We had a wonderful stay at KOA Oceanside. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The site was amazing. Campground was clean and well managed. We’ve already booked to return next year.

Loved everything abiut the park especially down by the water. The spaces were a bit cramped and we didnt have sewage, but that wont prevent us from coming back. The staff at the store were fantastic!

We stayed at the basic cabin ( No Bathroom). The cabin was never cleaned. Spider web everywhere, socks from previous guests, dusty. Cabin is so dark inside, not enough lighting. There is no clearance between first and second level of the bunk bed, it was impossible to sit there for an adult. Cabins are too close to each other, no privacy at all! Overall campground was very tight and crowded.

We love this campground, and have been coming here since for 30 years… even before it became an KOA. Our only issue was lack of cable. We were surprised this had been removed since our last stay. Although we aren’t there to watch tv, we do enjoy catching the news in the morning and at night.

Great annual vacation! Loved the tie dye shirt making and the staff was so amazingly helpful and fun ! Mosquitoes were horrendous at times. Wondering if the grounds are sprayed ? Love the staff throughout! Super friendly and helpful !! See you next year!

We had a great time in Bar Harbour. Cute cabins, great location, lots of activities. Our kids are already asking when we are going back!

Easy check in escorted us to our site Easy setup only drawback to site was water hook up was on wrong end of site had to buy another length of hose and location of fire pi makes it very hard to exit site staff was great and overall stay was fantastic

Fantastic campground with wonderful amenities. Staff were all polite and friendly and happy to share their stories about how they ended up at this location. . Our only issues were the mosquitos which we didn’t expect - can you not spray in Maine? - and the sewer hookup is set so high off ground it was very difficult to dump tanks.

This is a nice KOA. The view of the water is lovely. We stayed here to go to Arcadia. The Lobster Trap Cafe has very good food.

Beautiful location, close to everything Desert Island has to offer. Staff was super friendly and gave great advice/recommendations. My children (10&12) really enjoyed all the activities. Would definitely stay here again

Such a Beautiful and clean campground, So peaceful and in a natural setting on the water, we loved our rustic cabin(fancier than I expected) so comfy and the fridge was a huge help,the Keurig made my day ;) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the shuttle was so easy to use and a great service, We can’t wait to come back!!!

Stayed in non bathroom cabins. Was not here for a camping trip(more sightseeing) The cabins were nice The site itself could use a little bit more upgrade by the fire pit and stuff (seating). The bathrooms could use more of a cleaning. The staff was friendly. Not much for teenage kids to play with. Weekly activities are more towards the end of the week. Bring bug spray. More KOA in our Future.

Very efficient check in process. Very welcoming staff showed us to our site and then checked back a little later to see if all was well (Thank you Garrett!). Site was clean and our waterfront view was spectacular! Very nice campground with great people all around.

Very clean camp ground. Personel friendly. We stayed in cabin 809. The cabin was clean and conveniently located. The only drawbacks are that the bed was noisy creaked when sitting or sleeping. Also, grab bars in the bathroom would help getting in and out would add a safety measure. But we had a good time. Thanks.

Really great customer service and activities. Grounds were well-kept, laundry area clean. We honestly weren't around too much as we were exploring the park, but every interaction and experience here was top-notch.

I’ve been coming here since it was Barcadia, and while I don’t like a lot of the “corporate” changes since the new ownership, it will always be the campground that I knew and loved as a child. I wish you could book out more than 11 months ahead, you used to be able to do a year at least.

Been coming for 8 years! Have loved your KOA for years. Have reserved for 2024, but a couple of things concern me. The price is starting to get out of reach for what is offered. You need to think about adding a pool. I am not a fan of coed bathrooms. No need for it, and ridiculous. Speaking of bathrooms...there were issues of cleanliness this visit. Our favorite campground! Just wish the Lobster Cafe wasn’t closed on Tues. & Wed. We’ve been coming here for years & this is the first time it’s ever been closed all day any day…Lots of time we just want ice cream, but notice that kids want to rent the peddle bikes…Staff is all wonderful, especially Jane!

Overall I love this place and have come back a couple times. However, I was disappointed in our site this time. I prepaid for an oceanview deluxe campsite. However, we were not truly oceanside, but had a view of a swampy marshland. Not nearly as pretty and more full of mosquitoes than an oceanside site would have been. Staff are great! Very fun for kids.
