The power went out and the motorhome next to us ran their loud generator the entire time. Listening to that for 2+ hours straight was extremely difficult. Also, why provide a WiFi password when there was no WiFi and no internet? We were given two responses to this - 1. it was a Corporate decision and 2. a storm.

Ari Schott went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue re: a shipment coming to the Billings KOA via USPS Priority (UGH) to me. She helped me get a new label to ship the item coming in and redirect it back to my home address. We found locally what was being shipped (medical supplies) and we couldn’t stay thru the weekend to get it. I can’t thank her enough!!

Everything was good but the wifi did not work the entire time we were there and the power went out in the middle of the night on our last night. Ask for discunt but no reply.

This is a beautiful campground. The spots with the dog runs are fantastic. We were there during a rainstorm unfortunately so we weren’t able to check out the playground, etc but they had many activities to offer.

The first site assigned did not work for us due to our truck size and they were very accommodating and moved us to a better site. Great customer service .

Long term resident awaiting purchase of home in Billings. Original parking space was very narrow… step out of travel trailer and would find yourself in the adjacent parking space of another camper! Requested a different space and was denied. Internet was sporadic at best, when asked about it I was told we have no idea… why? That being said I cut my loses and moved .

This as one of the best KOA's that e have stayed. Very clean, a lot of activities and right on the river which was a great place to walk the dogs. I highly recumbent staying here.

We needed to stay 1 night and booked a site with water and electric. Unfortunately there are 2 sides to this park, there is a nice side with KOA patios and the other side with full timers and beat up rigs which is where we were put. Very disappointed that we were not informed at check-in about an option to upgrade, but I guess it's difficult to admit that you have a rough side of the park.

For the third time, we were moved from the spot we wanted when the reservation was made. We were put in a smaller site. The site we had reserved, 52, was given to someone with a way smaller trailer than ours. We were not happy sboutbit

Great customer service at the Billings, Montana KOA. We arrived after hours, and our paperwork was ready for late-night check-in, which made everything easy and stress-free. When we arrived park looked somewhat clean had alot of kid activities.Way to much trailer trash in park.The outside of some of the rvs had way too much clutter around them.Overall park needed more organization Trash containers were not real accessible on the way out. Bathrooms were hiddios unclean.Internet did not work at all .I payed 75.00 for?.Walmart parking lot would be my choice Never return.

Got there after the office was closed and was easy to find our reservation. Had issues with the code to the cabin and called the number and they were right on it to get it fixed. I'd stay there again.

I have camped at billings koa for over 30 years. Never disappointed. I do miss the peacocks and the yellow trikes though.

Very nice quiet place. Staff was helpful and friendly Doris in the office was wonderful. Park is very well maintained, maintenance crew were busy keeping up with it all . Great job !

What a wonderful park! We had planned to stay 2 days but extended to 3. It’s so cool to stay at the first ever KOA, and see all the amenities available and what great shape they’re in. One suggestion; put a few garbage cans or just pet waste containers closer to the perimeters of the park. We walked the perimeter every day but had to carry pet waste back to the center dumpsters and dog play ya

We stayed in the tent site with water and electric. Site is big and close to the bathrooms. Some of the restrooms very dirty and no toilet paper when we arrived around 5pm. Shower rooms ok but the light turned off while you’re in the shower. You’ll need to stick out your arm and wave to activate the sensor. Kind of annoying. Not the best KOA I stayed in because of the restrooms.

Billings was a very nice place to stay very quiet beautiful surroundings. Just had 2 complaints the water hook leaked very badly when told they said they would fix it & didn't. The other was the showers did not have hot water.

The RV sites aren't keep very well. Lawn needed cutting and the wifi sub par.

Very nice facility. Raffia flow is a bit confusing the way the roads are laid out. Directional arrows would be helpful..

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Bathrooms were clean and shower house were great! Appreciated having laundry on site. Other residents seemed to be staying there long term and were very set up at their sites like it was their own property. A little run down and cluttered and noisey which doesn't feel fair to campers who stay short term and pay a lot to come here.

This is probably one of the nicest KOAs we’ve been to. Wish our grandkids were along to enjoy all the fun amenities! Super clean and nice. Hosts/workers were super helpful.

Only issue was the guy needed to blast his base thumping music while he cleaned his truck for three hours. But he was done by 8 PM. and apparently the campground allows that because nobody stopped him. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay with clean bathrooms and showers and very friendly front desk people. Check-in process was simple and fast even though I did not have a reservation.

Easy check in, very nice place. Super clean area with many amenities. Fenced dog area, trees, bball court, heated pool, mini-golf. Quiet area too, easy to find right of the interstate.

I gave this KOA a 4 star because even though check out was at 11, it appears the cleaners entered our cabin before 11, thinking we had checked out, I think? We were gone, but planned on returning to pack up and check out. We locked the cabin when we left. The person who came to clean did not lock the door when they left. This made us upset as we had valuables in the cabin.

We reserved a spot a couple weeks ahead of time. On day of arrival we check in and get the camper set up and all the accessories unloaded and go the baseball game We get back and your so called manager comes out and starts demanding we pack up and move immediately cause we are in the wrong spot. I have a map with the arrrows and circles showing this is the spot and a mirror card for the vehicle

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
