One night was too many! Upon arrival it was super cute, small mini golf, cute playground, and a small cabin for autistic children. Homeless encampment. People in trailers and tents, long term. Children selling old shoes at our door. We are now missing (cut off) a cover to one of our gray tanks and the top plastic piece that locks the top of our propane tanks. Run down trailer park.

The customer service was awesome, I enjoyed my interaction with the front desk folks very much. I was a bit taken aback by how closely stacked together all the RVs were. Between all the people, screaming children, and barking dogs, it got to be a bit much for me, as I like more quiet. I understand KOAs cater to families though. Also most people travel with dogs, and many misbehave.

We have stayed at the Billings KOA many times. This year we were surprised how expensive it was to stay. The price seems to go up and up.....for what? The grass was in bad shape, saw a lot of garbage laying around and were disappointed to see very old travel trailers parked with grass growing around them. We did see some improvements to the landscaping near the pool which was nice.

Campground was very nice. Staff was nice and helpful. I did have an issue with other campers bringing their dogs to our camping area to potty them. KOA had an amazing spot for dogs but just because we had no neighbors around us everyone thought it was free range to potty their dogs around our campsite. That's my only issue.

Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Some were very dirty by 7pm, clumps of dirt in the shower areas, hair in shower drains, no toilet paper in some areas. Then come in for a shower in the morning, still dirty and will not be cleaned until late morning.

I drove in late from Washington due to a sudden cancer diagnosis in the family. I am driving from Washington to Texas and decided to camp on my way down. Upon arrival I was met by an older lady who checked me in. She was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience so welcoming. I will definitely come back to this site to visit and explore Billings!

As a long time frequent staying KOA member I am so disappointed. You'd have to pay way more to stay in the "non ghetto" side of the park so we will pass next time around. Cancelled our reservation for July. Sites to the right have dirty trashy long term campers with garbage and junk all over. Garbage overflowing. Sites are narrow and full of weeds. Not safe. Never again

After seeing the site and the place my wife and I decided to leave. The place is a mess, the sites are close together, no full hook ups and sketchy people all around. They not only kept my deposit but charged the remaining balance due even though the place did not meet meet minimal standards in my opinion.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. We loved the amenities the space. Having a front Deck. The whole experience was great for us and the kids. Impressed by how clean the areas are and very friendly staff. Definitely a place to return too. Only a few things. Pool not as heated as I thought would be. Never got the TV to work but its ok . Wouldn't have used that much. Thank you for a wonderful place.

Oh my goodness! What a beautiful KOA! Best service, wonderful greeting and a beautiful, well manicured facility! We loved our stay and recommend it to anyone in the area wanting to camp! WE'LL BE BACK!!!

Kid friendly activities and access to the Yellowstone river. Would have given a higher rating but our air conditioner in the cabin didn't work and the sprinklers behind the cabins came on and soaked the fire pits and picnic tables at several sites.

Friendliest people, very willing to help out with our questions and changes. Excellent mini-golf course. Beautiful cottonwoods. The cleaning crew seemed overwhelmed - shower and toilet facilities were frequently dirty - toothpaste and soap scum, pools of water, messes not cleaned up for long periods of time. Seems like a lot of camping sites with limited facilities for that number of campers.

The sites are very close together but extremely clean and beautiful. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The laundry facility was very clean and accessible. The office/store staff was fantastic.

Great park, lots of amenities, well kept grounds and restrooms. Sites are a little tight but we managed okay with a 33 ft trailer and truck. We were near the dog park which was an issue with smells on the hot days when the wind blew just right. Lots of shade and trees are always nice too.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The grounds were amazing! Love that the rules were followed and that we were given a number of any needs arises no matter the time. It was quiet at 10 PM!! Much appreciated! We felt guilty for being outside having a fire. Lol… My one caveat would be the spacing or the lots and the placement of the fire pits. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

The park is very nice, we had a family reunion there. The staff initially told me it was ok to be parked on the grass then during our reunion sent me threatening notes on my phone that vehicles would be towed if not moved. We did move the vehicles. The facilities were nice though.

The campground was clean and organized. Everything worked as expected. Our site came with a patio, picnic table and swing.

Location was great. Amenities like dog park, goofy golf, playground, and pool were nice to have. Access to Yellowstone River was a plus. Would recommend.

Dirty, grimy, seedy the further from the mini golf you walked. Heaters didn't work, floor of cabin dirty and sticky. Thankfully only one night. Doris and Abby are the bright stars

Like other have said , beautiful property if you stay to the left side , but we were placed on the right side , campers / motorhomes with lots of junk , grass no cut, dumpster spilling over into parking lot, had to back out of my pull thru sight because people/ vehicles were n the way, Pool and play ground we’re great , but I think something needs to be done with the full timers who have homes

very clean, well organized, and very friendly people. We stay at least once a year and every year it gets better. We had some questions at our site and a very good staff member went out of his way to answer our questions and our needs( I believe his name was Jessy Lossie- I hope I spelled his name correctly) We will be back again we we stop in Billings.

This spot is conveniently located. Nice access to the river ( at your own risk). Clean, lots to do for kids. Spots a bit close together.

This was probably the best campground we stayed at. We were at a full hookup RV spot with a patio and it was perfect for us and our dogs. They have room to roam around (leashed) and KampK9 allowed them to run around and get all their energy out. Everything was very clean. The laundry room was excellent because I was able to use my phone to pay since I never carry change. The store was also had everything I needed as well so very convenient. Will definitely come back when we drive through.

We really enjoyed our stay at Billings KOA. Children's park, pet playground, mini golf and more. We tried out a deluxe cabin and thought it was awesome. Came with everything we needed. They have several cabins and we thought it would be an excellent place to hold a family celebration. Lots of room. Camp kitchen. Lots for the kids to do. The showers are great and it's pet friendly. Thankyou to the Manager and staff for making our stay a good one
