The mattress on the sleeper sofa was completely unacceptable. It squished flat and was full of coils. There was no way our adult daughter could sleep on this. We borrowed a bunk bed mattress from my sister's cabin.

Our camping cabin was nice. We usually tent camp, so we loved having power and a fridge for the week. The wagons to bring things from the parking lot were much appreciated. Bathrooms were relatively clean, but people are gross so it's hard to keep up. Some amenities were expensive, but it was nice that things like ice and wood could be delivered to your campsite.

Cute, basic cabin with a great water view. Wonderful activities and property for kids to play and explore. Did not feel we missed a thing on down day from visiting the park. Kids enjoyed the options just as much.

We love staying at KOA Oceanside. This was our third time and it never disappoints. Our site was perfect at the water with a beautiful sunset. The staff is nice and they’re always lots of fun activities.

Everything was very nice and conveniently located to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The cabin was a bit smaller than I expected but we managed.

This is by far, my favorite KOA!!! The people were so friendly and helpful! We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin with full bath and mini kitchen. It was clean, well maintained, and even had a view of the bay! And the Lobster Cafe!!! Such yummy goodness to be had! And there was sooo much to do for the kids and adults alike! The beach by the bay was my favorite spot to sit with my coffee. Thank you KOA!

This was our fifth stay at the KOA Oceanside and it will certainly not be our last. The campground is clean and the facilities are fantastic.

The check in time for cabins should be earlier. It’s 4pm and we feel that is very late in the day for check in. We decided to pay for an extra night in order to check in 3 hours early which is a big expense. Also, check out is 10am. That is very early for check out and a big inconvenience for the price especially with such a late check in. Also, there should be a pool at the resort.

I recommend “deep cleaning” a couple cabins a week. Screens are full of dust, and major dust accumulated on the walls behind the beds. We left early due to severe allergies. Use your team more efficiently. Location is great. Friendly staff. Lots to do!

We had a great time at Bar Harbor KOA. It was a short drive (no more than 30 minutes) to all the hikes and locations we wanted to experience at Acadia NP. The camping cabin was cozy. We had access to showers and bathrooms within walking distance. My son and I both had at least one shower where we ran out of hot water though. We only had ice cream from the Lobster Pound, but it was great!

The staff was informative, kind, and knowledgeable. The location is fantastic for observing tides and sunsets. Our cabin was equipped with all we needed. The main concern we had in our cabin with 1 1/2 baths was the frosted glass in the half bath. It was not privacy glass and our outlines, and lightness and darkness of clothes, could be seen while we were in the bathroom.

The employees were all very nice. Asked to switch cabins as the originally assigned cabin had absolutely no privacy and table and fire pit were in mud. Glad able to move cabins as would not have been happy with original. Beautiful sunset views and clean showers and bathrooms.

The airstream camper was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the lobster dinner and lobster roll that was available right at the campground at the Lobster Trap Cafe. It was very close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. I would highly recommend this campground.

This was in a good location while we visited Acadia National Park. It allowed us to get to Ellsworth, Bar Harbor, and into the park within 15 to 25 minutes. We couldn't have picked a better spot and it was very kind Friendly. The staff doing recreation for the kids were great!

Camping has been great for many years but two nights in an Airstream weren't. We knew the trailer is older, but it wasn't explained it isn't fully functional. We had to call twice to have the hot water heater primed and again because the heater was not working. This should have been explained at check in. There were mouse dropping in the silverware, which is a problem with cleaning, not age.

Great Location and well staffed. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Stayed in a rustic cabin that more than met out needs. Location was quiet as were other campers. The sunset was first rate. Amenities on site were great. Very clean and well maintained showers and bathrooms. Very nice. � �

Our cabin was very small. No grill, no screened porch. Possible user error when booking but looking on the app I can’t find where the different levels of options are beyond with/without plumbing. Not enough of a reason to complain or not return but disappointing to say the least. All of the staff that we were in contact with were FANTASTIC. I can’t say enough good about their friendliness and

I had a great time! The cabin, bathrooms, and bath houses were very clean. This KOA is in a great location and very close to Acadia National Park. I would definitely stay again.

A wonderful, helpful staff. The grounds were well maintained. Nice water views from many spaces, but many spaces lacked any shade. The men's room near the laundry needed some maintenance and repair.
