The park is well situated.The sites are very nice. The check in staff was exceptionally nice as well. Conveniently located right off of I 90. Good to stop over. Dog park a little smelly would be my only dig.

Had a great time in the Billings area. The campsite if very convenient to Billings activities as well as Red Lodge (~1 hr drive). The staff were very helpful and professional. We had forgotten a jacket in the shower house and realized only enroute home. They found it and we were able to pick it up - they were so friendly and helpful, it really demonstrated the kindness of the whole KOA staff.

Price just keeps going up, value card does little to help. I was stuffed in a corner on unleveled ground, for the price of 94, one would think I would get a level site.. in site 159…

Everyone on staff were very friendly and helpful. Intern Nova and Ariel handled a bike issue for us and were very kind.

We have camped at KOAs all over the country. The staff at the Billings KOA have got to be best I’ve met. There was a problem with waste drain at our site. We were contacted immediately and relocated. We were also compensated for the inconvenience. That was very unexpected. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thankyou to all the staff.

Fantastic stay.best, cleanest, nicest bathroom shower house of all KOAs. Best KOA for kids.My Kids love pool, mini golf, and trails. Playground is muti level amazing. This KOA is the best we have ever stayed at. We are retired military with school age children.

We were only here for an overnight, but the park was very nice and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. All the facilities were clean and there were several activities available. We will definitely stay here again if we are traveling in the area in the future.

NIce place to stay. We were there two days. The Electric/Water site was right at the entrance. Not the best site but…the rest of the facilities are great.

We stay there 2 times a year for the past 18 years while visiting Montana. It is always clean, staff are responsive to questions or problems and the showers are some of the best. Thank you Billings KOA ! Dave

The park and staff are great. It is close to shopping and has a nice rural appeal to it. My only downside was the cost. It is the most expensive KOA I have ever stayed at.

The campground is very clean and well kept up. However our site #131 had major problems. The neighbors’ RV is too close to the picnic table for that site and has all kinds of junk under it. I understand they have a family but it is unattractive to look at. There is a liquid dripping from their RV and a wasp nest somewhere in the trailer. You need a coin change machine in laundry.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful park, however the sites are extremely tight! The way we were told to park put our table on the drivers side which was horrible. We would have had to disconnect car to leave if our neighbor had not left before us. Also very narrow roads and turns! There was no way for us to navigate to dump station without leaving park and turning around.

Lovely campground and great staff! We loved our stay and will come back again. We really appreciated the weather warnings that were given to the campers for bad weather incoming - gave us time to prepare by bringing our awnings in and making sure outside items were secured. Once the bad weather had passed through, we received another text message letting us know it was all clear. Thanks

Very friendly staff, due to a battery issue we needed to add on days and they worked to accommodate us. The manager was so professional. Nice pool, and Large dog park. Access to the Yellowstone River and it was gorgeous!

We only stayed one night, getting in late and leaving early. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. We were going to tent camp, but it was raining, so they upgraded us to a cabin, which was very cozy. Since we left before the staff opened the office, I did not see where to leave the key and could not find any checkout instructions regarding where to leave it. Instructions on this pleas

Fantastic stay! The site was great (level and easy access and departure). We saw rabbits and deer. Far enough from the pool and kid zone. BTW.. the pool was packed and lots of kid stuff. What about some adult only time at the pool???

We had a great stay. The surprise country music guys that played Thursday night was a fabulous performance. It was so fun to set and listen to them sing and play. The patio rv spot was so great, we had a blast playing mini golf with grandkids and setting outside.

There was a problem with finding the key for our cabin. The manager was so accommodating with our stay, being available to unlock our cabin after we would go out, etc. She was wonderful to work with and we truly enjoyed the Billings property.

We stayed in a tent site and enjoyed our stay. The kids had plenty of activities to keep them occupied while at camp. The bathrooms were always clean!

Just an overnight stay, but was not impressed. Tight spots, narrow streets, not really kept-up well compared to others. Staff was “arguing” on their radios, which was hilarious, but also a bit embarrassing. We had a truck parked in the road making passing by while towing difficult, but no staff was actually patrolling the area and when we mentioned it — they were too short-staffed to hand

We made reservations 4months ago and they wanted me to stay in a site with a large amount of standing water. They offered to put pallets down to keep our feet dry. After an hour we finally got a different site. That incident will cause me to stay at fewer KOA’s in the future.

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!
