We needed an overnight location and this KOA did the trick. They were very friendly and helpful, what a great team! Escorted to our site and it turned out to be a quick, easy overnight stay. Thanks to the Belvidere East KOA team!

Rustic but neat & tidy, owners were very nice, lunch counter type food was made on site and delivered to our coach, excellent! Wifi has the best we've had so far, they put us next to the caretakers cottage. Close to the highway but no road noise. We will stay again when out this way. Also if traveling with children this exit has a 1880's town and a railroad car diner, fun for all ages to enjoy.

We were scheduled to get into camp nearly at closing time, we called ahead and the staff graciously took a food order for us over the phone and drove it out to our site just as we got set up. It was much appreciated by road-weary travelers, AND it was delicious!

This campground gets a 10 star. Large level sites with a small lake view. Lots of trees and easy access from the highway, yet far enough to be very quiet. Major bonus: if you don't want to cook, they will deliver a hot meal from the menu to your site! This is a must stay campground!

Thank you for stay with us. Unfortunately that morning our water heater experienced an error that needed us to re-set. We do have 2 shower houses for our customers. We installed on-demand water heaters in our shower-houses to provide longer lasting hot water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was joy talking with them. It was a great place to stay. They even deliver food to your camp site. I highly recommend it.

We stayed one night on our way to Lake Oahe. It was a very nice quiet park. Easy to find, just off of I-90.

We love this KOA campground! It’s very quiet. We especially like the food menu & they DELIVER TO YOUR SPOT - so after a long day on the road there’s a GREAT menu to choose from. Very friendly & happy staff. We will keep them on our list of favorites!

We had a great stay! The campsite was really large. The place was well taken care of. Their laundry was open 24 hours a day and they had a wonderful store with food you could order! The Wi-Fi was great I even worked part of the day without interruptions!! This was a great place!! Stay here!! We will be back next year!!�ϋ�

One night stop over. Easy access but kind of severe speed bumps. Tried their order/delivery menu service. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Ordered a pizza and anti-pasti slald. Both very good. Pizza was still hot when delivered to our door. Salad was nice and fresh, and delicious. Between the two of us we still had leftovers for the next day.

Rainy and dreary day but the employees went out of their way to help us stay as dry as possible. From telling us to not come outside to sign for our food, that he would bring the slip to me to taking the trash to the dumpster for us even though we were on the way to the laundry room and were just gonna drop it ourselves. Lovely people, nice quiet and relatively clean facility!

Camping on the Prarie couldn't be nicer with a stay at Belvidere East KOA. Hosts and their employees are awesome! Stopped to camp to wait out a storm on our way to Sturgis. We had no food and nothing to cook with - NOT a problem ! They have a restaurant on site, we had a delicious pizza delivered right to out tent in the pouring rain in a hot bag. Boy did we feel the love !

This campground is a must stay if you are looking for a place around Sturgis, SD. Very neat and has a full kitchen with delivery service. The menu is outstanding. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and they escorted you to your site. Nice well maintained campground with no highway noise. Level pull thru concrete pad. The onsite kitchen made really good meals and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Would recommend for a nice stay. Close to 1880 Town and Pioneer Car Museum. 42 ft.Motorhome towing 24 ft trailer.

Store/registration closes really early.

Thank you for staying at our campground. Our store is open from 9am/7pm. Most of the reservations have shown up prior to 7pm MST and we have a late night arrival packet for after hours arrivals. We hand draw directional arrows on the map to show the best route to your site.

One of the nicest and well equipped KOA’s we’ve visited. One caveat: THEY HAVE FOUR SPEED BUMPS at entry, recommend taking them at 2MPH to avoid damage to your rig.

Located right off the highway. The campground is well groomed, and organized. Lots of pull through spots. Very quiet. Nice playground for the kids, and also a Game Center for the older ones. Great place to stay.

Of the five or so KOA's along western South Dakota along I-90 this is your best choice especially if you are car/tent camping. Many of the campgrounds along I- 90 here are not much more than parking lots for RV's. We found this KOA superior in many ways. This WAS supposed to be our stop for the gateway to the Black Hills. Unfortunately, we ran out of daylight a 100 miles eastward. So we visited in the early morning before anyone was awake. It was mostly empty as we were in the very early part of the season but it was evident we had missed out on a great campground. We visited May 2023.

What a great overnight stay. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They also serve dinner delivered to the RV...my wife is STILL raving about the spaghetti. 1880 Old Town in just down the road and well worth a visit.
