I was happy and was what I expected from a KOA cabin stay, at the right price. I forgot a towel....maybe I could have used a reminder. I would have purchased one at the store but I left early in the morning. The proximity to the river was cool....though I couldn't help thinking about the Texas floods and the Camp Mystic. Maybe could have been handed an "emergency plan" just in case.

Beautiful location right outside of Billings, so easy to access the fun of a bigger town and then escape to an easy camping experience.

This is my second time staying here for the same event two years in a row and I really enjoy it! The customer service was great. I had to call after hours to get another check-in done for a friend, and they directed me towards the late check-in station which was very easy and straight forward. Grateful for amenities in the cabins as well!

Our stay was relaxing and fun. We loved the amenities and felt people were VERY respectful with their pets. Camp ground was clean and staff was amazing.

Canine was clean and comprortable but way too far from nearest bathroom. About dark there was a teen male with a ski mask on and a backpack lurking around facility. Made us uneasy. Only saw him just that once.

super nice, very clean, great place!! we got a cabin, i recommended a KOA over a hotel every time. Our cat had a good time too!

Quiet location , nice scenery from porch,comfortable accommodations. Fun to learn we were at first established KOA in 1962.

We stayed in the Deluxe cabin and it was great! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom & kitchen has everything we needed! It was quiet, relaxing and we had a lot of space outdoors with large porch, patio, grill, and fire pit.

It was a rainy rainy time. We were happy to have a cabin. Arrival day wasn’t bad we enjoyed the mini golf. Raheem is an amazing host!!

Park is beautiful everybody there was nice friendly, greatly disappointed in the cabin. They should put the letters no linen included in a little bit bigger print so that you realize you have no linens when you arrive after a hard day drive the differences between Pueblo and Billings Billings, not having a TV not having a microwave and Pueblo did I would not wreck the recommend the primitive cabin

The Billings KOA is laid out sensibly with the minigolf and office in the middle. There’s a convenient cutout to the Yellowstone River. We enjoyed our stay a lot and look forward to returning.

This is the 4th year iv taken my grandkids to stay at the KOA. First time staying in the deluxe cabin. Very nice! We will be back again in 2027

We had a few issues while there. The big bed sucks. It is such a thin mattress. There were also homeless people sneaking into the bathrooms, when we arrived someone who was cracked out was in his car, cracked windshield and just sitting there watching everyone until my husband said something and he left. I as a women didn't feel safe. This area should be patrolled better.

I love KOA and travel all over the country to stay at them. We loved the mini golf and the river!! What a great location. The bathrooms needed cleaned more regularly, the kitchen for us people staying in the cabins or tents did not exsist. It is closed down but there is no mention of that. Having camped in New Zealand, Australia and Europe I really love the kitchen cook area. Make it better!!

Everything was great but wasps kept swarming the cabin we had rented and my grandkids mom had to go the er after getting stug multiple times. Aside from that it was amazing and a beautiful spot to relax.

Smelly sewer all weekend long likly not to return... Meet family which they all had a good time with swimming, golfing, playground and other activities. Wasn't happy having to watch the e bikes race through the campground almost hitting my grand children riding their scooters. E bike with throttles should be considered a motorized vehicle can't drive my truck through the camp at 25 mph.

From the moment we arrived, the reception we received from Anthony was very friendly and professional. The cabin was excellent, as were all the facilities. The activity area was a great idea. After this experience, we plan to return with our family for a longer stay. Thank you.

Loved all the amenities, and activities. Bathrooms need a better ventilation system and cleaned more regularly. Mattresses in the cabin were so hard, but enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back but will bring a mattress topper and hope to get the cabin with its own bathroom! Thank you!

it was all wonderful. I did notice. The only problem were underneath my bed some dead bugs in the corners I would not have noticed, but I dropped something and was looking for it and it was when I saw it. The staff was great. The pool was perfect and I loved staying there.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Deluxe cabin (2) was great except for the following two safety issues: 1) Crack in the concrete that is a tripping hazard. 2) Poor design on door well that is also a tripping hazard, It should be fixed or at least a "watch your step" displayed on the step with a yellow stripe. Loved miniature golf. Great activities for all ages.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The site and cabin was very clean, including the bathrooms. The mini golf is so much fun and free. The entire family are looking at going back again next summer. Our daughter really enjoyed the sensory room.

Have noticed recent changes at KOA Billings, changes I am not very fond of. Heard the phrase, “After corporate bought this …” that explained everything and I should have known. ‘Corporate’ smears and stains everything it touches.

This was probably the best campground we stayed at. We were at a full hookup RV spot with a patio and it was perfect for us and our dogs. They have room to roam around (leashed) and KampK9 allowed them to run around and get all their energy out. Everything was very clean. The laundry room was excellent because I was able to use my phone to pay since I never carry change. The store was also had everything I needed as well so very convenient. Will definitely come back when we drive through.

We really enjoyed our stay at Billings KOA. Children's park, pet playground, mini golf and more. We tried out a deluxe cabin and thought it was awesome. Came with everything we needed. They have several cabins and we thought it would be an excellent place to hold a family celebration. Lots of room. Camp kitchen. Lots for the kids to do. The showers are great and it's pet friendly. Thankyou to the Manager and staff for making our stay a good one
