General Campground Information
Off-peak season hours are 8am - 6pm. Off-peak season is Labor Day through Memorial Day
Please leave bagged garbage at the end of your site pad between 8 am and 10 am and we will dispose of it for you.
Do not leave garbage out overnight - critters WILL make a mess of our campground!
There is NO lifeguard on duty at the pool.
Children under the age of 14 may not swim without an adult in attendance.
NO GLASS containers may be used in the pool area.
Sites which appear to be vacant may have a reservation and should not be used as parking.
If additional parking is needed, check with our office regarding overflow areas and options.
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time for rv spots is 2pm and check-out time is 12pm. Early check-ins and late check-outs are based upon availability and need to be requested in advance.
Restrooms and Laundry Facilities
* Must be leashed at 6' or less at all times.
* We ask that you pick up after their messes – please help keep our campground clean!
* Kamp K9 is our fenced area in the park for pets to play off leash
* May not use our people facilities including buildings, playground and pool
* May not be left unattended
Meet Your Hosts
You only have one opportunity to make a great first impression!Welcome to the Canton KOA where experiences are created! The dream of this amazing resort would not be possible without a great team of people. Our General Manager, Jeff Durham, helps make much of this happen. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensures an overall high level of satisfaction from each guest. Jeff's background includes over 25 years in the hotel and hospitality industry. During this time, he worked in a variety of roles, including human resources, accounting, operations and sales. He holds both a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration. Jeff's hotel industry experience, food and beverage background, and genial personality make him the ideal leader of the Silver Spur Resort and Canton KOA. If you see Jeff walking around the Silver Spur Resort, give him a “howdy!”
