Novel experience with the Airstream trail. Liked the keurig coffee maker in the trailer for our morning cup of coffee. Campground was kept up nicely with great things for the kids to do. Over all it was a very good experience.

The property was nice and all the staff were great. Our cabin had a strong animal smell that made it less enjoyable.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and it was awesome! We also had the most delicious lobster roll and blueberry pie. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful spot, helpful staff, but we were disappointed to find spiders and webs going across all of the bed railings. I took video footage and showed front desk, and they sent housekeeping down with brooms, and I asked for a vacuum, which they agreed was the best thing once they saw all the spiders. That could have easily been taken care of before we arrived, esp since we paid $133 per night.

My son and I made a quick trip from PA to do some exploring in the area. We stayed in one of the rustic cabins. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The cabin was clean and had a nice water view. The TV only had 2 channels and the towel rack kept falling off.

We had a vey enjoyable stay at Bar Harbor/Oceanside. The cabin exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and comfortable. We were able to prepare our meals, thanks to the fridge, stovetop, and microwave. We appreciated all the amenities such as the soap, shampoo/conditioner, and dish detergent. It was so nice to have places to hang our clothes and coats. The patio and porch were wonderful!

The location is great for visiting Acadia. The Lobster cafe food was quite good and the lobster dinner was delicious. The staff was friendly and the cabin was clean and nice. The only complaint is the TV. It does states no cable but what they did not tell you is you have zero channels of any kind and it is NOT a smart TV so you cannot stream. Not sure why the TV is even in the cabin.

It was a great time! We felt like we got a ton of value for what we paid for and the facilities were wonderful. Some small caveats were that the Keurig didn't work and the TV didn't get any channels, which wasn't great, but we made due and fortunately didn't impact our stay too much.

Everything was good except the shower - water almost wasn't running. And it was very finicky when it did - no water, or very hot water or cold water... It was terrible, we showered only once the whole time we were there - entirely defeating the purpose of getting a deluxe cabin

Was easy to check-in, we upgraded from tent sitw to camping cabin. Those are super cute, but bed is too short for 6”6’ person. My feet had to be on the top wooded end and was not comfortable

i’ve been to this KOA 3 times and it never disappoints! the people in the shop and around the campsites are so friendly and kind. campground is super dog friendly too. can’t beat the nightly sunsets from the comfort of your campsite either!

The front desk staff behaved very strangely, and the supervisor was especially rude. We stayed for four nights, and for two of those nights there was no hot water. The main heater did not work during our entire stay, and several electrical outlets could not power the small heaters. The water quality was unsafe. There was a large amount of sand in the water.The supervisor said he drinks it himsel

Our first time in the Bar Harbor area, and everything was great! The rental cabin was fantastic and was much more comfortable than we anticipated. A complete kitchen, separate bedroom, sofa, dining area, outside seating, and a grill were some of the things we had with our cabin rental. Linens, towels, dishes were all in the cabin. Just a short walk from our cabin we had a great view of the bay.

We loved our stay with our pups. Perfect location - close to Acadia & town but secluded enough to feel peaceful & quiet. Loved how close it was to the water & the sunsets every night were beautiful.

VERY low water pressure in the shower. Dark, lined curtains in the bedrooms & bathroom would really help. Sun comes up before 5am & no one wants to be awakened early while on vacation. Sun coming thru unshaded bathroom window was so bright it lit up entire cabin. Responsive to customers (when calling for info or reservations after hours) was POOR & needs significant improvement. Otherwise great!

Advertised they had cable but they didn’t. This was important to me, as a special needs parent, to maintain as little stress as possible. I couldn’t even play Netflix on it. Also there was unexpected construction going on that woke us up early. The post was absolutely beautiful, though, and the cabin very cute.

I loved staying right by the water with the beautiful scenery. I wish I had picked a closer to the water cabin but The cabin was beautiful and perfect. All the staff was wonderful. I didn’t want to leave. Best Mother’s Day weekend maine trip.

The campground is clean. The view is lovely on the oceanside sites. We were in a deluxe cabin, too close to the road so we heard road noise all night. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the water barely got hot. The toilet didn’t want to flush in the mornings so no idea what was going on there. We blew a fuse in the kitchen using the provided toaster. The office closes at 5p

Hostess was very polite and addressed lots of questions about local activities. Cabin was clean and exceeded expectations. Wi Fi was very spotty. TV channel selection was very limited especially for a sports fan.

we have been camping on the property since before it was even a KOA we have seen so many changes both good and bad we where placed in cabin 815 we should have moved that is one busy corner all day long The cabin was showing it's age fuzie Black mold in the bathroom a nail sticking out of the top shelve above stove ripped our bread open The couch mattress had blood on it more but no room left

Very convenient and close for visiting Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We go there every year with a very large group of friends. They all had the same feedback: the staff is very welcoming , very easy/simple to checkin. Wonderful and clean facilities. It is the best of the best, thanks to Michael the manager and his staff, they always make our stay magic, and very memorable. We love it, and we will be back soon !!

This campground is awesome! Acadia was incredible, Bar Harbor was amazing, and this place puts you right in the middle of all the action. You're just minutes from Acadia National Park and minutes from town, which makes it super convenient for exploring everything in the area. The service and people here are top notch—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning. I would 100% recommend this campground to anyone visiting Acadia or Bar Harbor
