The view from the koa was beautiful with sunsets & so close to downtown bar harbor & Acadia. With that being said the disappointment was there was no grass on the front of our our site & I mean none. There were weeds on the back of the site. The staff was so friendly & helpful I would give them a 10.

Wonderful staff! Very helpful and courteous. Location is great with easy access to Acadia. The cafe was excellent! Only suggestion is to improve the patio sites as the stones need some leveling and filling in.

Very loud w/ kids roaming. My site was next to common area, was not for me; intrusive & loud. Staff were wonderful, all very kind & helpful. When I checked in I was warned of other campers walking thru my site.

We love camping here! The campground is clean, the staff are courteous and responsive, and the location is amazing!! Would love it if recycling were an option. Also, having some rental RVs ( like when you had Airstreams) would be nice.

Our site was perfect. A beautiful view of the water,shady and roomy. The staff communicated via text and delivered our ice and wood. We will definitely be back with friends !!!!

This was are 5th year staying at this campground and it was the BEST experience ever here! The manager Michael was warm and welcoming upon our arrival. The staff, Geoff, Zach, and Shiela, just to name a few of the many names that I remember, were all outstanding in providing professional & caring assistance with all our needs. Thank you all for a great stay! Our site was clean and level too!

We had an amazingly marvelous stay. This is a gorgeous on the waterfront campground with a very welcoming, caring and helpful staff. Some local transportation we had reserved failed to show up at the last minute and staff member, Peter, offered us a ride--during his time off!! The whole camp, staff and other campers were caring, welcoming and friendly. Absolutely recommend this campground.

We are a frequent visitor. Love this place. This year was different in that the activities were more limited to just a couple of days and very short and timing. I remember that being very different. Also the staff that ran the activities were a little too firm for kids that were camping and having fun. I do appreciate a good strict person, but I feel there is a time and a place for that.

We’ve been coming for years to this location. Staff is always friendly and the facilities are clean. This trip, we felt that there were a lot fewer activities for kids, which was disappointing. There was nothing on the agenda Monday through Wednesday. Also, the showers were a bit unpredictable in terms of water pressure and the warmth of the water.

Being a repeat guest, There was a mix up on site they put me in, and It ended up being the perfect site for me . They stepped up and let me borrow a water hose as mine was a foot short, they apologized and were so helpful and friendly, refunded the difference. I love this campground,the people, and how kind ,responsive, professional. Love you all, see you soon. Sandy

Campground staff were great. Facilities were well maintained. Campground was very pricey for what you get. There are other campgrounds that are closer to the park. I like staying at KOAs, but the price doesn’t justify it here.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very helpful the minute we pulled in showing us our site and even helping us get the perfect angle for proper ocean views. Already booked next year!

We loved everything! The only suggestion we would make is to create a parking area. Some of the "pull-thru" oceanview sites did not give ample space for parking if you were in a bigger rig. We loved the spot, just would like a space to put the truck. Everything else was amazing! We took advantage of the sunset patio, the dinner, and the kids road their bikes from start to finish. Thank you!

Stayed here 35 years ago and always wanted to come back some day. Even though our site was not directly next to the ocean it was a very short walk. The ocean breeze was refreshing. Looking to return again soon.

We ordered hamburgers one night for the two of us. They were delicious, but the cost was $40.������ we were staying over the Fourth of July holidays, so maybe the prices went up for the weekend.

Beautiful setting. Nice amenities. Definitely worth the money to get a tent site on the ocean. Our kids had fun skipping stones and seeing the tide change.

The sites are spacious and so many right on the water. Well kept and the staff is helpful and friendly. It is also in a great location for all the major sites in the area, plus a free shuttle.

The location of KOA Bar Harbor was lovely. However, we felt this park was not up to KOA standards, especially as a Holiday park. The sites were just parking on gravel or grass with hookups very unkempt. It seems KOA is becoming more about the amenities for kids than for providing a good quality RV park for patrons of all ages.

Our campsite was beautiful, but there is no control or rules that are abided by. We had NINE CARS BEHIND US for 3 days as the two camping families had people coming and going non stop. It was also a non stop party until after 11 pm. Where is management? Isn’t there a limit of cars and visitors. AND THERE WERE EMPLOYEES RIDING AROUND ON GOLF CARTS SO THEY KNEW! Won’t be back.

Great place to be for the 4th of July! Very friendly and helpful staff, clean showers and bathrooms. Loved the Lobster Trap Cafe and the couple working in it! Our dog did too. Site 251 could use some work, as it is not level at all and was a bit muddy when we arrived. It would be helpful to drop a load of gravel on it for drainage and level it out. That being said, we will be back! Thank you!

very nice waterfront sites, very clean! All your staff was exceptional! pleasant, always smiling and helpful and on very hot days!!! the guys who "pumped" and delivered ice/wood were so nice, one of them noticed my sisters site had a small water leak and came right back and fixed it without asking! loved the Adirondack chairs everywhere to sit! Kids liked the activities

Our family absolutely loved this campground. There was so much to do and having the ocean right there was very refreshing despite the rocks. We had such a great time. My son and his family rented one of the 4 person buggies and had a ball!!! The coffee station and ice cream area were a big hit. Playground is amazing as we were parked right across from it which made it very convenient. Loved it!!!!

Bar Harbor is beautiful, the people at the Koa where nice but the site where small, we had a wonderful neighbor on the one side but on the other not so.

The GM is phenomenal and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. This KOA is a hidden gem with the ocean access for kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding! Every one in my party absolutely loved this place! Already booked for next year!!!

Very convenient and close for visiting Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We go there every year with a very large group of friends. They all had the same feedback: the staff is very welcoming , very easy/simple to checkin. Wonderful and clean facilities. It is the best of the best, thanks to Michael the manager and his staff, they always make our stay magic, and very memorable. We love it, and we will be back soon !!

This campground is awesome! Acadia was incredible, Bar Harbor was amazing, and this place puts you right in the middle of all the action. You're just minutes from Acadia National Park and minutes from town, which makes it super convenient for exploring everything in the area. The service and people here are top notch—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning. I would 100% recommend this campground to anyone visiting Acadia or Bar Harbor
