I think you have a wonderful KOA. This stay how ever I felt the bathrooms were not being tended to like before. Only once during my 4 night stay did I see a staff member checking on bathrooms. The bathrooms in the center of KOA were dirty with toilet paper everywhere, full of sand and at time smelled of weed. Men’s room also had a broken main door knob. If possible please improve on this.

Most KOAs that have the “Resort” tag are often lacking something-this one is not it is firing on all cylinders. There’s numerous activities and amenities so you should never be bored. The resort is huge but managed considerably well- lots of yellow shirts around to assist campers. Easy beach access. We would definitely recommend this resort.

Nice park especially if you have children. A little crowded for my taste but it was in a good location. We liked our stay there because we could explore each end of the Outer Banks.

We love the location to the beach and the sound. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There are a ton of activities for the whole family. An oversized wrap around pool, bounce pillow, volleyball, basketball, fun train, kids crafts, bingo and so much more. On site store, restaurant, tiki bar and live music (on certain nights). Staff is friendly and helpful. We keep coming back!

Too many golf carts, sites too small, need either speed bumps or some way to control speeders, appreciate the garbage pick up, speedy checkin, people park their tow vehicle and block road.

Always so much fun with activities. Our teenager and I even enjoyed some of them together. We were excited to have a dunes spot, but sewer hookup was quite a challenge. A neighbor said they asked to be moved from that site because of the same. Site 100 sewer needs to be adjusted for height! Disappointed about the condition of the public beach entrance. Looked like it was about to collapse.

With the beach, erosion problem there is very little space for campers to sit at the beach. You must watch the tide schedule and still be elbow to elbow with everyone else from what I understand there’s no plans to rehab the beach. There was a lot of construction debris, such as tile, asphalt, concrete and wood, I picked up several nails and screws from the sand. Lost internet and tv during r st

This was our 2nd girls trip to the KOA and there will be more! I want to give all the stars to Joey in Rec, his energy made our trip memorable!!! He stopped and talked to our group everytime we saw him and went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time. Thanks Joey!!!

We enjoyed every minute. Special thanks to Kyle, who took us to our site, explained it all; he’s a lovely young man; very helpful and friendly; saw him several times while we were there and he was very helpful. Fantastic attitude, all smiles, great member of your staff. This was our first time in our RV, Kyle made it easy! Please thank him again for us.

Lots to do in the campground for kids, very clean, everyone friendly. The hot tub and pool were a big plus for the kids. My kids also loved the gaint jumping pad and the dog park was great with our 4 dogs.

It was clean and had a lot of activities. On my he weekends it was terribly noisy and kids were driving their e-bikes very fast in the dark with no lights. We were there for two weekends and they were both the same.

The stay was very pleasant. The campground is starting to show its age, which is to be expected for a campground on the beach. My only complaint would be when I checked in I asked to be moved to a full hookup site. I was told that wasn’t possible. There were several full hookup sites vacant during my entire stay at the campground.

Got harassed by staff over bringing up an issue. Could not get any sleep at night because people being loud. Camp site was less than to be desired.

Wonderful campground right next to the ocean. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Pool and hottube was a delight. We will be back next year!

Beautiful spot, however, the extreme winds and piling sands along with tides kept us off the beach. Excellent breakfast at Tina's and cool Tiki bar time Diwnside was too many kids in hot tub.

Excellent campground ocean is literally a five minute walk from just about any site if not less very clean and well-maintained. The pool, laundry room, game room and the café on site where a definite plus conveniently located to local stores and gas stations. We would definitely stay there again.

We love coming to this campground but this year we had a bigger camper but put the length of our camper on reservation and the site we were given was barely the size of our camper when there were other sites empty all weekend that were longer. Also I feel like the upkeep on the campground is declining. Just wanted someone to know my concerns. Still had a wonderful time!

Staff are friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. Fun events scheduled for all ages, the campground is clean. The sound system for music at the pool was “crackly”. The beach erosion is within feet of dunes, left little to no room for walking &/or spending time on the beach. We left early due to daily inclement weather & flash flood warnings. We are hopeful the beach can be restored and save

We loved all of the activities that were planned! So much fun! We love the location, the staff was very friendly. We love all of the amenities that it had to offer! Things I would recommend is have Tina’s cafe open when it says it will be open. We were looking forward to having breakfast our last day so we could avoid clean up and saved eating here until last as a treat. Updates to the bath hous

Great campground that is always clean and well kept. We stay there every Memorial Day and always have a fantastic time. We have a large family and there are activities for all ages from toddler to seniors. The beach is in rough shape though due to recent erosion but there was plenty to do at the pool.

We got 2 sites and tent camped here for 2 nights with 5 kids and 6 adults, including my elderly parents. Everyone enjoyed the trip. Beach during the day and pool time in the evening was great! The kids had a blast on the Glow Train. Our sites were thankfully next to each other and had a fire pit, grill, water, electric and picnic table with a cover. We'll be back!

Site 100 was pretty neat to people watch at the beach access. Not intrusive, but tje sewer hook up there was a challenge. High of our RV was not compatible with the hookup, but we made it work. Lots of activities and great pool and music. Beach areas are receding so be prepared for high tide when you set up out there.

The campground has a variety of arrangements including small cabins, dog areas, covered picnic areas on individual camp spot. It has a pool, hot tub volleyball sand area all that I didn't use. There is a small store where you check in. They also cook on site. They have activities during the day: bingo, train rides for kids, karaoke etc. The campground doesn't back up to the beach; its more like a narrow shoreline. The current access to this is a series of narrow multiple level steps. How would anyone be able to carry cooler, chair, towels etc down to just gaze at the water seems unsafe. I didn't see anyone do that. Instead I had to travel to visited another beach. People friendly. Bathrooms were alright. They also have washer/dryers (didn't use). The parking areas are mostly gravel. It has rain before I got there and some places had pools of water. It was nice to hear the ocean sounds at night when it got dark and quite. There was a nice breeze during my entire trip.
