Beautiful campsite. Very happy - escorted to my campsite and Jim guided me into my spot. The bathrooms were clean and the park was welcoming. Would definitely return.

Nice clean park, staff was very nice laundry room was clean, we did not use restrooms or showers. They have activities all week. The lobster shack on site had good food and reasonabley priced

Sites are tight for a premium rate. Baths are old need updating . Been coming here for 6 years steady downward trend . Need to purchase lawnmowers . Also Wifi and cable TV are non existent!

This was our 10th year staying at Oceanside KOA, and I have to say that I came away a bit disappointed. A couple of things...I paid $29 to have my 3 tanks pumped, and they weren't pumped properly. Second, the grass down at the waterfront needed a serious cutting. This is the most expensive KOA at $186/ night so it should be neat and clean. Restrooms were good!

The dog park was not fit to use, people were not picking up after their dogs. I understand that it is the dog owners responsibility but it cannot be ignored when it is in that bad of shape. Better to close it if it cannot be maintained. Septic pump was broken, it happens, however we went two days unable to use anything in our camper, tanks were full. Again, it is difficult to find enough help.

We didn’t have kids with us this time so we didn’t get to experience all they offer but it was very crowded, meaning campsites seemed to be on top of each other. I would think for the price they charge ($175 per night) the sites wouldn’t be dirt and gravel, but they were. The dust at times was tough to take. The location was good since it was close to all of the things you want to experience

We had a beautiful site, however, there were sites in the campground that were much less appealing. I guess it depends on the pricing level you choose. We have camped at many KOAs and this one has some amenities that I've not seen at other KOAs such as a Honey Wagon service that will come to your rig and pump out your sewer system. Staff and service was great.

Great location, great shuttle bus to Acadia and town. HORRIBLE WiFi Patio sites were shoddy, some sites were nice, but others were tucked in in a weird orientation. Grounds could be better manicured considering the money coming into this place. Great snack bar, laundry and dog park.Loved to ocean view positioned Adirondack chairs. No swim pool,or decent beach access . Kid park dangerous,no fence

Gorgeous campground, we had one of the best sites near the ocean. I totally understand you should expect dogs at campgrounds but there were people walking them THROUGH campsites, which is totally not cool/not proper campground etiquette. One woman walked her dog through someone's site who had their own dog and gave THEM dirty looks when THEIR dog started going nuts. I'm coming back in off season!

Very pleasant stay at Oceanside KOA in Bar Harbor area. Close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Offers amazing views. Clean campground, soft green grass for the dogs. Lobster truck onsite was a bonus. Received a chewy package with ease, the office called and left me a message. All in alll the best place to stay if you want to visit this area. Free public transportation stops here.

Beautiful spot in the "cozy oceanfront" site #308. KOA has a fabulous property there along the coast. Great views and activities for kids and adults alike. Just wish everything wasn't so expensive...I've had oceanfront sites before in the last 25 years and here I paid more than double the cost of my previous most expensive site. This area is for those with deep pockets who don't care about price.

Very friendly staff and our site right on the water was outstanding! Great location too. However, the shower/bathroom situation needs improving. Our biggest complaint is that we waited in line every night to shower. There were only three showers on our side of the campground, which was shared by numerous RV sites and tent campers. The tent area needs its own showers. WiFi was nonexistent.

We had an awesome 11 day stay at the KOA. The waterfront location is spectacular. The staff was very helpful, the daily communication was great. Plenty of activities for the kids. Te on site lobster shack is a nice touch. I’d rate this location a 5 star except the wi-fi is spotty, our site was difficult to level and had a little too much dirt for our liking, overall we had. We’ll be back.

This is a great and quiet campsite. We stayed on the water. Views were great and it was super easy to hop down to Acadia.

Location is amazing, right on the waterfront, close to Acadia National Park. I was disappointed in the layout of the sites, very close together and at odd angles. Picnic table/firepit placement made it very difficult to get into my site correctly even with very small trailer. I had to move my tow vehicle (which was inches from my trailer) for another trailer to be able to park.

I love this campground, specifically site 373. We've been staying here annually for the past 10+ years. Staff is very engaging and friendly, the site has the most gorgeous sunsets. My only issue (especially the past 2 years) people come down into the site to "look around" or even watch the sunset. This is not ok. Maybe there should be a sign reminding people of campers etiquett?

Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. The sunsets were spectacular. The sites were very tight and needed more gavel. The WiFi was awful and the only tv channels were 4 PBS.

Our family had a great time at this campground. There were a lot of activities and things for the kids to do. They loved the golf cart train ride and the bounce pad. The location was great as it was a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We would love to spend more time here next time we come up from Florida.

We had a wonderful time staying right on the water. We really enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings and hopping off the rocks to play in the tidal waters when the tide receded. The campground facilities were very clean, no matter what time of day one would use them. Super-convenient bus stop right at the camp office to take you into the park or town. This was probably our favorite campground yet!

We love this campground so much. The sites are absolutely breathtaking and the kid activities and cafe are a huge hit for us. The barrel rides are amazing! Complaints would be dogs barking/crying all night at the site next to us, and bathrooms not cleaned and without toilet paper some mornings. The shower curtains also had what looks like boogers wiped on them. Other than that it was amazing

Only concern was the unstable WiFi. Lost it at least two or three times during the week. However, once I spoke to the office, it was reset quickly.

The location is perfect to be able to enjoy Acadia National Park and all that the area has to offer. However, the sites are small, and their rates are high. The store employees are not very friendly and the manager doesn’t get out much around the campground to see what’s going on. We’ve been going here since 1999 and the quality of staffing has declined.

We have traveled all over the country and this KOA was disappointing compared to many others we have stayed at. The water pressure would just disappear at random times throughout the day. Also, there really isn’t any WiFi to speak of at this KOA. It hardly ever shows up and when you ask the office about it the only response you get is “it’s a high traffic time”.

Rv sites are very close together with little to no vegetation in between. Price point is very high! Nice location on the water front. Clean facilities.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was our first time in Maine and they answered all of our questions. The view of the sunset was spectacular from the campground. There were lots of things to do for kids, definitely very family oriented.

I had a great time! The cabin, bathrooms, and bath houses were very clean. This KOA is in a great location and very close to Acadia National Park. I would definitely stay again.

A wonderful, helpful staff. The grounds were well maintained. Nice water views from many spaces, but many spaces lacked any shade. The men's room near the laundry needed some maintenance and repair.
