Burlington / Anacortes KOA Holiday General Information

Pool & Spa are open from April 19th through Labor Day weekend.
The opening time is 10 AM and closing time is not fixed.
Children under 14 must be with an adult 18 or older. NO PETS (including service dog), GLASS or ALCOHOL in pool area. NO SMOKING ZONE.

If you want a site reserved close to your friends or family, please click on select my site; otherwise, we cannot guarantee a site next to each other.
If your specific site is not available, don't hesitate to call us and find out the site availability.

Burlington KOA is a security gated property. Reservations MUST be made in advance for after hours arrivals.

We cannot accommodate RVs pulled by Semi-truck RV Haulers.

Our store hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.  You can still make reservations online or leave a voice mail on the phone and we will return your call.

CANCELLATION SPECIFIC POLICY FOR BURLINGTON / ANACORTES  KOA: 

RV SITES, TENT SITES, ALL CABINS REQUIRE 30 DAYS CANCELLATION  NOTICE. 
ALL CABINS (DELUXE CABINS/CAMPING CABINS/RV RENTAL) LESS THAN 14 DAYS CANCELLATION, ENTIRE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
*30-7 DAYS CANCELLATION FOR RV /TENT - ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED * 
*30-14 DAYS ALL CABINS - ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED * 
IF YOU MISS LESS THAN 7 DAYS FOR RV/TENT & 14 DAYS OF ALL ACCOMMODATION, YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED
After October 1st through  April 1st : 48 hours notice for RV/Tent, All accommodations are 14 days notice.

*For NO SHOW/NO CANCEL of reservations for 2 or more nights, there is an automatic cancellation fee of 2 night's charges.*

Policy does not apply for group reservations.  For group reservations, deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days from arrival date.

Electric vehicles cannot use our electric pedestals as a charging station.  It is prohibited for electric vehicles to hook up directly into the pedestal, use mobile charging cords, or adaptors, including charging cords connected through the RV.  Charging at our pedestals may result in permanent damage to our electrical infrastructure, the RV and the electric vehicle.

Our wi-fi is available, but there is just enough bandwidth to check email or look up a restaurant. Please do not upload/download photos, stream audio/video, download video, watch movies or do any online gaming. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE WI-FI AT THE CAMPGROUND, WE CAN'T GUARANTEE IT AT ALL SITES. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS.

ONE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (SLEEPING UNIT) ALLOWED PER SITE.  NO TENTS ALLOWED ON RV SITES OR CABIN SITES AT ANY TIME.

IF YOU PUT A TENT ON A RV OR CABIN SITE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY OF $50.00 AND THE COST OF A TENT SITE FOR EACH NIGHT YOU ARE REGISTERED.  

Due to limited parking space, boats 20 feet or longer must be stored in our short-term storage area. A daily storage fee will apply.

Check-in is 2 pm for RV/Tent sites, 3 pm for cabins. Early check-in/late check-out is NOT available for cabins. Early check-in is available for RV/Tent October through April, except for Easter weekend. Early check-in is between 12 noon and 2 pm for a fee of $20. Late check-out is $10/hour (automatic fee apply) until 2 pm. After 2 pm, another night's fee is due. 
Please call ahead for the availability of your site for early check-in/late check-out. 
As a courtesy to others, you will not be allowed to arrive after 10 pm.

For early check-out, you must give 48 hours notice for any refund.

WE DO NOT ALLOW UNREGISTERED GUESTS TO VISIT.  ALL VISITORS MUST CHECK-IN  AT THE OFFICE ("FEES DO APPLY")
You must have your visitor register at the General Store; you may come up and register for them before they arrive.
Anyone without a car tag will be asked to leave.

NO GUESTS ALLOWED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS!!

VISITOR HOURS  : 10 AM TO 7 PM

Beginning October 30th to Mar 1st, our bathrooms in the back section will be closed for the season.  Camping in your self-contained unit is open!  Come enjoy the beautiful season with us.

NO outside firewood is to be brought into the campground (including store bought).
Firewood is for sale in the camp store.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO MOVE YOUR RESERVATION TO ANOTHER SITE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR RIG SIZE . EVEN IF YOU LOCK A SITE, WE MAY MOVE THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY REFUND, IF THE SIZE OF YOUR RIG DOESN'T MEET YOUR SITE'S REQUIREMENTS.  WE DO NOT ALLOW USING A REDUCER FOR THE ELECTRICAL PLUG.

WE DO NOT ALLOW MOTORIZED SCOOTERS, PERSONAL GOLF CARTS OR ATV'S IN OUR PARK.  ANYONE DRIVING MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE!

We do not allow anyone to 'view' campground on weekends.

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!!

Quiet hours are 10pm -8am. Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times, music must be turned off and noise kept to a minimum. If your neighbors can hear it, it is too loud!
Supervise your children at all times for their safety. Children must be accompanied by an adult. As a courtesy to others, you may not arrive after 10 pm.

Each campsite is allowed 1 vehicle. For RV campsites, a motorhome towed vehicle or a travel trailer tow vehicle is the 1 vehicle.  There is a per day charge for an extra vehicle.  Limit of 2 vehicles per site.

Pets are welcome here along with their responsible owners. Limit 2 pets per site, please. All pets MUST be on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6 feet when out of your camper, even in your site. Please control your dog's barking and do not leave them unattended for long periods of time in and around your unit. Please clean up after your pet. Any owner who does not clean up after the pet will be asked to leave. If your site is a mess after you leave, you may be charged a $25 "clean up fee."
No pets allowed in the deluxe cabin/lodge. Pets allowed in the cabins without bathrooms for a $10 per animal cleaning fee.
We are unable to accept the following breeds or any mix of these breeds : PIT BULLS, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, BULL TERRIER, or ROTTWEILERS, We are also unable to allow any dog that shows signs of aggression, regardless of breed!  If for any reason, your dog shows signs of aggression you will be asked to leave the park.
