I understand that the restaurant burned down, however we went to the smokehouse to get food and it was sold out. Our stay last February was great, but this time paying $190 per night in the cabin was not a good deal. Next February we will be seeking other arrangements.

Awesome KOA. Kamp store felt like a boutique, trail around pond was gorgeous, variety of sites to choose from and staff were super nice. Riding my motorcycle on a 4-day trip I needed an overnight stay and I opted for a cabin with a shower - Very comfortable amenities, slept great. I needed to do laundry that night, custodial staff was amazing and brought me a cup of soap since store was closed.

The Canton KOA in and of itself was a very nice place. Even though the campground was mostly full, the night was quiet and restful. The only drawbacks were that the Q & Brew restaurant on the property had a fire about a week before our stay and was closed. Unfortunate for that as they have the best BBQ we have had in a long time. The only complaint was the uncomfortablematteress in our cabin.

My sister had her wedding at the barn. When I tell you the staff of the Silver Spur Resort are tremendous and nice. Everyone raved about their stay and the experience we had.

Rented the stage coach hall and stayed the night in a cabin. Everyone very helpful and very attentive to my needs. Hope to come back soon.

Campground was nice and well kept. Customer service was subpar due to check in being pushed back 45 minutes w/ no communication other than being told "I'm sorry, it's not a perfect world" by an employee. The posted check out time is also an hour earlier than stated. Several listed amenities were closed and unavailable during our stay which was a disappointment to our children.

We stayed for a family wedding. The wedding was at the Silver Spur. It was convenient for us as we had a tiny cabin. We lucked out and picked the last cabin near the venue. I would suggest an emphasis on website that informs people the convenient location especially for venue. Short 500 foot walk to wedding venue. Very clean, beautiful venue.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations and grounds. When I reserved cabin C-10, I do not recall anything about the bed being an upstairs bunk and my wife found it difficult to go up the near vertical stairs with nothing to grab until reaching the top. If that was not indicated on the cabin description, perhaps it should be as we will not be reserving that type of cabin. Thanks

We love Canton Koa, my family has been staying at this Resort's RV spots but we booked a room in a deluxe mini cabin and it was very disappointing. It was not clean at all, from stain on the sofa bed to crumbs and dead bugs and lot of ants. The bed up stairs had dead bugs on the floor and dusty and the fan was filthy. the shower was not cleaned either, it was nasty. Hope y'all can fix this.

Air conditioner went out twice in two days. Cabin for four was especially small. The two bunk beds were made for small children and we had four adults. Apparently we had the only cabin with no picnic table. The wedding venue, however was AMAZING !!!

The cabin (wagon) we stayed in was lovely and clean/comfy. The campsite itself and OK. For the price of 200/night - I would have liked to see more offerings. There was not water(s) nor any group activities although the website suggested there would be. No one told us about the boats and we only saw them when we were leaving. I wish they had a group campfire so we could have roasted our smores

Because of water bodies nearby there was a bad smell coming with lot of bugs. Kids can’t stay out for long time because of smell and bugs. The maintenance of the beds and bathrooms were good.

I booked a cabin with a bathroom and microwave/mini fridge. They overbooked those cabins and put me in a covered wagon. I was not told until the day before when it was too late to change plans. The wagon didn’t have a bathroom,microwave/mini fridge and this one didn’t even have a table. The door wouldn’t stay latched. Not the experience we wanted. Our 2nd time there,don’t know if we’ll b

Need thicker curtains and need blinds over the door due to lots of sunlight in the morning, which interrupts sleep. Escape room should be free if you’re staying on the resort.

The two basketball goals were broken (one wasn’t there the other was falling down/safety hazard). Thought we’d try fishing but they said they didn’t have poles for rent - only one available didn’t even have a reel. Asked if we could do the escape room and they said it’s not open. I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
