I booked on the app. Said one pull through left. Many open. We didn’t need any fancies sand we’re not using any facilities. A cheaper option for off season would have been nice.

It was great! Two nights and got to try the restaurant with family the last night. Quiet park. No problems food was delicious and Everything was smooth and easy.

Canton is a good halfway point between our home, just outside of Houston, and our family and friends in Northeastern Oklahoma. We’ve stayed at the KOA there several times and we’re always extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and hospitality. The spaces are roomy and the price is on track with other campgrounds we’ve stayed at across the country.

These are sparse-looking RV pads, no trees, but they are all pull-through, level, new, all the water, sewer and electrical hookups are updated and working, and the pads with firepits and seating look warm and inviting. The location was quiet - little to no highway noise or air traffic, and we had a clear view of the stars at night, with little to no light pollution. Very close to First Mondays.

Due to a family member Covid illness, I requested to postpone this trip and no one ever responded back, however they checked me in and charged me even though I never checked in.

I live in Dallas and this is a great place to get away for the weekend. Super clean. Nice pond with lots of ducks.The Q & Brew restaurant on site has great food and beer and is a short walk fro mn the RV to dine in or carry back to eat in. I've been at least 4 times over the last couple of years and will be back.

Overall the stay was very good, what would make it GREAT is fix the road to get rid of the pot holes and get the wifi upgraded to handle the crowds of trade days..

It was an ok rv park. The parking was very very limited. Once I parked my 5th wheel I had to keep the tailgate down and park under it so my truck wouldn't be in the road. If you have a smaller rv say under 35 ft it would be great. Or if they would move the electric hookups closer to the center of the rv pad might help some too. But not much for an rv that is over 40ft.

Site was level and nice enough. The restroom toilet was blocked so unusable. Overall not too pleased but it was only for one night.

It was beautiful and clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the bathrooms and showers are the best we’ve ever seen of the more than 50 places we’ve stayed over the years.

This was our 5th time staying there. However this time the night was very noisy not sure if it is because of the families staying there but we did not get a lot of sleep

our stay was great, We love staying here because of how nice it is. In saying that the woodedn chairs and picnic tables either need to be painted or replaced. It would also be nice if you concreted around all of the hook ups and not just some.

We love staying at Silver Spur. They just need to update the roads some and the internet. The internet is non-existent and the roads in the back are very bumpy.

We love Canton KOA. It is hands down the best KOA. This is our 4th time, and we will always come back! They even have someone who is able to come to your spot and wash your RV/travel trailer. 10/10 recommend them!

Beautiful campground, but currently my camper has an electrical problem. I can only work on 110 volt plug-in. First site would not work at all, no one available to fix it. Second site kept circuit breaker going off. Lived that way for 2 days. Breaker should be 20 amp. Only park this trip that would not work right. Park is nice if you can stay on 50 amp! Not parks fault, but someone shouldb

We just stopped for a night on our way to another destination, and it was perfect. There were things for my boys to do, the chopped beef sandwiches at the on site BBQ restaurant was really good and convenient, and we woke to a beautiful sunrise.

We frequently go to east Texas in the cooler months and have stayed at the Canton KOA several times. Over time we have decided it is the best in the area for us. Great service checking in, sites are easy to get into and out of, it's pretty quiet. The Q & Brew is a good place for a local beer.

sites are concrete pads that are pretty level. large pond with plenty of grassy area.

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
