This KOA is awesome! The amenities are clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is the perfect temp and very clean! I only have it 4 stars because our site seemed to be smack dab in the middle of long term campers and their sites looked like an episode of hoarders. Disappointing for an otherwise modern, clean and lovely park

Billings KOA was large and had lots of amenities. The staff as always courteous and professional. Only downside was the WIFi. But that could be because of how many were using it all at same time.

The very first KOA, it was excellent very clean, very friendly and they were accommodating. We want to stay another day and see Billings, they were able to make it work and we stayed in the same location!

1, check in was good, they even allowed us to move when I discovered a problem with our site and the gal was friendly. We were in the backin sites along the River. The first day was nice, not so crowded but it filled up on Friday and was very noisy in the area that we stayed in. The pool was alway so full of kids that there was no way we could swim, suggest an adults only hour after dark.

Stay was very noisy and dusty because you're employees like to blow the grass,dirt and don't seem to care about people or their belongings getting covered in dust,we also got a chance to use the pool as it was packed with kids for previous 3 days,which is great, but after being in for 20 minutes we realized there is no restrooms at pool really grossed us out ,felt like we were soaking in pee.

We had a tent spot, and stayed 2 nights. We utilized the pool, and mini golf. You guys did a great job with extra activities like the Saturday night movie. It was clean and welcoming, staff was helpful and informative about the history of the koa. We will be coming back.

Exceptionally nice KOA, especially if you have kids (we don’t)!! So many activities for young families! We found this campground to be really clean and maintained!

Although the oldest KOA presents some limitations this stay by far exceeded expectations. This is due to the staff. Plenty of people present and willing to help with a smile. Grounds immaculate, honey wagon let us stay longer and activities a pleasant surprise. Stay here!

Clean. Good dog park. Sites are super tight with curbs. Had to disconnect and back into our pull through site.

Very clean and well ran campground. They offer plenty of activities for kids, which kept our 2 granddaughters entertained.

One night in a patio FHU. Great management, nice to see reinvestment in the resort as some don’t do the work. We love the local items in the Kampstore.

One hose at the dumping station was inoperable, bathroom by the dumping station was inoperable. for us the sites were to close together. We are used to boon docking so to camp at a KOA is just too close and busy. The campground was clean and well maintained other than the items we listed. .

Easy access from I-90, beautiful campground, Holiday KOA was the 1st in the country I believe! Lots of trees, multiple types and hook-ups of sites to choose from when registering early from cabins to tent to RV's big to small,

The Billings campground was clean and well maintained,except for the site they put us next to! Trashy and overgrown, toys and bikes tossed everywhere, empty shipping boxes stacked all over, beware of dog signs everywhere on the fence they had put up. Mentioned my disappointment at check out but clerk didn't seem to care, I expect sites like that at public campgrounds, but not KOA for the pric

Site we were in very crowded and close to neighbors and barking dogs. For the price I would have thought our space would’ve been bigger and better. Lots of nice amenities especially for families and kids

Passing thru on the way home from a 2 week journey, with our 10 yr old grand daughter, she loved the pool, playground & mini golf! Grounds were well taken care of. Will be back!

This was probably the best campground we stayed at. We were at a full hookup RV spot with a patio and it was perfect for us and our dogs. They have room to roam around (leashed) and KampK9 allowed them to run around and get all their energy out. Everything was very clean. The laundry room was excellent because I was able to use my phone to pay since I never carry change. The store was also had everything I needed as well so very convenient. Will definitely come back when we drive through.

We really enjoyed our stay at Billings KOA. Children's park, pet playground, mini golf and more. We tried out a deluxe cabin and thought it was awesome. Came with everything we needed. They have several cabins and we thought it would be an excellent place to hold a family celebration. Lots of room. Camp kitchen. Lots for the kids to do. The showers are great and it's pet friendly. Thankyou to the Manager and staff for making our stay a good one
