Sites are a little tight for larger 5th wheels. 70$ not for full hook up, is a little much. The park is clean and well maintained and staff is very friendly and helpful, but very nice place to stay.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights, on our way to Wyoming and South Dakota and a 2nd on our way back. The campground was really easy to find, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the campground was clean and the bathrooms were really nice. Loved that you have a miniature golf course there.

Absolutely love the Billings KOA! The whole staff is always friendly and helpful! As a Billings resident, I was on a test run with a new motorhome. I had some equipment questions and the maintenance guys stopped and helped me! When my Rv-ing friends come to visit, I share that the Billings KOA is where you need to stay! Thanks to all for making me feel welcome !!!

Overall, a nice campground. Well-kept grounds and friendly staff. Our only complaint is that the spaces are tight, with not much room down the aisles to drive a very big rig. Many people park out in aisle & you have to find them to move their vehicles to get through, and its not pleasant.

The best KOA the Owner rocks he has made changes over the last few years since taking it over and it shows in all of the staff and the grounds. They are always upgrading something!

We arrived just at sunset and the pull through spot assigned to us was next to what seemed a permanent resident in a camper that was working on the engine of their diesel truck under portable lights. The noise and smell of diesel fumes while the truck was running was too much. We went back to the main building to locate an empty spot. We then moved to a quieter back in site.

The camping spots need upgraded to fit bigger rigs, especialoy with slide outs. I don't feel safe at KOA especially if you have children, there needs to be better security. I've personally witnessed people not camping, bringing their clothes to the laundromat, parking in our spot late at night to wash.

Great campground with great sites that are a good size and level. The campground is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in the park as well as outside the park. A great place to stay when in the Billings area

Showers were dirty but bathrooms very clean. The pool and spa were green and unusable. There was noise from highway but I think that is an acceptable thing for access. It was a basic stay with possibly improvements from only being owned for a year. Hopefully all amenities will be restored with time.

First time staying here. Very good layout with a children's playground and large dog park. It was a very quiet park and we enjoyed our stay. If in the area, we would stay here again.

Stay was great, site was very nice. Staff came right a way and cleaned up Goose poop! Camp sites were in process of being cleanup after winter but all in all things were very nice

Lovely grounds, many amenities. The restrooms were not well kept and the laundryroom was locked when the brochure indicated it should be open. The grounds are unsupervised btwn the hours of 5pm-9am, which became a problem when a family allowed their 3 dogs to roam the property without leashes and the dog owner yelling, for one of those dogs at 7:30am, to come back. Not my best KOA experience.

The Resort was clean and an amazing Dog area. It had all the things a family with kids and dogs could need. We were just traveling thru on a schedule, but if we had more time we would stay longer.

The facility and staff were great. Main problem was barking dogs uncontrolled. I had dogs with me and yes occasionally one of my dogs barked but whoever tied these giant dogs out and it was constant for hours. There also needs more areas to walk your dogs. Dog parks are disease and flea/lice factories. Would never turn my highly trained animals in them.

We had a very nice stay. After we got all set-up we realized we had no electric. We called the office and even though it was After hours they it fixed right up. Even after we said we could wait until the next day. Totally went above and beyond!

Hey it's the Original KOA. It has to be visited. The park was clean, staff was working on the landscaping while we were there. The showers are beautiful. Unisex, with all facilities. Hot water was plentiful, pressure was strong. Showers were tiled throughout. Could have used a couple more clothes hangers but that's really being picky. The park is really nice!

We had a lovely time. My kids spent half their time playing mini golf. The cabin was super clean and nice and the fire pits were well taken care of. I am excites to stay again in the summer when the pool is also open.

Restrooms were very clean and plenty of them. During my stay, there was a man walking around arguing very loudly with someone on his cellphone. This was at night and also the next morning. I did not feel safe staying at this KOA.

Loved our stay at the Billings KOA. Very well cared for property with excellent amenities and super friendly staff. Had no idea this was the first KOA location, very cool! Would love to return if we visit this area again.

Clean comfortable facilities. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is small, but it has a great mix of camping essentials, souvenirs and local interest items.

This is a top notch campground. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling the Billings area. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The store is fully stocked with anything you may need at reasonable prices.

Doris and Anthony were awesome! I did some great shopping in the store taking advantage of end season markdowns. The only issue with my stay was FULL dog waste receptacles in their amazing dog park. It is such an incredible part of the campground and to have the receptacles not emptied was gross and disappointing.

This stay was a little better than the one before but it was because of Anthony who came to fix the issues. At 5 pm there was no where to plug the mini fridge in that was in the cabin already. He brought an extension cord so we could use it for our dogs medication that has to stay refrigerated. We got back from the high school game at 11 pm to no heat. Not working at all. He brought us 2 heaters.

Very nice rv park. Would stay again. The only issue was when we pulled up there was a big pile of dog do. Wish people would pick up after their dogs.

We love this KOA. Tried to add a night, they said they would be there until 5. Tried calling right back with no answer…this was at 4. After hours did not call until after 6. No hot water to shower on Thursday night? Disappointed to say the least

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
