Meet Your Hosts

We take good care of people. We like to entertain.

Robert and Lisa Wice, Jr enjoyed their camping experiences so much that they decided to take it one step further and purchase their own campground.  They were ready for a business of their own, and purchased the Belvidere East campground in Spring of 2018 and relocated from Michigan to South Dakota.

Robert worked in the production/assembly department for GM and Lisa worked as a home health care provider.  They had a previous business in Michigan for eight years which provided them experience in hospitality and customer service.  "We really enjoyed working with customers on a daily basis. It's always enjoyable to make a customer happy and see them smile."  Their goal is to provide customers with great service. "We treat them as we would like to be treated," they   added.

They enjoy traveling to different states camping in their fifth wheel trailer with their two dogs, Mia and Bella.  They also look forward to continued traveling and camping in their fifth wheel during the off season, when they have the opportunity to check out other KOA campgrounds and meet other owners.
