Beautiful grounds, large pool, great and creative playground. Very nice and friendly people working there. Great dog park for large dogs to run. Could use a sectioned off area with with closer fencing for small dogs.

The good: outside staff was great. Has great amenities for the kids. Clean, very well kept. Spots are nice size. The bad: inside staff wasn’t friendly, store was not well stocked, not big rig friendly. The spot I was put in I had to go over several concrete curbs with our 44’ fifth wheel. Corners are tight.

Surprisingly quiet for being a full campground. Except those darn Cicadas! But, that is nothing the park can control. Great showers by the office.

Very nice facilities. A lot for children to do, swimming, nice playground, putt putt. Very large dog park. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay or driving through to Yellowstone or Glacier National Parks.

We paid for a premium spot and ended up in a spot with no shade, cheap patio furniture and a septic connection that was overflowing. I will say the septic issue was taken care of the following day.

Nothing at all wrong with the KOA's in the Rocky Mountain states we've visited over the years, but the Billings KOA has always (at least for us) been the Best of Breed for RV camping. Now they've gone and improved the place over that. I'll call it Outstanding. Our great-grandkids just called it "Gramp's Camping Place" and didn't want to leave.

Great KOA, has a nice pool, dog park and the night we stayed they had Ice cream for sale and had the KOA hot air balloon set up.

The campground was clean and well laid out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will make a plan to stop the next time we travel through Billings.

When we checked in at approximately 7pm on July 18, the lady at the front desk was very rude. The store was out of stock of some common camping necessities.

Overall, we loved the park. My kids were disappointed that the hot tub was down. The website should be updated to reflect this since it appears it has been down for a while.

Loved our stay glad to have access to River, swimming pool was great and loved the putt putt. Really liked that there was a food van and ice cream

Amazing campground! Cannot say enough good things about the staff, or facilities. Staff is incredibly friendly, provide great activities, and helpful. The facilities really are head and shoulders above anything else out there. Kids loved the themed playground.

Placed in a spot that was too short to accommodate our trailer and truck. Could not remain attached (overnight stay only). Could not pull out in morning, had to back out because could not make the turn. Spot was extremely close to rig next to us, could not use outdoor space. 30 year member of KOA, this was one of the worst parks (shame it’s the first one).

Very nice level patio back in site. Just outside Billings and close to stores to restock the camper if necessary. Safe and not far off of 90.

The amenities are nice. The water/electric sites are one on top of each other and are not recommended for trailers/fifth wheels over 28’. The road to turn into sites are very narrow and a person side swiped 2 vehicles trying to get into sight. Wasn’t much room to park at sites. Most people parked sideways. Beautiful park, everything was so clean, organized and efficient. Quick check in and very pleasant and helpful even though they were busy. Great food truck, and loved the ice cream ! Laundry room, showers, restrooms all clean and loved the privacy. Great pool and mini golf. Camp K-9 was wonderful. The only negatives are the side we were on didn’t have sewer hook ups and sites were so close toge

I read the reviews before booking, but I ignored the ones complaining that the sites lacked space. My TT is 19ft… there was no space in my spot to even park the tow vehicle. I’d be shocked if it were even 24ft long. An employee told us to park in the grass in the sliver in front of the picnic table. No place to sit outside. Still the rest of the facilities were nice. The park is well maintain

Sites were close. Part of the park had full hookups for RV's and part of the park no sewer. It was within an hours drive to Little BigHorn Battlefield.

We're always happy with KOA but was really pissed to check in and learn that we didn't have a spot with a septic dump. Reservations were made March 8 for FULL HOOKUPS.We were put in a very narrow spot Wednesday thru Sunday. Hopefully will be better next time.

Kudos to the maintenance team who stopped what they were doing to ensure we had a workable grill for our fire pit. Had an issue with the cable tv working but not the end of the world. Could have been our issue.

Really nice place to stay. The staff were friendly and really helpful, the sites where clean, and the location was beautiful. I would totally stay here again when I go to back to Billings.

Great park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic facilities including lots of activities for kids (playground, Mimi golf). Bathrooms were spotless and showers were free and hot. Excellent WiFi. Plenty of options for tv sites including some with dog pens
