The KOA keepers were welcoming and accomadating to our needs for a one night stay with no reservation. Cabin was clean and the bath and shower facilities were also very clean! I would recommend to friends and family!!!

It was last minute, on a rainy day in April... and we had the best time ever! Tide was low and the sun made an appearance, which made an afternoon walk on the beach perfect. The Bald Eagles were out too! We ordered pizza on site for dinner and roasted marshmallows for dessert. Super fun time! We will be back for sure!!

Amazing �ϸ folks and very fun place to go clamming as a family. The site was clean and cozy and we loved having a mini frig. and TV. We will definitely be back if we are in the neighborhood!

Owners were very kind, helpful, and pleasant. The large cabin was clean and spacious. Needed more hooks for hanging clothes, coats etc. need to change out the dining table to one with room for 6. Maybe some type of extra storage for clothing, but not sure where you could fit it in. The property was lovely. Close to beach, very well maintained. The mini store had everything we needed. Excellent.

I like my cabin, because it was on the side, surrounded by trees, and very private. The other cabins were not private, but nice day was very nice.

Friendly front desk staff. Our last visit was two years ago. The deluxe unit had linens, towels, and more kitchenware. I was very disappointed that they were not available this year. I was also very disappointed that there are fewer activities for kids compared to two years ago. And the standard unit definitely needs a refresh.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We offer activies from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This has always been the case. Due to the rise of labor costs linens are available for rent. The kitchenware we provide for that cabin meets the needs of that cabin.

We stayed in one of your rustic cabins, a nice version of camping out. Staff was friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful. It's a bit far to eating establishments if not planning on cooking. This probably will be our last "camping out". Beds are a bit firm for old bones and treks to the bathroom in the middle of the night a bit of a challenge but sure beats picking a tent!

Our stay was so wonderful and the staffs there were super nice, friendly and so helpful. Especially Steve, my kids said he was so nice to give them extra waffles because they wait was a little longer than usual. The deluxe cabin was super clean and nice. We will definitely come back yearly.

It was clean. Employees were friendly. It was noisy next to my cabin by the next cabin over. The steps leading to the beach were made to steep and hard for older people and pets to get access to beach. the bathtub was quite slippery especially for older people like my family. The camp used to be better a few years ago before all the changes.

The campground, staff, cabin, and access to the bay was exceptional! Our family had a very lovely time. It was a very family/dog friendly campground. Rating as 4/5 because the campground has a policy of no electric vehicle charging so we will not be able to come back.

The camp staff were very welcoming and helping us quickly find our spot and park our RV. The campground was clean and our kids had a great time on the bounce pad and at the playground. And it was nice to be able to communicate with the staff via text. We will definitely be staying here again!

10/10 recommend you stay here! They had movie night Friday and Saturday, Glitter tattoos & tons of other activities for the kids and adults to enjoy. We stayed 4 night and we would have loved to stay other 4. Thank you to the staff for making our stay the best possible!

I traveled with 4 kids and my dog. It had everything I have come to appreciate about KOAs along with charming extras. The cabins were really close together but the greenery helps it feel more secluded. I loved that it was family and pet friendly, made our trip so enjoyable for everyone!

I stayed here last year the service was top notch so we decided to come back again. Although I had a great Time the cabin I stayed in wasn’t as clean as I’m used to from KOA, and someone plugged the ADA toilet that my mothers in-law needs. I let someone know about it and it wasn’t unclogged for 2 hours. Once it was finally unclogged they didn’t even clean the blood off the seat..

We enjoyed yurt camping and the beach is a huge plus. Staff was pleasant. Everything was clean. On our last night a nearby camper (male) yelled at my family and I, shaming my children for going into the ladies bathroom with me (only when it was empty). The man seemed intoxicated and scared my kids. We were on edge after that regarding further conflict. I wish staff was more accessible at night.

Impressed with all the text messages. We arrived on a Tuesday. I didn't realize until midway through Saturday there were special activities for children Fri/Sat. Everyone was extremely friendly. Staying 6 nights in a deluxe cabin, there should be enough garage sacks available. When I asked for some, she responded by leading me to where I could purchase more in the store/handed me 2 of "her own."

I love staying here. It is our fourth year in a row and each time we reserve two yurts and invite friends. The planned activities for kids allow the adults to fully relax. The clamming beach is magical. The staff is so fun and friendly, even the teenagers :) The store has everything you need. Prices are affordable. Keep it up and we'll keep coming!

We were there during the week, it was very nice and relaxing. The cell service and internet Wi-Fi was choppy but that was okay for us because we were there for the camping experience. The beach access to the Bay is easy access we beachcombed and enjoyed the water.

We come here every couple of years, one of the best KOA sites we ever visited. Staff and amenities are great, lots of kids activities throughout the day, movie night at the playground. Depending on the season you come, we love clamming and walking to and down the beach.

I was surprised to find electrified cabins, but could do without the TV. Host very friendly and lots to do for kids. They especially liked the mining sluice.

Very confusing with the deluxe cabin stays. I was given too small a cabin for a family of 5. My friend had 3 people and got the big cabin. We paid the same and we’re told we’d get the same. Disappointed by this. Manager didn’t compensate or offer to change us.

Stayed overnight on 04/03/24 in a cabin with two kids, 8 &13. Super attentive and friendly hosts with on-site store and other amenities. Clam rakes, available for rental are completely worth it, as we caught our limits in about 30 minutes and enjoyed a luxury dinner in no time. It was our first time raking clams and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful with tips (over 15 years old need to get a license off-site). Cabin was cozy and clean. Had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time there, we were given a free upgrade to the deluxe cabin which made our stay even better! The camp hosts were super helpful when we realized we had left a couple thing's at home. The only downside was the store there not open during our stay but if we needed something like ice they got for us and the main bed was not comfortable and very slick to the point we each fell off at least once and my husband went and slept in the room with the bunk beds, plus our blankets kept falling on the floor.But having a bathroom and microwave in the room made itbworth it! we will definitely be back, we will plan it on a weekend when the store will be open and hopefully the weather will be better. Oh and the steamer clams were HUGE!😁

Great campsite and hosts! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Nice access to the beach too. We will definitely be back.
