Had a fabulous time at our family reunion - a great place to stay with many young kids. The foam party was their absolute favourite! Barrie KOA is always clean, welcoming and love the addition of all day breakfast. See you again next year!

We really enjoy the adult section of your campground. We don't partake in any activities but enjoy the campsite for peace and quiet and privacy trees and space. We also love the campground setup with tables/chairs, great BBQ and firepit. Thank you!

Very crowded, sites were all gravel, lots of dogs that were not well behaved, barking, lunging at people walking by, pooping on our site. Everyone was parked on the road when we got there so it was hard to back in our 32’ fifth wheel. People should park ON their site, not half way on the road. Trains going by through the night. Service was excellent, pizza was very good. Campground was clean.

We had a wedding to attend in Barrie when we received a morning notice that there wouldn't have water supply due to a problem with the well. Luckily, it was repaired by the time we required a shower. One of the water mains also broke 2 mornings later., which again, we had no water. I texted to see if we would be able to receive some compensation, and we were turned down.

great stay as usual, but the people in the site behind us had a smoky fire going all day. It was so bad you could not see the road at times. We tried to find someone from the camp ground to talk too but we never saw any KOA people go by. But we will return next year as we always do.

Terrain de luxe bien. Aucun accès Wi-Fi en aucun temps sur notre terrain !!! On nous dit que les ondes ne se rendent pas mais a côté de l'office a l'entrée ca fonctionne très bien !! On attends des trains huer a tout heure de la nuit ! Les employés roulent a plus de 10km sur le terrain en plus tôt le matin avec des véhicules a moteur a gaz. Je ne retournerai jamais la !!! Très déçue de

4 night stay at the end of august. Site was clean and dry. Need a pool in the adult only section. BBQs are dated now.

Great KOA! The individual campsites are a good size, and are well-shaded. My tent site was level, offering both a sandy base and a grassy base, and equipped with a firepit and a picnic table. The staff was courteous and helpful. My dogs and I felt very comfortable to be there! I would highly recommend this campsite, and I will definitely come back to it again. Thanks for a great stay!

We were 3 trailers together on sites 56, 57 and 59. The sites were so uneven that we had to work had to level the trailers. The sewer on site 56 was so high, as high as the dump valve on the trailer so we had to hold the hose in the air to be able to empy the tanks. Also, the night before we left, there was a water outage until we left the next day. We will never recommend this campsite.

Long site fit our 45" motorhome and tow vehicle. Could be a bit more level for our size - ended up with "light" rear (braking) wheels, not ideal. Many, many amenities enjoyed by the family filled campground. Lots of children wheeling around on bicycles. Fine front desk staff but then left to our own devices. Campsite could have used some tidying up after the last campers left.

Fabulous friendly staff who really enjoy their jobs. Nice clean park. Love the marketing gift certificate & pizza dinner. Will be back. I think this is our 6th time! A light where you punch in the code at the gate after hours would be very beneficial.super dark. Had to get flashlight to see the box to put in the code. Thank you for the fun times!

This was our first time at a KOA, and it was great. We are usually Ontario Parks campers, and have stayed at RV parks before and weren't fans of the lack of privacy. This KOA gave a good camping vibe though. The sites aren't private, but lots of trees and spaced much better then other RV parks we've tried. Lots of kids activities was a huge selling feature!!!! Already booked for next year!

We originally were going to stay 3 nights but extended another 3 days without trouble. It was a central place to everywhere we wanted to go,it is clean,and has friendly helpful staff

We had the best time!!! I love Barrie KOA and will defiantly be back. The check in staff and the gift shop counter girls were friendly and awesome as usual. We love all the activities. The cabins are beautiful and comfortable. 5 stars for sure!!!

Always clean and fun. A few more activities on Fridays for the kids would be awesome—lots on Saturday but very little on Friday. Also the sites under the pines need some attention. A load of gravel to level out and help with soil erosion or a pad. Fees for those sites are too high given the poor quality (lots of sand, dirt, and uneven ground—hard to level trailer and worse with rain)

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at KOA Barrie. This is the second year we have had a family camping week here. Everything was top notch. Lots for the grandchildren to do, fishing, trekking, swimming and lots of activities. I would be amiss if I didn’t mention how awesome the staff are. They were all helpful and caring, extremely friendly. We took three sites together and had an awesome vacation.

The Barrie KOA is always full of activities for the entire family! We love the pizza special days and daily kitchen specials (the icecream social is a hit). The fun activities are always amazing. Especially the foam fest and duck hunt!

Very friendly staff. Location is close to daily needs, but a bit further of a drive to some of the larger touristy things. Yet, you can take a bus from "downtown Barrie," after parking about 15 minutes away.

I would like to see campgrounds, as a whole, put improvements in park wide free wifi… and I believe KOA’s can take the lead on this ignored issue within the industry… it’s 2023!
