We had the perfect site. privacy and an ocean view. The staff was very attentive to any concerns that arose. It was very windy and a tree had started to bend. We let them know at the front desk for informational purposes only as it did not impact our experience. They showed up right away to ensure that there would be no future issues with camper safety.

We stayed 3 nights in one of the Airstreams and loved it! Our first experience in an Airstream and realy enjoyed it. Location and site was perfect. we walked to the oceanside every evening. Check in was seamless and we did have one question, and literally in 5 minutes someone came to check out the situation and fixed the problem!

This is one of the best KOAs I have ever stayed at. The staff here is so friendly and helpful, and all have great personalities. It seems they're doing everything they can to make all the campers have a good time and have everything they need. I especially enjoyed "Him & Her concert" on Sunday night. Very clean facilities, Wi-Fi extenders everywhere, plenty of room for any size RV or tent. THANK U

Location is great but some sticking points have us reconsidering coming back. Views from waterside spots are great but our spot was so cramped and muddy. Despite our best attempts we could not stay right by the water. We asked about moving to waterside spot and was told "no" to see that those spots were open for two nights in a row. The restrooms need updating and are so soggy and musty.

Beautiful Ocean front site but found it littered with dog feces and cigarette butts. There was also excessive dog barking at times. Sorry but when you pay close to 200$ a night you expect clean and quiet..

We enjoyed our 4th week-long stay with you! This time we noticed a strong septic smell near the bath house by our site (338). Also, we noticed a fair number of people driving quite fast at the campground (both with & without campers in tow). Lucky for us, we had the best weather of the summer.

Our site was right on the ocean and beautiful. The enormous fee for the site was not worth it. On top of the $180 a night, they were charging for the "honey wagon" to empty our gray and black water. The advertised on the premises Cafe was closed for the entire time we were there. Other than that it was okay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! I loved that I could text the store and in 5 minutes my needs were met with a smile, delivered to me! Too bad pizza places don't do it like that anymore! The site, the bathrooms and showers were clean. A+ from this teacher. We look forward to coming back soon!

Great location! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Island Explorer bus service is a great service with pickup directly at the KOA. It provides free shuttle to all points inside the Acadia National Park. Had an awesome adventure riding our bikes on the park's carriage trails. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return soon.

One of the nicest campgrounds in the USA. A little pricey but well worth it. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean park. Ton of amenities to enjoy in fact we sat out and listened to a great duet play Sunday from 6-8. Right down the road to Acadia National Park

Very nice yet the cost didn't permit me a stay as long as i would have liked. I am fortunate that KOA does afford opportunities to stay and use discounts, special deals and such. Yes, I saved my points to have this time away at less cost and had a very good, welcoming, comfortable stay. I will save and definitely plan to return again. Thank you

Please do a better job cleaning the camping cabins. I dropped something underneath the bunk bed and reached under to get my item, both the item and my arm were entirely covered in dust/ dirt. I shined my flashlight underneath both beds and saw what looked like MONTHS worth of dust and dirt. This is my favorite KOA and I will continue to stay here every year but please do better.

My favorite KOA. The camping cabins are clean and cozy. The entire camp is well maintained. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We love it! It’s our favorite getaway.

Overall, I was more than pleased by the accommodations! We were also close to a bathroom/shower when needed and just steps away from the ocean. There were many amenities available including an off-leash pet area and I loved that so many campers brought their 4-legged family members! The workers were so friendly and helpful throughout our weeklong stay

We have stayed at several KOA locations with camper and this was the first time in a cabin. It was very nice, clean and conveniently located to Acadia NP! It was also nice and spacious with our 3 huskies, we will definitely come back!

We stayed in a cabin for 6 people. Unfortunately, there were ants that got into our food. They came right away to spray, but because we had our dog they were unable to. They said there was nothing more they could do. The staff was very friendly and they sunsets were amazing!

Perfect location without all the hassle of downtown Bar Harbor. Convenient to have the shuttle which allows dogs too. I only wish there had been a pool to use too.

Great location on the water. Well maintained facilities. Friendly staff. Need more than 3 showers for the facility. Laundry room needs a quarter machine. Fix your washing machines and dryers!! Too many out of order!

This was our first stay in a KOA park. We had some reservations because of the price, but feel it was worth what we paid. So many amenities and we felt like we were in a resort with room service! We loved that the garbage was picked up at our site, the Lobster Trap Cafe, and our beautiful oceanfront site.

We have been staying annually or more for years. The improvements are noticed and improve your campground. The only issue is some folks have too many dogs. One person walking five dogs. Several others with three. Many left outside in pens unsupervised. While we get to listen to barking with every bird or passing dog. It’s not a deal breaker, just a growing, and unchecked, nuisance. Thank you for a great stay! The campground and facilities were spotless and well manicured. We loved sitting in Adirondack chairs and watching the sunset over the bay and even got to see a couple of seals. Close proximity to Acadia National park and downtown. So much to see and do!

The whole staff and Mike the manager we’re exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They took our concerns seriously and dealt with them in a very quick and timely manor. The WIRELESS INTERNET is improving steadily yearly and seems a positive work in progress. There is No Cable TV service there anymore, so it is excellent that they are trying to address the laggy slow internet streaming issues.

Stayed at an Oceanside Cabin during our Acadia explorations. We were very impressed with these accommodations and the view of the water. Taking one star off for the noisy road right by these cabins. The rest of the campground was peaceful and lovely. You'd think for the price we were paying the noise would have been minimal.
