Generally good. Staff responded promptly to requests for wood and propane. However water supply to entire campground failed the night before our departure. no showers or dishwashing. no tank flush. Four Y O grandchild slipped on wet metal slide step, cut head requiring a trip to Barrie Hospital and sutures. Not the best experience. .No compensation offered for failure to supply services.

We always have a great time at the Barrie KOA- everything is clean and the staff is very nice. It would be great if we could use our KOA rewards for discount towards merchandise, as my kids always love to get a souvenir at the gift shop. Overall a great experience.

The lodge was clean, though we did note stained sofa and a slight odour to both the hallway and the main bedroom. The smell seemed to decrease once the air conditioner was turned on. I did provide my feedback to guest services and they advised that they would investigate. They attributed the odour to mopped wet surfaces, cleaning products, or air conditioning unit. Internet service was poor.

The rooms smelt and had a moldy feel. Sofa are all stained. With the amount of money we pay, we should get sheets, pillows and enough toilet paper to last for our whole stay.

Love staying at the Barrie KOA we started a little tradition to come every year. Everything is very clean. The staff are amazing very friendly and so helpful I highly recommend barrie KOA, and for any request they are very quick to respond to any questions and making sure customers are very happy. Had a wonderful week at the Barrie KOA with my four granddaughters. They thoroughly enjoyed the pools, water activities, bingo and of course ice cream! Can’t wait for our visit next summer!

Loved the campground and I our cabin, my family was really happy and want to come camp here next summer as well. The sofa bed was not comfortable for my daughter the springs were poking her back.

This is my fourth summer visiting this KOA. My son and I had an amazing time unfortunately this was our first time camping without my husband. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I was struggling to put up my gazebo tent and the staff were more than willing to help put it up and take it down. I had to cut our trip short but I will definitely be back next year.

We were very happy with the friendly and helpful staff, especially the staffer who noticed on his rounds that the propane canister for our cabin's BBQ was out of place and replaced it immediately as it was nearly empty. Our cabin was very clean upon arrival - we really appreciated that the uncomfortable pul-out sofa from last year was replaced with a comfy bed. Kudos!!

We're here every summer and this our 4th year but it always feel it as it's our first time because we are really having great time everytime. This place is amazing, very clean and the staff are super friendly.

Wonderful. Like upgrade with interlocking bricks to cabins. Beautiful flowers . Friendly staff ! Clean washrooms ! Service excellent. Loved our stay ! Grandkids cried when we left

We always love going to KOA Craighurst. Again this year we had an enjoyable stay. The only negative thing would be He reserved a full year ago, as we were checking out. At the time we asked to switch to cabin 221. We were told “if the current people did not rebook we could have it.” Well, they checked us into the same cabin we had last year…different neighbours than last year in the cabi

The staff at the Barrie KOA are amazing! So friendly and helpful. They definitely take the place from a 4 to a 5 star. The campground had lots of events and things for the kids to do. Will definitely be back.

Nice resort and friendly staff. However, I found the resort not particularly accessible for the disabled. Accessible footpaths, ramps, bathrooms, showers and doors were not available or easily accessible.
