Shower sprsyed water on ceilling and ran out into tbe hall , the floor wasnt very clean, the bathroom door hungup when trying to open it , look under the couch at the amount of dust, i paid a pet deposit for all that but did enjoy the stay , and will stay again

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Essentially like an Airbnb on the campsite. The customer service at the main office is excellent. The trade-off for staying at such a well established location is that the cabin is also long-standing & not as upgraded as a new cabin would be. We had everything we needed to store all food & make all of our meals which was very helpful with young kids

Unfortunately some of my family said they overheard staff fighting in another cabin while cleaning. They heard unkind words / language being used . They also observed a staff member smoking/vaping while working. They were disappointed you switched over to foam golf balls , they don’t work well on the course.

We stayed in a cabin one night as we were driving through. This is a beautiful KOA that is well maintained. There is so much for the family to do here. My kids appreciated the sensory room as they both have sensory issues/autism. A very cool feature. I would have no hesitation staying again.

The friendliest staff that I have encountered in any situation. So much fun during the entire process. Loved staying there and seeing the staff on my way home. Loved the two room cabin and the entire facility was immaculate!

We only stayed one night, getting in late and leaving early. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. We were going to tent camp, but it was raining, so they upgraded us to a cabin, which was very cozy. There was a problem with finding the key for our cabin. The manager was so accommodating with our stay, being available to unlock our cabin after we would go out, etc. She was wonderful to work with and we truly enjoyed the Billings property.

I was really disappointed. I have stayed at other KOA‘s and always had a positive experience.Here the pool was cold and dirty, there were cobwebs all throughout our cabin, the light on the fan was full of bugs in the bulb-they took up the bottom of the bulb. The second room had no air or fan, which provided zero cooling on a very hot day. The bathrooms were clean, but the smell was awful.

The cabins are cute but the beds are pretty awful. Mattresses are so thin i could feel bed frame. For $120 it should have a decent mattress at least. And also, $9 for a small bundle of wood is highway robbery!!!! Other amenities are good tho, pool, mini golf etc.

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
