The place was well maintained and the campground was clean. Wee were very happy with our stay. One recommendation would be to create a second dog exercise area so that people can run their big dogs in a larger space without rocks as the ground. In addition, more regulation on people keeping their dogs on a leash would be helpful as that rule was not followed by several dog owners.

We have been staying at the Burlington KOA for many years because of its location to the many things to do in the Skagit Valley. The campground is always very immaculate and staff is always there to help with any of your needs. The store was closed and I needed shampoo. The amazing security lady was willing to give me hers. Where, today, does this happen? We can’t say enough good things.

3 nights mid-week, plenty space between party’s, bathrooms nice and clean. Only real disappointment was the indoor pool wasn’t open yet

We always love coming to Burlington KOA. Unfortunately, it was still off season and the pool and jump pads were not available for our kids which are always favorite activities, and we spend many hours in the pool each day. We look forward to going back during the camping season when everything is available and full staff.

We were very disappointed in this Holiday KOA. There was nothing available as far as amenities here. The pool was closed even though the website said it would be opened after Easter. Mini golf wasn’t set up but they wanted $5/per person to play. Nothing was opened or ready: the mining, the jumping pad, the maze and the community center. Kids said this was the worst KOA ever. The store lacked too

I have enjoyed staying here, a few times. It seems there are so many fees, and it was hard to get firewood or communicate because of so few office hours. The park is in great condition and everything was clean.

We felt very mislead about our stay. We booked this location specifically for the amenities, including an indoor pool. The pool was closed, and that should have been communicated on your website or in our booking confirmation. Additionally, mini golf, the jumping pillow, and even the dish washing station were all closed without notice given. The warning signs and threats were less than welcoming.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You stayed in the off season in the rain that was why some of the amenities was closed and for the pool if you read the alert that pops up before making the online reservation you would of saw the pool is closed

Way to expensive for a January stay when nothing is open then to be charged an extra $10 for an early check in was disappointing as it was barely an hour early. For over $100 Can won't be staying again unless winter pricing comes down considerably. $40 US for a winter stay on the Bellingham Koa which is fabulous which we did on our return.

Stayed here for couple of nights to try out our new 5th wheel campground is very clean and camp host Erik was very friendly and helpful.I like this koa takes security to a high level with a gated property and onsite security officer I highly recommend this koa.

It was a disappointment that everything was closed. The indoor pool could be a great thing to set them apart but they don't use it during the winter.

This was just an overnight stay on our way home from a trip further south. It's a nice park. We arrived late but the office was opened to check us in. Has become a little pricey but is a well run attractive park.

We were pleasantly surprised when we rolled over the extremely narrow rig in our 40 ft Class A and found a lovely campground. Beautiful spot. There were very nice playgrounds. And it’s so quiet!

This was a fantastic KOA! The campground and its employees were all incredible. We plan to go back again some time, and will need to plan a trip to somewhere around the location of that KOA. It is THAT GOOD!

This KOA is overpriced given that it does not have any amenities open, pool was closed, no arcade room, putt put closed, etc. Also it was hard to find someone manning the office.

My favorite campground in the PNW. Very clean and well maintained. Lots to do at the campground as well as the surrounding area. Staff appears to try very hard to make customers feel comfortable and safe. Rules here do seem to be enforced to keep everyone’s comfort in mind. Will be back.

Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. Was not told upon arrival. Very upsetting to my children. And the office was closed most of the day Saturday which again didn’t understand that either.

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.

It was after school opened. The pool and jumping pillow was closed. But the large playground was great fun for my 4yr old granddaughter. The glide swings were fun and relaxing. The office had limited hours so we had trouble finding someone to ask questions to.
