The mini golf was overgrown, water features not working, putter handles were sticky and worn out, stinky standing water in ponds, WIFI signal was so poor (we were in 123 next to bathroom) we couldn’t get signal enough for our TV, phone or tablet, grass was all dead in campsite. Last time we stayed it was beautiful and well maintained. Gone downhill.

The Billings KOA has something for everybody. Sites of all sizes, but all kept pristine. The park is on the Yellowstone River with just a short walk to access it. Really nice dog park and the camp store was well stocked. Nice pool and playground. The campground is centrally located in Billings with a short drive to all services. We had a back-in KOA patio and it was just perfect.

We really liked the site we had to pay extra to stay in as a lot of other sites are not very nice with being too close together with no trees or privacy.Washhouse was pretty clean.The gentleman using the leaf blower (but not actually blowing anything) throughout the day was annoying & seemed pointless.The pool needs to be cleaned more often as there was a lot of hair in it.Some staff were friendly

We have an autistic nonspeaking son and it was wonderful to see the signs around, and have supports around like the sensory room or bag of we would need them. The playground was awesome. Our families enjoyed a round of mini golf, one of the best courses at a koa we’ve been to. Really appreciate the pool hours!!! We did Laundry and the app was new to us, cool idea

We were just stopping on way thru. Wished we could have stayed another day. Staff was super as were the grounds and things to do. We had a RV Issue and wasn't sure we would even get our trailer back to be able to stay. The mgr was wonderful and willing to work with us. Keaton does an extraordinary job. All your employees were super he friendly and helpful. Everyone we saw jumped in to help wherever they were needed. Thank you for the great camping experience for my grand daughter.

Have noticed recent changes at KOA Billings, changes I am not very fond of. Heard the phrase, “After corporate bought this …” that explained everything and I should have known. ‘Corporate’ smears and stains everything it touches.

Awesome campground with lots of amenities. The individual bathrooms and showers were nice and kept very clean. All of the buildings and grounds were well kept. Check in was quick and easy. There was lots of rooms to park while checking in. Every staff member we encounter during our stay was very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. We would stay here again.

Staff were extremely friendly and even helped with some local restaurant questions. We enjoyed walking down to the Yosemite river around sunset; so pretty. Site was nice and level.

We always enjoy staying at KOA in Billings. The showers are private and clean. We always utilize the Laundry facilities. The whole place is clean and friendly. There are lots of activities for kids and adults to enjoy.

Check in was fine but I am used to being guided to our site by someone on the golf cart. It was only when I mentioned it that they said they would do it. Very tight and crowded sites. Positives were it was clean and we had views of the mountains around us. We had a patio site that had a nice swing so we relaxed after a long day of driving sitting on the swing and enjoying the campfire.

This KOA is in need of some serious TLC. Since our last stay it has gone downhill. They no longer have cable tv and eventhough they advertise that they have WIFI, it is totally nonexistent. They also have a serious bee issue; wasp, yellow jackets & hornets are everywhere. Numerous large nest exist throughout the park. Sites are very tight. They will let you wash your rig for a $10.00 fee.

Clean but overcrowded. Sites too close together. Do not let them put you in the first row with a big rig. Our rig is 40 ft and we barely got it in. Those sites are suited for 30-32 feet. Roads are narrow as well. Very friendly staff.

Supervisor was very friendly and cooperative, suggesting I could change sites if needed. Facility very clean. Cicadas were thick in the trees, but quiet at night.

This may the oldest and first KOA in the world but it is definitely one of the best! Highly recommend this campground for anyone traveling to the Billings area. All the amenities are top notch. The only draw back is the price. Most we’ve ever paid per night.

Beautiful RV park. Lots of amenities and clean bath/shower rooms. Would have rated 5star BUT has horrible WIFI and limited to poor cell service. For anyone working while traveling, be aware and plan accordingly.

Billing KOA offers a “Sensory Room”! This is so thoughtful - especially for families who have had a long day of travel. The park is very nice and clean by the mini golf, front office. If you walk around the grounds, there is A LOT of dog poop - even in the dog park. I realize there are deer that poop as well - but this is dog poop. They offered activities everyone could enjoy.

We loved our stay at this KOA! The cabin was nice and clean. AC worked very well. The views along the Yellowstone River were amazing. Everyone that worked here was very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had patio site with some nice trees for shade and close to the dog park , mini golf and the office. We were there for 6 days without any issues. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate, however the park didn’t flood or have any issues with the torrential downpour we experienced one afternoon. The bathroom building had at least three bathrooms where the hand dryer did not work and there were no paper towels available. There was at least one that was out of soap. There were three bathrooms where the electrical outlets did not work. I had to go into a fourth one in order to be able to get my waterpick plugged in to work. They need to better maintain the bathrooms.

This is the third year in a row we stayed there and enjoyed it. Very nice park and they send out text reminders for events and cancelations. We did receive a KOA appreciation gift upon arrival, which was very much appreciated.

This was probably the best campground we stayed at. We were at a full hookup RV spot with a patio and it was perfect for us and our dogs. They have room to roam around (leashed) and KampK9 allowed them to run around and get all their energy out. Everything was very clean. The laundry room was excellent because I was able to use my phone to pay since I never carry change. The store was also had everything I needed as well so very convenient. Will definitely come back when we drive through.

We really enjoyed our stay at Billings KOA. Children's park, pet playground, mini golf and more. We tried out a deluxe cabin and thought it was awesome. Came with everything we needed. They have several cabins and we thought it would be an excellent place to hold a family celebration. Lots of room. Camp kitchen. Lots for the kids to do. The showers are great and it's pet friendly. Thankyou to the Manager and staff for making our stay a good one
