The only thing I would check into better internet maybe Starlink, we had absolutely zero coverage at our site. Everything else was great sure nice to watch kids enjoying themselves on those tricycles and not a cellphone in sight. Thanks for a great stay

Would have had a better stay at à truck stop or rest area. Trailers are so close together that you can have a quiet conversation with your neighbor while both having lunch in our own camper. The noise level was very high and constant. The site was not even cleaned. There were crayons and tinsel and a lot of cigarette butts all over our site. We had to clean it. Would we go back? Beautiful campground, well-maintained play structures and waterpark was very nice for the young boys. Only complaint was they were washing the washrooms during the busiest time in the morning seven till 8 AM. Even though they had a sign on the door stating the bathroom cleaning 11 AM till 1 PM This caused for some frustration among many campers Update your signs do not clean in the morning

There wasn’t too many activities to do and things were a little run down. The store had almost nothing in it. You had run out of ice which is ridiculous. The owner/manager should have gone to another store at purchased ice for your campers. Also the price of the firewood for the bag we got was crazy. A few pieces of wood for 15$ is nuts. We were a little disappointed with our trip this year.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.Our Ice shortage was due to supplier issues,and local stores were also running low. We'll work on better backups plans. Our firewood is pre-bagged,kiln-dried and deliverd to site which affects cost. We're working to refresh our activities and store items.

Very nice cabins rent them every year and will keep on coming back. I with that they would bring back the bill to site as much easier then carrying around money or having to use card transaction every time.

Rule about 1 car limit per camping site was not enforced during our stay. Camping was overcrowded and unsafe for children as visibility limited.

Température de la piscine parfaite. Très beau module de jeux pour enfant. Beau terrain de camping. Seul point négatif est que l'horaire disait qu'il avait un brunch de 9h à 11h mais la roulotte prévue pour le brunch était fermée.

Our mini fridge wasn’t working day 1 and we didn’t realize until it was too late. It was fixed the next day but unfortunately our milk/yogurt and meat spoiled.

We really enjoyed our stay, and have been going for many years. However there are a few things that could use come upkeep. Ther atmosphere has also died down. We bought 50/50 tickets. In the past the jackpot was several hundred dollars, it was only $175 this time, and pretty sure our groups contributed most of it. Was not promoted at all. For Christmas in July, there was very little mention.

Took my 3 grandchildren for a fun weekend. We all had a wonderful and safe experience. Very kid oriented, with friendly staff and clean grounds.

My family spent 4 days in the campground tenting. The sites are really nicely set up, comfortable and clean, as is the entire location and services. The pool is awesome! The staff are amazing and friendly! We all had a great time! Couldn’t ask for better fun! Cheers!

Great camping, just a bit far from (about 20-30 minutes) groceries, Kelly's beach, LCBO, Walmart. Iroquois beach really nice Missing a bit more things at the reception (garbage bags, toilette paper, eggs, etc..) But really clean, friendly staff, great service , thank you

Overall a great stay. But I have noticed some decline in the available activities on the weekends. Also there are some pretty trashy looking seasonal sites now.

We enjoyed our stay as usual. Campground is clean and well kept. The 2 issues we relayed to staff were quickly managed (bees and dog park gate). We will definitely be back!

The site was nice and clean, loved having a platform for the tent. Was very disappointed i couldnt get ice at the store, that should be a standard offer at a Campground. The slide, while fun, was disgusting, it clearly doesnt get cleaned. The scavenger hunt was fun, the Park and bounce pad were a hit as well. Wish the pool was slightly warmer lol.

We only had an overnight stay while most of the other campers seemed to be settled in for a longer holiday at this busy campground with lots to do. We love the big pines and easy access. Sites are spacious and level.

Staff put up water slide and it was absolutely filthy .That night a group of campers were extremely loud, swearing etc. management was contacted 3 times and every time they said they checked and it was fine. This was not the case they did not enforce anything went on till 1am. Other families asked them to be quiet as well nothing was done. It felt like a field party rather then a family camp site.

Stayed in a cabin that actually had a full washroom. Cabin was well stocked with all dishware, pots and a microwave and coffee machine, including a little pack of coffee to start with. We enjoyed our state thoroughly. The amenities were great. Lots of activities for kids. The campsite was very clean. We will definitely be returning

Great time, lots to do for kids. Only minor downside would be lack of privacy between cabins and check in time being 4pm is unfortunate as we paid $450 for 2 nights, we lose more than half a day having to check in at 4pm and checkout 11am.

My child had a great time with all of the activities. The staff was friendly. The only downfall was one night there were many children biking throughout the campsite around 11 pm and making a lot of noise which made it difficult for us since we have young children. There was also an activity that my young child wanted to partake it and it wasn’t clear she couldn’t until after a 20 minute line.

Very quick stop for just one night. Amazing how many small, young children were there with parents/ grandparents. Our only concern was dogs left alone and barked and/ or whined.

We were happy with our stay and had an enjoyable experience overall. Pros: * The cabin was clean and well-maintained. * The heating and air conditioning worked very well. * The cabin was well-equipped * The recreational facilities and activities organized for children were fantastic and very engaging. * The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Cons: * The cabin was advertised as accommodating 6 people, with a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a pull-out couch. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but the couch was unusable for sleeping due to a severe dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable and likely to cause back pain. In reality, the cabin only had 4 comfortable sleeping spaces, not 6. * The propane BBQ had a very weak flame, which made it difficult to cook our food properly. * There was a sewage-like smell inside the cabin throughout the night. * There was also an unpleasant sewage smell in the campground, apparently due to the RV dumping station being located nearby. * At 3 PM on Sunday, I was told bike rentals had ended for the season. Two hours later, my upset 8-year-old saw other kids renting bikes. The staff explained they had resumed rentals due to high demand and kindly offered us a free ride, which I appreciated. However, the inconsistent information left us both disappointed. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Nice campground. No sewer hook ups but there is a dump station. Place was pretty empty when we came so was a little disappointed they put us in a pull through site that was very hard to turn into and no room for our truck. So many sites would of accomodated us better

If you have kids and they love interacting with other kids come here. Kids all over having fun. Lots of things for them to do. Splash pad and large play structure was the highlight. Although better parental supervision is required. Park was clean and staff pleasant. Some sites were very narrow however our patio site was probably the best for space. Lots of nice large trees. Park is close to Ottawa and the 401. $15 for firewood is reasonable. Only 4 stars as no sewer available (strange for KOA). Better dumping setup and control by staff during check-out is required. Road to exit was completely blocked. Even if you didn't need to dump you were forced to wait. Kids want to return so I guess we are!
