The staff at this campground really cares about guests. If something is not properly working, they would fix it immediately. The campground's location is very convenient for visiting Acadia National Park. Thank you.

Campground was clean and organized. Automated text messages were often wrong and then corrected, making it a bit confusing. Disappointed bike rentals weren't available even though it says they are available on the website (and the sign by the Lobster Trap Cafe).

The cabin we stayed in was very clean and exactly as expected and the staff was amazing! They did a wonderful with communicating and helping us with any questions that we had. They really also have a great trash pickup and towel pickup operation too. Overall WONDERFUL stay!

I had an amazing 3 night experience at KOA. The staff was very welcoming and made my friends and I feel right at home. The campground was very fun and accommodating for our pups. Already planning to revisit next summer. Could go on forever on how great of an experience we had, highly recommended!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin . Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The only suggestion at the price of a night stay I think daily restocking of coffee pods would be a good idea.

We LOVED our stay at the Bar Harbor/Oceanside KOA. We stay in a cabin (815) and enjoyed it so much I called my sister to share our experience. She immediately turned around booked a cabin for her family for July!! Campground was cute & clean, but customer service was extraordinary!! Will definitely stay again!!

This is the best KOA I’ve ever stayed at! Cabins were clean and well taken care of, playground and games were in good condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Can for a first time visit to Bar Harbor had an amazing time. We had site 805 which had wonderful views of sunrise and sunset.. The staff was very friendly and helpful.We will definitely be back thank you

While we had a decent time, there were a couple incidents that left a bad taste in our mouths. A blue-haired.manager was curt and rude with us, as well as a staff person in an unprofessional way. Additionally, the internet at our cabin never worked and was never resolved (we had to walk elsewhere to use internet).

We stayed in a rental unit which was very clean and well stocked with every day essentials. The campground was very clean and quiet. The staff was welcoming and eager to assist with any needs. It was an easy short drive to Arcadia national park and downtown Bar Harbor. Only wish that we could have stayed longer.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for a week in June and it was amazing. Cabin was clean and the employees were great. Camp grounds were well maintained and beautiful!!

Great location for bar harbor/Acadia vacay. Friendly staff great accommodations (we rented cabin). Convenient gas station next door. Awesome seafood markets within a couple miles (fresh lobster!!) we had a great time!

Overall, the KOA is a wonderful place that we found to let us vacation in our favorite place to go along with our pup. We have been there three times so far and plan to be there for more memorable vacations. Although, this is the first time that we had problem. WiFi was non-existent for our stay and was not resolved while we were there. Yes we did let the office know. Sad to say, no resolution

It was fantastic! Jane and George were a pleasure to talk to and a wonderful resource. The view from our tent site was beautiful and one of the best parts of our stay. We definitely plan to come back in the future.

I came to the area to represent the VA Healthcare System at the Ellsworth Pride Festival. I will THRILLED to find the KOA was having a peace, love and rainbows -themed weekend and also celebrating Pride. What an important message to put out into the camping world. THANK YOU!!!!

We loved the deluxe cabin. We enjoyed the fire pit, kids train ride, playground, Gaga ball, and tie dye night. We had a great stay and made so many terrific family memories!

Campground was very clean and nice, staff was friendly & helpful. Although we were only staying one night, they had quite a few events planned around Pride Weekend; unfortunately many had to be cancelled due to the rainy weather. Having stayed in KOAs for over 50 years, it was wonderful to see so much going on for campers.

The staff is incredible. They made us feel at home the whole stay. My son and wife said they reminded them of Disney staff, which is a huge compliment. If we ever come back to Acadia, we will definitely stay no where else but this KOA. Thank you!!!

The heater in the living area did not work. The toilet ran. These were small inconveniences to us, but they need addressed. Loved the location and people!

Airstream - needs a little TLC. Not all windows had the metal rods to open the windows. Didn't have hot water when I first checked in and had to call maintenance to fix it. Also had a high pitch frequency running through the circuit breaker box (under the bed) that went away when the bathroom light was turned on. Just a few things to look at and give a little TLC to.

Outstanding - from the people to the campground! I called just hours before our arrival to upgrade our cabin and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Even though it rained pretty much the entire time, we're coming back again next year! Our family loved it!!

Stayed at an Oceanside Cabin during our Acadia explorations. We were very impressed with these accommodations and the view of the water. Taking one star off for the noisy road right by these cabins. The rest of the campground was peaceful and lovely. You'd think for the price we were paying the noise would have been minimal.
