Lovely campground and great staff! We loved our stay and will come back again. We really appreciated the weather warnings that were given to the campers for bad weather incoming - gave us time to prepare by bringing our awnings in and making sure outside items were secured. Once the bad weather had passed through, we received another text message letting us know it was all clear. Thanks

Very friendly staff, due to a battery issue we needed to add on days and they worked to accommodate us. The manager was so professional. Nice pool, and Large dog park. Access to the Yellowstone River and it was gorgeous!

Fantastic stay! The site was great (level and easy access and departure). We saw rabbits and deer. Far enough from the pool and kid zone. BTW.. the pool was packed and lots of kid stuff. What about some adult only time at the pool???

We had a great stay. The surprise country music guys that played Thursday night was a fabulous performance. It was so fun to set and listen to them sing and play. The patio rv spot was so great, we had a blast playing mini golf with grandkids and setting outside.

Just an overnight stay, but was not impressed. Tight spots, narrow streets, not really kept-up well compared to others. Staff was “arguing” on their radios, which was hilarious, but also a bit embarrassing. We had a truck parked in the road making passing by while towing difficult, but no staff was actually patrolling the area and when we mentioned it — they were too short-staffed to hand

We made reservations 4months ago and they wanted me to stay in a site with a large amount of standing water. They offered to put pallets down to keep our feet dry. After an hour we finally got a different site. That incident will cause me to stay at fewer KOA’s in the future.

Comfortable and quiet. We didn't use many of their amenities, so I don't have any knowledge of those. We would stay there again.

Billings KOA has lost a lot of ground. Dog park not cut/dead grass. Putt putt water features are not functioning full of algae. The hot tub area is still a disaster two years later. They were offering a pancake breakfast but found food in catering metal trays? A simple griddle would have been exciting, fresh, less waste for the pancakes. I love the Billings KOA, Let's bring that quality back.

Nice, well-run campground. On the pricier side, like most "KOA Holiday"s are, but has great amenities. We ourselves used the pool and the mini golf. But the campground has a wonderful kid's play area and also a dog park. The performance by country band "the rangers" one evening was a treat. We're not country music fans, and yet we loved their performance.

Nice location with easy access to the riverbank. Bathrooms are not clearly marked and are oddly configured, which results in having to wait at busy times. Very nice office staff and excellent amenities. Fun country band and free ice cream when we stayed there on a Friday night.

Team was very friendly and facility was well cared for. We were unable to secure a site with sewer and asked about a pump out service. We were so pleased to learn that this was something the campground offered. Other KOA’s should consider this. Mini golf was excellent. Pool could’ve been cleaner, but otherwise everything was great!

Great park! Well maintained and the amenities and nice. Love all the pull thru patio and koa patio sites. A hot tub would seal the deal. Also, some paw pens in the pull thru site would be cool.

Nice park. Close to town. Only drawback some sights have no sewer and those sites are tight. My bad as I missed it on the site that some don’t have sewer.

As the original KOA, this site truly set the standard! The sites are generously sized, and level! The area had fresh gravel. The hookups were easy to access. The play area is beautifully maintained. We have travelled from AZ to FL to MA back to MN and now to MT. We have stayed in many KOAs and I was beginning to get disappointed in some of them. Some need some TLC and maintenance.

The RV Park is clean and well maintained. It's not easy to get out due to the way RVs are routed from different rows resulting and meeting another RV and the roads are only wide enough for one vehicle. We only stayed 2 nights as planned as we were passing through the area and visiting friends while here. The nightly rate was much more than I am used to paying at a KOA.

Wi-Fi, as it should be, was excellent. Facilities were great even though we didn’t use them. Site was level and was gravel which good because the ground was wet. The only suggestion I would have is to post exit signs to make it easier to find your way out when you must go.

Incredible camp ground. Groomed to perfection. Extremely kid friendly. I rate the staff at 15 out of 10!! One of the nicest campgrounds we have ever stayed in. Thanks KOA Billings.

What a great place! We were just stopping for an overnighter, but the pool and beautiful showers were so nice. We loved the history of the FIRST EVER KOA, and we are glad we found it!

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
