We were only there for one night and it was pouring down rain at the time, but it let up enough for us to take a walk around the campground. It’s a very nice campground, clean and well kept. There are tons of things to do. Since we only had the one night, we weren’t able to fully use the amenities but if we’re in the area again, we’d definitely come back.

Typically, KOA escort you to the site and make certain that you are in ok and won't have any issues setting up. They didn't do that and the site was not level side to side. Quite hours are not enforced, and the site could use a good raking to get rid of a lot of dead leaves. Overpriced for the poor quality of the campground.

We had a quick 2 night stay, so we did not get to use the amenities. The showers were amazing! Very clean, very strong pressure, and very hot! The campground itself is very well kept and quiet. We will definitely be back!

I arrived with the campground nearly full but they found me a Great spot and I loved going to the river with my dog.

Our truck broke down just outside of Billings and being able to stay in Billings with our dog made a stressful situation and little less stressful. Anthony was super friendly and the camp store had just about everything we needed for a 2 night unplanned stay.

LOTS of amenities; fabulous and accommodating staff. Tight RV sites with narrow roads especially in electric/water only area. A number of “messy” long term occupants with piles of “junk” around their RVs giving the campground a “sketchy” feel, noticeable pet feces around campsites giving the impression rules, if any, are not enforced.

The staff are great! We stayed in site 93. There was some kind of poop by the electric and water! If stayed there again I would have to check the site out before setting up!

We have stayed here before and always enjoyed our time. Campground is clean and well set up. campsites are well maintained and clean. Everything worked at the campsites and they are large enough to allow plenty of space. Staff is professional and friendly. Lots of things to do, especially if you have a family. Store is well stocked and clean. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were clean and well lit.

The campground had a wide range of amenities available with a great dog park, mini golf, trail to the river, pool, etc. Although there was lots to offer those staying, the basics of the campground needed attention. Specifically the restrooms smelled and didn’t appear to be cleaned in a while.

We have been coming to Billings KOA almost every year for many years. On this stay, as always we found staff very helpful and friendly. The sites and washrooms were clean. We noted some minor maintenance issues such as loose taps and toilet seats in some washrooms and gate to dog area did not latch. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised and sad we only had one night there. Hospitality was amazing. It was super clean. Amenities were so fun. I wish we had our dog with us because the dog park is the best I’ve ever seen. The one and only downside Is how tight the sites are, but I can get past that. The swing at our site was lovely.

The communication ahead of the stay was top notch. We had a late check in and everything was ready for us when we got there. The dog park was great - and the mini golf was such a cool course. Great place!

I will have to hire someone to acid clean my Coach after overnighting at the Billings KOA. It now has hard water spots all over the driver's side due to your lawn sprinkler system. Thanks a lot, it will cost over a thousand dollars to get them removed!

Was put by the dump station that had backed up and there was a pool of black water with feces within 10” of my trailer. While campground was very nice, smell at site wasn’t great

This is by far the best KOA that we have stayed at. It is beautifully maintained. It has every amenity you could ask for. Everything looks new and updated. There are huge playgrounds for kids and dogs! Each campsite has a swing, firepit, some have patios and landscaping. All level. They have daily activities with food, games, ice-cream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best of the best!

People were very friendly and helpful. Over the years I have at this KOA several times. There has been improvements. We like the kinds play area. Didn't like the soft golf balls or lack of score cards. It being included with the price was good. Camp site was high. No grass and had dogs on both sides of us. One had 4. Stepped in poop setting up. Would still recommend but not the usual 5

I enjoyed ower stay at laurel KOA very much. Accommodation were very nice. And the staff was very polite and helpful. We were honored to stay.

We arrived at the KOA and immediately noticed a number of spots that had people living in them. Those that were living there had huge amounts of trash and unclean sites. Campgrounds RV Parks such as KOA should not allow this and should only be for short term stay for clean RV units.

Long pull thru sites, dog park, good water pressure, nice metal swings, wide sites, lots of trees...I was told it is the 1st KOA ever!

Starting by saying we first stayed a week ago on our way east. FHU pull thru standard. It was great. On return west I booked water/electric only pull thru. We were near the lake. Next to one of the camp workers in a very close spot. I love kids but I bet there were 6+ and several adults. The kids were running thru our spot, riding their bikes within inches of our Airstream.

What a beautiful park! The shower rooms are the best I’ve seen, the mini golf and pool area are wonderful. Staff is so helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

1 night, patio stay Billings (cool 1st KOA): very nice with mini golf, pool, sensory room, and can walk to Yellowstone River. We were told to follow golf cart to site. A very young male was driving & took us a different direction than the nice lady showed us to go. Sure enough he brought us down the road facing the angle site from wrong direction. He was oblivious & took off. Overall very nice!

Your staff was very good but your website is very poorly constructed and misleading when booking a site online. To spend the money you charge without a sewer hook up at the site is simply unacceptable compared to every other park we have gone to with our 40' Newmar. You disguise that fact that most of your "pull-thru" sites have no sewer and no room for a car when selecting a 40' pull-thru

Not the best , roads were narrow . I was lucky site next me was empty so I could leave in wrong direction to get out , would have been impossible to navigate the S curve with a large fifth wheel .

We stayed two different nights, a week apart and the place is so nice. The staff is very nice and they have a really nice dog park if traveling with your fur baby.

This was probably the best campground we stayed at. We were at a full hookup RV spot with a patio and it was perfect for us and our dogs. They have room to roam around (leashed) and KampK9 allowed them to run around and get all their energy out. Everything was very clean. The laundry room was excellent because I was able to use my phone to pay since I never carry change. The store was also had everything I needed as well so very convenient. Will definitely come back when we drive through.

We really enjoyed our stay at Billings KOA. Children's park, pet playground, mini golf and more. We tried out a deluxe cabin and thought it was awesome. Came with everything we needed. They have several cabins and we thought it would be an excellent place to hold a family celebration. Lots of room. Camp kitchen. Lots for the kids to do. The showers are great and it's pet friendly. Thankyou to the Manager and staff for making our stay a good one
