Got there after the office was closed and was easy to find our reservation. Had issues with the code to the cabin and called the number and they were right on it to get it fixed. I'd stay there again.

I gave this KOA a 4 star because even though check out was at 11, it appears the cleaners entered our cabin before 11, thinking we had checked out, I think? We were gone, but planned on returning to pack up and check out. We locked the cabin when we left. The person who came to clean did not lock the door when they left. This made us upset as we had valuables in the cabin.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a close distance to downtown which worked out great for my daughter's dance competition. We'd highly recommend and will be back in the future

Overall, the stay was nice. The weather was cold, which is to be expected in April. You might consider adding some USB charging ports to the camping cabins. Just a thought.

The facility and staff were great. Main problem was barking dogs uncontrolled. I had dogs with me and yes occasionally one of my dogs barked but whoever tied these giant dogs out and it was constant for hours. There also needs more areas to walk your dogs. Dog parks are disease and flea/lice factories. Would never turn my highly trained animals in them.

We had a lovely time. My kids spent half their time playing mini golf. The cabin was super clean and nice and the fire pits were well taken care of. I am excites to stay again in the summer when the pool is also open.

This stay was a little better than the one before but it was because of Anthony who came to fix the issues. At 5 pm there was no where to plug the mini fridge in that was in the cabin already. He brought an extension cord so we could use it for our dogs medication that has to stay refrigerated. We got back from the high school game at 11 pm to no heat. Not working at all. He brought us 2 heaters.

The cabins are quite nice, especially since they have an AC unit that works quite well. The WiFi coverage was fantastic! Mild complaints: First, I think that the cabins need to be mopped more often, because there are mud tracks that can't be broomed away. Second, the shower curtains had some mold/mildew on them, so they should be washed/bleached more often. Otherwise, a fantastic weekend trip!

Comfortable. Private as far as the "next door neighbors" kept to selves. Clean cabins. Deluxe Cabin was well worth it's cost, comfortable, amenities were provided, fit for the family and self. Staff kept the KOA moral up which provides great introduction to staying with the KOA campgrounds in Billings. Showers, restroom, and laundry services are provided. A code system keeps it secure and safe.

It was evident that the location was worn and not well cared for. It was below the care level of other KOA's we have stayed in. This included maintenance of grounds, obviously dirty areas in the outdoor 'kitchen' at the camping cabins, guests randomly allowing pets to 'use' open campsites, etc. Long term guests with garbage collected under their campers, and much more.

The cabin we stayed in was fine. However, the bathrooms that are not a part of the office building are NASTY. They stank our whole stay. Drains were clogged. There was poop on the toilets. The final morning of our stay (a Saturday) I saw some ladies talking about cleaning. I don't know that they actually did clean. Even the nicer bathrooms had some issues. The handicap room showerhead didn't stay.

We arrived to a party in the cabin next to us with at least 6-8 additional cars. We tried using the code (last 4 of our phone number) didn’t work. Another worker gave us another universal code to try. We cleared all the cobwebs so we could walk in. Bed was not comfortable and we couldn’t adjust the AC. Worst night we’ve had at a KOA unfortunately so probably won’t rent a cabin again here.

It was fine, The bathrooms were very slimy and wet everywhere. Felt kind of gross using them. It said on the website there would be a Sunday morning breakfast when we were there but there wasn't which was kind of a bum. The floors in our cabin were also sticky.

The cabin we stayed in was cute, but full of cobwebs and crawls, and smelled bad ! And the bathrooms were nasty.....the staff was so kind and its a great location, loved the activities they had.

This would have been a five star review, but unfortunately my experience after checkout was disappointing. I will preface this by saying that I know KOA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, I forgot a pouch that held my AirPods and kindle remote, and they were then stolen out of our cabin before I could return to retrieve them. I’m very disappointed by this.

We always enjoy coming to Billings koa. We had fun with the extras going on and the friendliness of the staff. When our son got stung the camp host got us some anti stung cream.

Staff was so helpful and kind and very inviting. Tons of activities to do most of which were free, which is amazing. The pool, the river, the playground mini golf the grounds are very well kept. All over a very peaceful and fun camping experience and it is nice to have the amenities.

I had a wonderful 3 day stay in a cozy cabin. Beautiful site with the gorgeous Yellowstone River just a 50 yard trail walk outside of the property. Good pool, great service, and awesome Mini Golf course!

Best time for Family to enjoy those precious moments Where life sometimes gets in the way. Great stay in a beautiful deluxe cabin. I recommend these cabins but too spendy. Check in at 5:10 PM was frustrating because your office was closing and the phone number they used for our door code was from many years ago and I would never have thought to use these digits. Thankfully your office person was just locking the office door and went back in to look on the system to tell us the code.

Family friendly with lots of activities. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! From the minute we called to make the reservation to when we checked out, everyone was so helpful and kind!! We will definitely be back!!

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!
