We love this park! Friendly staff, great ice cream social on arrival. The showers were outstanding! The best we’ve ever experienced in any campground, better than many motels! We only stayed for one night, but would gladly have stayed longer.

The “pull through “ sites are WAY too close. I couldn’t get out of my site without having to awaken the neighbors to move the vehicle on their site. Never again

Everyone at Billings KOA were very nice! The campground was always clean and it was quiet at night. The only difficult thing was the fire pit was very low but we still made delicious s'mores. We would happily come back again soon!

The cabin we stayed in was cute, but full of cobwebs and crawls, and smelled bad ! And the bathrooms were nasty.....the staff was so kind and its a great location, loved the activities they had.

Only got to stay one night but hey had a lot to do for kids. Seems like a great place for families. There was only one shower house at the front area, we were in the very back of the park. Also, a bit pricey

This is a great KOA. They did a wine weds event for there guests. Unfortunately i cold not make it but what a great idea and i hope they continue the idea. Great job!

The staff are very polite and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed all the extra social events put on during the summer. Especially, having a band come in and play.

Nice campground and amenities, but not worth $100 per night to a campground with spaces that tight, unless you really value a pool and mini golf course.

The website was a bit confusing. We thought we were getting a spacious KOA patio site, but that wasn’t the case. Our site was pretty cramped and had neighbors nearly on top of us. I like the amenities at this campground, but it’s very expensive for what you get. Billings isn’t exactly a resort town.

For Billings area I recommend stay here, overall good. But, for a Holiday rated koa the dog park could be cleaned better. I counted over 100 weeds and it reeks of urine, needs a hose spigot to rinse urine from objects dogs target. Kids out of control on golf putt course.

What an amazing place. We loved the Yellowstone River, where the dogs swam. Our site (#56) was in the back of the campground, which offered us a lot of privacy. Andrew greeted me when we arrived, and his smile and warm greeting set the tone for our amazing stay. By far, the dog park was our favorite. It was large, shaded, and gave our labs a place to run and play after being on the road.

I would give 5 stars except the danger of people riding bikes and electric scooters through the campground and speeds in excess of the posted limits. I saw an elderly person walking a dog who had to stop for a speeding mountain bike. If she hadn’t been alert, it could have resulted in a very serious accident. Every one should have to adhere to the posted speed limits. All else is 5 stars

This would have been a five star review, but unfortunately my experience after checkout was disappointing. I will preface this by saying that I know KOA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, I forgot a pouch that held my AirPods and kindle remote, and they were then stolen out of our cabin before I could return to retrieve them. I’m very disappointed by this.

Some confusion when the office closed at 5:00pm when it was posted at 9:00pm. Loved the huge dog park! And our site was fabulous, although we felt that we were on display at the front of the campground. Will recommend to traveling friends.

It’s a pricey KOA, but worth it. The office staff is exceptional! They go above and beyond to try and accommodate any requests. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Park was nice, laundry facilities very nice. It was a holiday weekend so it was full. Only down side charged double to stay on the night before the holiday and thru don't tell you that on the phone.

Spots were too small. I had a late check in. Filled out the necessary.info needed. The envelope asked for card I used to book and next day my card had purchases from uber eats and a local restaurant. I called to give awareness and had a rude manager on the line. The lady that answered the phone was very concerned and nice.

We had a great one night stay. When we arrived, there was an unknown truck parked in our assigned space so the staff gave us a complementary upgrade and moved us to a great spot and they were very apologetic. Really appreciated their Quick response and resolution of the issue.

Very busy holiday weekend but the bathrooms and showers were kept clean and stocked. You could sure tell that kids were having fun, except those few that needed a nap!

This is a very family oriented park. A lot of activities for the kids. We are retired and would not choose this park again because it’s very noisy. We prefer quieter atmosphere.

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
