Have a 3 because we were tent camping n the Freeway can be heard all night, along with area for tent was dirt/ mud.�� however I would rate the rest as a 4/5. Park was clean, showers n restrooms were clean.. had a nice vibe.. would stay again if I was traveling n needed a place to stay!

Site 72 was muddy. We came in late and left early; apparently, because the office was closed upon arrival and hadn’t opened went we left.

Billings KOA was amazing!! What an incredible facility. The dog park was super helpful since we brought our dogs with us. We stayed at a campsite #72 in s sprinter Van and had good privacy. We didn’t get to use the pool or mini golf since it was a quick stay but both of those activities looked fun! The locker rooms were top notch. Would recommend this place to anyone passing through Billings.

Very nice campground - I can’t comment on the amenities since I usually arrive late and leave early, but it looks clean and the bathrooms are nice. The only complaint I have as a tent camper is there are bright lights that remain on pretty late.

Friendly staff helped us make a late day reservation. Even though we arrived late it was easy to use the facilities. They gave clear directions for everything. There were clean showers and bathrooms and a clean flat tent site.

This definitely is not a place for tenters. The tent sites where on top of one another and the restrooms were very far away and not many of them so you had to wait when you got there. The only good thing was the gentleman who checked us in. He was so nice and gave good thorough instructions.

This Koa is all about the Money they have two sections that they put you in if you pay the $80 per night you will be parked to the right in an area that you can barely get into they are so close if you put your awning out it may hit the RV next to you this area has way to many spots for the area driving in you better be careful not to hit someone else one of are cars was hit while we were here.

We booked a site to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday and it was so fun! The gal who helped me booked told me the site 72 was next to the play ground so we would be near the pool and the mini golf. We didn’t swim due to weather but the playground and the mini golf were so fun! The staff was so great that I interacted with! We live in Billings but will definitely be back for longer stay!

-Step stools in the bathrooms for children to reach the sinks would be very helpful. Since it is a family friendly camp. -Bathroom floors had a lot of water after people showered, so almost each time we used the bathroom the floors were wet. -A few more trees for shade over tent sites would be great! The events they have are fun! Breakfast on Sunday was delicious:) Everything else was good!

Restrooms/showers were disgusting. They needed more than a once a day cleaning due to large volume usage. Non working hand dryers. Broken GFI receptacles by sinks (probably safety risk). Management did not do enough to enforce the quiet hours.

August 10, 2026 during my stay at T22, the people staying at T23 were not at their site and one of their dogs got off the leash. Rules stated that you should stay with your animals at all times and they should be on a leash. When I arrived, the dog was snarling and barking at me for about 30 minutes. When they finally arrived, I never even received an apology even though I told them about it.

As always, I enjoyed my stay. The weather was good, the campsite was clean and scenic, the front office staff was friendly and efficient. I've been coming here for several years. The only thing I don't like is the lack of an ice machine.

We had a last minute change of plans, were able to get a tent space near the playground and pool on a walk up basis. On this stay we were able to utilize the river, pool, mini golf and the Sunday morning ($) breakfast.

It was a short stay where we came to town for a concert and needed somewhere to park our camper van. We checked in and left for the concert but I really appreciated the guide to our spot. My son loved all the things to do and we woke to take advantage of a few things in the morning. Everyone in camp store was super friendly and helpful We would stay again.

Supervisor was very friendly and cooperative, suggesting I could change sites if needed. Facility very clean. Cicadas were thick in the trees, but quiet at night.

Enjoyed the swimming pool, miniature golf, barbeque stand, and talented musician. Showers and bathrooms were nice.

We had a fun weekend! Our only complaint was our tent sight was in a spot with zero shade which made the high temps difficult to handle outside of the pool. The pool, playground and mini golf were a high light for kids!

From Washington to SD my family and tried KOA campground to stay a night, First time in a KOA campground and my family and i really really liked this place, employees were very nice and attentive, place is clean and the activities they had were also good especially for the kids, we really enjoyed the place we reserve again in another koa campground in South Dakota

Great planed activities to do for campers with young kids or young at heart people. The Farm themed play set, pool, game area, and basketball hoop are fantastic. This is not KOA's fault, but golf course had a little dog who seemed to poop all over the course. I blame this on people who don't care to pick up after themselves or pets. Other wise a fantastic stay.

Our first stay was great, so we returned despite paying $10 more for this visit. The higher price wasn't justified, as there were plenty of empty sites. The grass at our campsite was wet, and a camper in the tent area ran a generator all night, with no apparent enforcement of quiet hours. Given the experience, we would appreciate at least a refund of the $10 price increase.

Not your fault but my campsite was infested with ants which have me covered in welts. Honestly, my main complaint is that I am a woman who is traveling alone and you put me out as far as possible. There were empty sites with the same amenities closer but I felt incredibly unsafe being at the end of the campground by the “no trespassing” fence.

This was probably the best campground we stayed at. We were at a full hookup RV spot with a patio and it was perfect for us and our dogs. They have room to roam around (leashed) and KampK9 allowed them to run around and get all their energy out. Everything was very clean. The laundry room was excellent because I was able to use my phone to pay since I never carry change. The store was also had everything I needed as well so very convenient. Will definitely come back when we drive through.

We really enjoyed our stay at Billings KOA. Children's park, pet playground, mini golf and more. We tried out a deluxe cabin and thought it was awesome. Came with everything we needed. They have several cabins and we thought it would be an excellent place to hold a family celebration. Lots of room. Camp kitchen. Lots for the kids to do. The showers are great and it's pet friendly. Thankyou to the Manager and staff for making our stay a good one
