This KOA is the absolute best!!! Clean, friendly people and there is so much to do. They had live music, ice cream social, tie dying shirts, movie night, pool, playground, a building with toys for the kiddos, huge dog park and then we ended the weekend with national smores day where they provided all the fixings for delicious smores. LOVE, LOVE LOVE this KOA

Everyone working was friendly. Else had to wait and ask to do the scheduled activity Saturday morning because nobody was there at the scheduled time. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was someone loudly walking around with a barking dog after midnight Saturday that had prevented me from sleeping.

Loved our site with a patio. Plenty of space and nice facilities. We didn’t have kids with us, but noticed a lot of them having fun at the pool, playground and mini golf course!

We really enjoyed the campground. The kids LOVED the playground and had so much fun at the pool! We reserved the pet spot and it was ok. Small and we had the end spot with very little shade most the day. But it was by the pond and quiet! The golf course was nice, but most the water features weren't running. All the employees weere.very friendly! We would stay again if ever in the area.

Other than being put in the "slums" of the place, it was OK. Jammed together across from long term renters and next to a truck that had no scene of being lived in, was doable for one night. But is this how single nighters are treated here? Based on other places - Cloquet/Duluth comes to mind, along with Hardin, MT - that's the case.

The pool was filthy. There was garbage in the pool, empty water bottles all around the pool as well as floating in the pool. It was so gross that we decided not to swim. Unfortunately that was the only reason we booked the KOA otherwise we would’ve chosen somewhere else, but we were really wanting to swim. The outdoor kitchen area was in bad repair and out of order.

We really enjoyed our patio site. The KOA team in the front office was outstanding. Every one of them that we met. Very clean camp area and we enjoyed the campers too. We had a great time!!

Our stay was the worst day we have ever had at any campground after our airstream alarmed with a code on our main power, cord of reverse polarity, and your inexperienced staff, not knowing what to do my husband getting shocked by the box them not believing us their employee getting shocked and then them telling us they had no compatible site to transfer us to. Absolutely worst experience ever!!!

Don't stay in sites that don't have full hookups, very poor shape and packed in tight. The picture online is nothing like the sites, looks photo shopped. We were next to an old, small 5th wheel, nobody was in it, the back was covered with a tarp. Almost felt like a homeless campsite. The staff was great, $125+ sites were nice, but the KOA is greatly overpriced for it's condition.

We only stayed 1 night. Campground was clean and well cared for. There was a wildfire 30 miles from the camp so they closed all activities. We enjoyed our visit.

I had stayed there two years ago and the facility was in fantastic shape. This time, not so much. The bathrooms were dirty, the pool was nasty, and the miniature golf was in bad shape. Last time the miniature golf had fountains going and a light display. This time the ponds were dirty, filled with debris, multiple golf balls were floating in one. Putters and balls were lying everywhere.

The campground has nice amenities. We had a premium patio site on an end. It was difficult to get into the site with a large tree on the corner. The escort was totally useless in helping us navigate in and we ended up driving over one of the sewer caps. He just stood there and watched. If you’re allergic to bees then this not the place for you.

We loved sitting outside and watching the deer eat apples. Very pleasant atmosphere and clean bathrooms. Campsites are large. This is one of our favorite KOAs.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the text updates about the activities offered and appreciated the weather updates! It was the perfect place for my three week stay as I shared time with family and explored Billings! !

Great Park! Nice facility.. People were friendly. The lights on the dog park were very bright near our campsite and I feel they should be turned off earlier. The mini golf should have lights on it at night. They were not on. Billings itself doesn’t have much to offer, but we had a good stay.

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
