mini-putt, gaga pit, go-cart). There are many activities for family everyday and every evening (e.g. fireworks, VR game). The outdoor pool is clean and heated so it can be enjoyed at any time of the season. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The campground is well maintained and is only 45 minutes South of Ottawa. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to any family.

This was our final stop before crossing into the US, after a long drive from Sturgeon Falls we were given a warm welcome and guided to our site. The facilities were functional and clean. The amenities were spot on. 10/10 would stay here again!
