Great stay, except the water in the showers never got warm or hot (bummer) bathroom was clean grounds were clean all good except for the cold shower water . Staff was very nice.

This park is always clean and well maintained. The sites are large and nearly level; we have stayed here many times and sometimes we don't need leveling blocks at all. The park is quiet and bald eagles fish the creek that runs through the campground.

It was epic!! Beautiful area, level sites, it was cold season so the back restroom & shower weren’t available but understandable. Beautiful river next to our site & we even had eagles in the trees that greeted us with their beautiful sounds in the morning. I couldn’t have been happier

WOW!! Lots of new improvment since our last stay here we haven't been able to leave canada For over 3 years due to covid restrictions as we make this our stop on our winter getaway to arizona. Your flower beds in the back of the campground by the dog park end sites just brought a huge smile to my wifes face and you paved your parking lot entry and your all night watchman is still there feels saf

Always clean. Rvs were spread out nicely. Staff was friendly. It wasn't great being charged $20 to check in 2hrs early. I could understand it if the site needed to be prepared or the staff had to rush for me but the campground was relatively empty so I didn't see a reason for the charge. I was dissapointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed.

This is our home campground and we love to come stay. Staff is so friendly! Love how big the spaces are and the WiFi is always strong! Highly recommend a visit.

We stayed a # of times years ago. always wanted to return. Very disappointing, the store shelves were bare, no one at the counter had I found what I was looking for. The park was nearly empty yet the site they put us in was awkward to pull in to, I am sure others in our price range were available. The guest policy is absurd, we hoped our son in the area could join us for breakfast, not allowed.

Beautiful large campsite. Clean small dog park. Great internet. Facilities are spotlessly clean. Sites are wide and accommodating. We don’t feel it’s fair to be charged $10 US to check in and hour early. There are 300 sites and 3 were being used - it’s shoulder season - staff was literally sitting in their unit beside the office and was happy to pop out to check us in for our pre booked stay

We have been koa members for years and this is the first time an employee came to our rv at 10:45am as we were getting ready to leave and asked if we were staying the next nite. He pretty well said you had better be gone in 15 minutes. We are in our 70's and moving as fast as we can. I broke my leg and had surgery on it some months ago and I use a walker. There were many open campsites .

Didn’t like that the indoor pool and hot tub so was closed. It’s an indoor pool and spa would give the impression that during fall and winter it would be open, very disappointing. Also we were in #2 with full hook up but the power box didn’t work so we used our battery and propane until the morning the. Plugged into #1 power box. For what I paid don’t feel I got the amenities I should have

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Always picking up and maintaining this excellent campground. During our last visit mid-week in October, campers were well spaced to provide a quiet, private experience. Lots of retail and restaurants close to the campground if needed. Great spot, one of our favourites!

75 degrees in October was a perfect last minute camping trip. This koa was relaxing and quiet very clean and the camp host was friendly I recommend this koa.

Friendly check-in. Easy to find campsite. Nice big pull through. Very few campers near us. It was a perfect camping experience.

This KOA is a hidden gem in the Northwest. Approximately 50 miles from Canadian border. A little over a hour from Seattle. It’s far enough off the I5 surrounded by a forest of pine trees that you don’t hear any road traffic. Very long and wide sites. Clean and well maintained. Loved it!

We really loved our experience at this KOA and would gladly return, but the cost is much higher that others in the northern part of Washington. It does have spacious lots and great amenities, and it is a "gated secure park, it's just not in our budget to stay there long term, which is what we are looking for. If your budget is able to accommodate the cost, we highly recommend this KOA!

We were in a 19 ft travel trailer. Sites are a bit on the small side where we were parked. Bathrooms and showers clean. Staff very nice and friendly. The campground is close to the shopping and literally 5 minutes from the Casino. There were lots of activity things for kids, mini golf, horse shoes, bouncy platform, an indoor pool which was sadly closed for the season. Overall a good place to stay.

We've stayed here a number of times over the years. This is the first since Covid cut off us Canadians. Nice park in a location that is convenient to all the towns and things to see in the Skagit Valley. Only complaint is it has become pricey.

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.

It was after school opened. The pool and jumping pillow was closed. But the large playground was great fun for my 4yr old granddaughter. The glide swings were fun and relaxing. The office had limited hours so we had trouble finding someone to ask questions to.
