Fantastic service and wonderful customer service from first contact. Doris was exceptional and helpful. Sites were perfect and facilities clean with lots of onsite family activities for all. I will be back!

The employees were very welcoming! So happy to see me. The amenities were plentiful. The store was well stocked. Many campsites! The problem is the sites are narrow and so squished together that we as a 5th wheel customer had to switch sites as it was too tight! And we had to back up to get out of our pull thru! For the price of the spot, the stress of parking not worth it.

The best bathrooms I’ve ever seen! Better than my house and really clean. Showers are gorgeous and you have your own private shower an bathroom, just like home!

We stayed 3 nights. I noticed items placed outside that were on sale at a discount. The inside store was one of the best RV Park office stores I’ve ever seen. Many tourist souvenirs, refreshment beverages, and the usual RV parts & supplies were available. The staff were customer oriented and did a great job. The dog park was exceptional for an RV park. I have stayed at the Billings KOA many times in the past. It has always been great. This time the spot we were placed in was not so good. The site grass and weeds were over grown. There were a lot of dry dirt spots. I looked around and most the other spots looked pretty decent. The camper next to us had their sewage drain hose right up next to our patio. Dog area garbage was full, gates were broke

Very disappointed in our spot, but there was no one on staff to discuss when I arrived so I was stuck with it. Tons of open spots, yet I was crammed next to neighbors with probably 10’ max between each. While it seemed most spots had fire pits, our section did not … the smell of campfire while camping … not being able to have one, was a disappointment. Place was a real let down.

I had a fall off our 5th wheel steps. We had to call 911. The roads into and out of were blocked to oncoming traffic so emergency vehicles could get to us. When my husband came back from the hospital he was told we could stay in our spot for as long as needed and he was even given a gift box for me as a thinking of you gift. So very thoughtful! We will definitely be back and reccomend to others!

The KOA its self is amazing. The kids love mini golf and the park! This time we even brought our dog who loved the dog park super clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have was kids yelling and screaming late at night and a man who’s dog got off the leash attacked our puppy while our son was walking to the dog park and then he started yelling and cussing at my son.

This place was incredible. Off the beaten path excellent for kids and dogs and the staff was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back with our grandchildren.

We had a wonderful stay. The grounds were very well kept. The dog park was awesome. To top it off the put put golf course and playground were the main attraction for the kids and adults. Thank you for a great weekend.

Sites are a little tight for larger 5th wheels. 70$ not for full hook up, is a little much. The park is clean and well maintained and staff is very friendly and helpful, but very nice place to stay.

Absolutely love the Billings KOA! The whole staff is always friendly and helpful! As a Billings resident, I was on a test run with a new motorhome. I had some equipment questions and the maintenance guys stopped and helped me! When my Rv-ing friends come to visit, I share that the Billings KOA is where you need to stay! Thanks to all for making me feel welcome !!!

Overall, a nice campground. Well-kept grounds and friendly staff. Our only complaint is that the spaces are tight, with not much room down the aisles to drive a very big rig. Many people park out in aisle & you have to find them to move their vehicles to get through, and its not pleasant.

We arrived just at sunset and the pull through spot assigned to us was next to what seemed a permanent resident in a camper that was working on the engine of their diesel truck under portable lights. The noise and smell of diesel fumes while the truck was running was too much. We went back to the main building to locate an empty spot. We then moved to a quieter back in site.

The camping spots need upgraded to fit bigger rigs, especialoy with slide outs. I don't feel safe at KOA especially if you have children, there needs to be better security. I've personally witnessed people not camping, bringing their clothes to the laundromat, parking in our spot late at night to wash.

Great campground with great sites that are a good size and level. The campground is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in the park as well as outside the park. A great place to stay when in the Billings area

Showers were dirty but bathrooms very clean. The pool and spa were green and unusable. There was noise from highway but I think that is an acceptable thing for access. It was a basic stay with possibly improvements from only being owned for a year. Hopefully all amenities will be restored with time.

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
