What a lovely campground! Lots of trees, plenty of space between sites. Very quiet and relaxing. Host were very friendly. We'll be back in the future.

Great park. Friendly staff. Grandkids seem to enjoy the outside activities. Isolated which is good if you bring enough food items. Nearest store is 14 miles.

We spent 9 days here and had a fantastic time. The site is really well maintained and Steve and his team are so friendly and welcoming. There were some great activities for adults and kids and the beach access is an added bonus. Spotless facilities and a nice onsite shop for smaller groups essentials. Fabulous site and Steve and team rock! One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at.

Host and staff are top notch. Campground clean and easy to find. Only complaint is stairs to beach are STEEP! We could not get to beach due to them. Very quiet and peaceful.

The place was great... better than expected. Just a night but we'll return... Place was clean, well-organized, and had many interesting features! The people running the KOA were very attentive to needs; a small shop for forgotten items and even hand scooped ice cream! And for families with kids... this would be a great place since there were many activities!

I gave 5 stars because the staff was fantastic and the grounds were well kept. The evenings were quiet and fantastic for sleeping in the ocean air. Everything was up to our expectations with the exception of the campground wireless Internet....it sucked.

Great setup, terrible WiFi. With no reception for tv, good fast WiFi would work,especially for what you charge. I stay in Oregon at a non Koa they charge $90 a night right on ocean with cable and fast wifi. It’s very important if you need it to check files for work related issues

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are working on improving our WiFi but being as rural as we are our options are limited. We do have cable hook ups at the RV site you stayed in for any TV reception. We are making a lot of changed to the campground an hope you will visit again once we have made all the upgrades.

Nice to have access to the beach for walks. Stairs are steep and no way to get dogs (small children would be scary) down to the beach. Staff super friendly and very accommodating.

We had a nice shady private spot in this small campground, and were pleased to find a large clean bathroom with "free" showers. It's apparent that an emphasis was placed to provide many activities for children. We are seniors but it's still nice to watch kids enjoying themselves in the campground. The host was pleasant and always available.

Lovely site -great welcome - very helpful staff. Beach awesome at sunset - shame we could only stay one night but perfect launch for the next day plans of Westport, Aberdeen (Kurt Cobain pilgrimage) and are arrival at Seattle.

We loved it. My only complaint is the golf cart used there puts out nasty fumes and seems to be running around all the time.

Great little campgrounds excellent for families lots of Daily activities to keep kids occupied. Staff is friendly and accommodating well stocked little store with fresh baked pizza and ice cream available. Short walk to the bay however the steps to the beach are very steep if you have any mobility issues you won’t be able to access it .

I would not recommend or return because the rates are to high. We loved KOA back in the day when the rates were reasonable. This campground nickel and dimed for everything even not letting you bring your own wood and throwing the used wood that was left by campers in the garbage. They also did not honor the price of the campsite that was quoted at the time we made our reservation.

We are sorry for your experience. Like may campgrounds, we ask that outside firewood is not brought in to protect our trees. As mentioned during booking, rates are subject to change, we adjusted our rates for summer months and inflation. We did credit you back a good portion of that difference.

Very clean and quite site. Well maintained. Staff was always very helpful even during off hours. Didn’t have any issue checking in even though we reached few hours late. There is nothing much around except the beach with water far deep inland. Good place to hang out and relax but not much if someone wants to do hiking and other activities.

Bay Center KOA was beautiful. The camp host was absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. Our campsite was very large with plenty of room for games and activities. We had a short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of time exploring. Can't wait for the next time we stay there.

Quiet pretty campgrounds with lots of trees.. great dog park. Friendly helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. Clamming was great! Stairs were a little steep to beach. Enjoyed local shops and Woo-hoo winery.

Lovely staff! Steve was so helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. Camp was cleaned and well managed. No noise issues and the bathrooms were clean as well.

Trail to beach included very steep stairs, not appropriate for medium to large dogs or small children.

We are sorry that the stairs were steep to the beach. We had to come up with quick solution after a storm destroyed our old stairs. We are in the process of making some upgrades to the campground and the beach access is on the top of that list.

Clean and family friendly. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend staying at Willapa Bay KOA if you want to relax and get the real feel of the Washington Coast.

We tend to be day trippers - not into clamming. It was a long drive to a beach! We chose not to partake in the wine/beer tasting. The campground was nice - we had wonderful shrubs between our site and the ones on each side. Loved the picnic table (round with Adirondack chairs) and the swing. The fire pit was completely clean before we got there, and they offered a propane BBQ too!

It seems for the most part you enjoyed your stay with us, apart being about 40 minutes to Long Beach. We do have beach access to the Bay here at the campground for guests to enjoy. We are a little confused on why such a low rating? We are always looking at ways we can improve campers experiences.

All 10's across the board, would suggest extending the office hours during the week but not that big of a deal. Also, you should improve your wifi, that is a big deal for us and most families. Thanks for a great time !

We love this place…customer service is spot on. A few major dips in the road coming in/out that could be filled…but that’s finding an issue. We really enjoy our stay at Bay Center KOA each and every time.

We booked in the evening at the last minute & Brian & Erica were so great & accommodating! We were out of town & on our way home, then needed a place for the night. They have excellent customer service, they got us a cabin ready & showed us where the trail to the bay was. Everything was nice & clean! Beautiful campground! We really appreciated a nice place after a long trip & they were just great! The Wilson's

Very amazing KOA site! Very peaceful and very dog friendly site! We absolutely loved it there! Stayed at Deluxe Cabin K6 . Very nice!!! Highly recommended!!!!! We definitely be back! Amazing management Brian and his lovely wife!

Stayed overnight on 04/03/24 in a cabin with two kids, 8 &13. Super attentive and friendly hosts with on-site store and other amenities. Clam rakes, available for rental are completely worth it, as we caught our limits in about 30 minutes and enjoyed a luxury dinner in no time. It was our first time raking clams and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful with tips (over 15 years old need to get a license off-site). Cabin was cozy and clean. Had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be back.
