Overall the stay was great. The facilities though such as bath house and restrooms need to be maintained better. Multiple toilets not working and filled with waste, showers were not draining correctly with clogged drains and massive amounts of hair and other material. Floors needed repairing with tiles being loose and could cause injury (woman’s bathroom). Friendly staff and great site thoug

The campground itself was amazing. Updated, clean, and many fun activities! loved the beach access and campground amenities. Cabins were extremely dingy especially considering cost and state of the rest of the campground. Cabins had clogged sink, all kitchen drawers were broken, upholstery on couch was all torn off, stained bedding, etc. kitchen table and chairs didn't allow you to open fridge

Amazing stay!! The campground is very nice, we loved the cabins ! The beach is near and so is the sunsets right across the street! The pool is big and a lot of activities for everyone are proposed. We’ll definitively come back !!

Everything was absolutely brilliant, except for the state of the bathrooms in the center of the campground. They should be cleaned more often. The biggest issue for me was the lack of RECYCLING! For an area which prides itself in its natural beauty, I had to throw away a ridiculous amount of plastic, as I didn't have room to take it with me. PLEASE RECTIFY! I FELT TERRIBLE! Otherwise, fabulous!

We liked the cabin and all the activities for the kids. Loved easy access to beach, pool, playground and jump pad. With the bathrooms being used by so many they need to be cleaned more than once a day.

Absolutely love the location and vibe of this KOA. Stayed in a ocean front deluxe cabin for 2 nights. Cabin itself needs some love and updating ,rest of the koa seems to be in great condition. Would not chose the ocean front cabin again, based on nightly price and what the actual accommodation is.

Love all of the activities for the kids. The bar and pool area are fantastic! Low and affordable prices are a pleasant surprise -we are at a campsite. Tina’s Grill is super yummy! Dog area, beach access were great! Only areas of improvement are cleaner camp bathrooms, working charcoal grills for each site.

We stayed three nights in the basic cabins. Besides a visit from a mouse which was addressed quickly by the staff we had no issues at all. The pool and other amenities are top notch for a campground.

We stayed in a small cabin and had a great stay. The KOA had a large variety of services and events and did a wonderful job catering to families! The cabin we stayed in was perfect for us and was nice to have a working A/C! However the cabin itself could use a little upkeep, the floors were dirty and the mattresses all had numerous stains on them, which made me question how 'clean' they were

We had the perfect cabin. Anytime we needed help, staff was very responsive. Replaced our broken grill immediately so we could keep cooking. Very friendly and caring.

The campground is in need of attention. Should probably invest money into fixing the cabins, with the rates you would expect a nice stay. The bath houses are nasty! Pool and hottub need cleaning.

First cabin smelled like cigarette smoke, got switched to another one which was infested with ants. Bought ant spray to keep them at bay for the week. The bathrooms were disgusting. Smelled horrible, all the toilets were clogged, shower had mold and sinks were missing pieces. Stayed there a week and it was never cleaned, soap dispensers were never filled.

Deluxe Cabins not well maintained. Bathroom sink did not drain, most of the drawers in the kitchen were broken and falling off when pulled. Pull out couch arm rest was heavily peeling. Informed the Office and was told they would report it but they only have one maintenance guy to repair things. This was done on the first full day. Nothing was ever fixed. So great! We loved the hotel-like accommodations and being right there near the pool and shop. Would love to check out the deluxe cabin right there on the beach next time though. Everyone was super nice and helpful!

The campground was well maintained, many activities for children and families. The only complaint was stayed in a cabin and the cleaning detail could have been a bit better. The ac units were covered in dirt/dust in the vents- the ceiling fans had dust hanging off the blades, went to use some dishes and they were dirty.

The cabin was dirty with sand all over including the beds, hair in the bathroom, door hanging off its hinges, AC broken, and german cockroaches. Water slide gone, hot tub jets broken. The seemingly resident kids around 15 years old on bounce-pad bullied our 3 children this past week. That night our golf cart stolen, crashed, beach chairs thrown around camp. Security and New management needed.

We stayed in the suites above the office/general store. Our suite we could hear a lot of the outside noises around us. The view was amazing and the spaciousness of the room was excellent. The activities they had was fun for our 6 year old and they also had fun activities for the older kids and adults. The front desk staff were always very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back�ϋ�

The website was easy to use. I got help modifying my reservation & that was easy and appreciated. The cabin was clean & A/C & fan very effective in the heat. Outdoor showers near beach were super convenient. The major detraction was the bathrooms-- dirty floors & counters, toilets clogged and sinks with doors underneath that were either missing or off hinges.

Very nice campground. Only things that would have made it better is if the Wifi was better and an oven and another stove burner. We had 2 burners but one of them didn’t work.

Never have I been disappointed with this KOA but this time The bathrooms were disgusting, shower areas were disgusting. I never once saw anyone cleaning either of the two. We had the best week at this KOA!! The staff was all so friendly and the amenities were top notch. Music every night by the pool plus easy beach access made this a really enjoyable trip. We will be back!!

Our stay went well, we enjoy the pool, beach, & activities. However, we told the front desk about our shower being broken in our cabin on our first day. They never came out to look at it. We pay for a cabin to enjoy a private restroom/shower. Our shower was either scorching hot or ice cold, it was very hard to get it to a comfortable temperature due to the handle being broken.

First cabin, the air conditioner was messed up so we had to switch. The next cabin we went to, the ac was trying to play catch up the whole time. You could see sun light about a cm around the whole door, probably weather stripping would help. This was also a problem when the neighbor cabin started a fire so our whole cabin smelled like smoke. We had a wonderful time. The pool was great. Enjoyed the cafe and live music. The beach was beautiful though the last step getting onto the beach was treacherous for someone older - me. The showers were not cleaned enough and the shower curtain was too grungy for me. The camping cabin felt like it was a bit past its prime. Staff were all lovely.

Stay was great, this is our 2nd time here. We stayed in a cabin 503, would like to see a better cooling option as the unit just cannot keep up due to no insulation in the cabins. Also there was a large gap in the door that makes it hard to make sure door is locked plus letting in lots of bugs.

The room itself had a good layout with plenty of areas to stash supplies. However, it was not thoroughly cleaned with brown crust around the base of the toilet, a moldy shower curtain, sticky dining table & counters, dust/dirt in the cabinets/drawers, and a coating of sand/dust across the floors/tops of the furniture. The worst was the music/bass from 8AM-10PM. Rooms or pool need relocated.
