Great folks. No dump site on their map, didn't ask if there was one. Wifi not strong enough to use, but that's been the case at the last tree KOA campgrounds we've stayed at on the East Coast. Nice campground, really set up well.

Beautiful location, right on the water. Great staff. We stayed in KOA Patio, had all the amenities, but site and patio was a little ragged.

Our stay was OK. The problem with this campsite is that the Wifi coverage is very inconsistent. Particularly in the ealy morning, the Wifi coverage seems to disappear. With so many campers relying on Wifi to stay in touch with others and monitor their finances, it is critical that every KOA campsite spend the money to provide campwide Wifi coverage that's consistent and reliable..

It was quiet and clean with beautiful ocean views around the park. All employees were amazingly kind. It was a great stay and we will be back.

Extremely disappointed as we had specifically reserved a Back-in site with 30/20 Amps at the Ocean’s Edge-clearly labeled as a highly prized site at $170.00. Upon arrival, we were given a Pull-Thru site with 50/30 Amps. Staff insisted it was the same site, but this was noticeably smaller, less private and listed at a lower rate of $155.00 yet we were still charged the higher rate.

At our arrival in the cabin, there was a strong smell of wet dog. We also noticed that there was dog hair all over the floor. We know that they are dog friendly cabins, but it looks like our cabin was not cleaned prior our arrival. This was a bit disappointing and disgusting. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.

Fantastic stay per usual as we’ve been coming since 2013. 1 area still remains needing improvement for the past handful of yrs and that is with the check in staff-the women are consistently unwelcoming, without a smile & seem to be bothered when checking in or being asked a question. Staff not friendly, (although I realize it is the end of their season), Campground sites need WORK! Pricey!!! The campground has a million dollar view, but when it fills up, all you see is RVs! lol smh Campground layout is okay, but entrance and exit to highway, is awkward! Our site had an old tree which was dying and had a major split in it...I hope the campground has good insurance!

Shower in cabin was a dribble; they came to fix and then the water was brown. "You have to flush it out." Why didn't they? We flushed it; the water returned to a dribble. WiFi is spotty which they tell you when you arrive, but not disclosed on the website. I did not get the cabin I paid for which was supposed to have screened porch and not pet friendly. Not worth the very hi $$. Good location.

It was a short overnight so didn't get to use the amenities. Have stayed at this KOA before and it's clean, accommodating, has lots to offer. The staff is always friendly. I also like that it gets nice and quiet overnight. The sites near the shoreline are great.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Clean cabins & facility. It was a “home town” kind of vibe which was awesome! The last night we stayed there was bingo going on and we had a blast! 10/10 recommend

The park is clean and staff very courteous. We loved the free shuttles to the park; the lobster Cafe on site; the well stocked store. We didn't feel this site was worth the full price of being on the ocean as the view was not good. Also, the electrical pedestal was on a slippery, dangerous slope.

LOCATION! Clearer site definition for all would help tremendously and avoid awkward exchanges w staff and other guests. We would return with a site lock to avoid the latter. All the best for your continued success.

Worst site I have ever been assigned for a KOA site. It was essentially a hump of ground with no way possible the reasonably position the RV to even get close to a level position- either front-to-back, or side-to-side. The rest of the campgrounds were okay. The shower house needs an upgrade.

Our stay was nice. However, there are things KOA needs to do better. First, there needs to be a drip coffee maker, that stuff that comes with the room is bilious coffee and not fit for human consumption! Second, the TV needs to be mounted with a means of allowing the rear speaker to work without distortion, away from the wall! Third, the screen door was warped and allowed a squirrel to get in.

This was an above average site with a great view of the ocean. I have had good luck with KOAs. The staff somewhat unfriendly. The individual greeting new guests should not be working in customer service. Our first impressions were very poor. This was the most expensive campsite I have ever stayed at in my 30 years of motorcycle travel, at well over $110USD for a simple area of grass for my tent.

The location is the best and staff is always helpful. We found the bathroom needs updating compared to other KOAs. This Maybe a function of reduced staffing….Our fire ring was in shambles and unusable. The lobster �� rolls may be the best on the island !!!!!

we were knowingly put in a cabin with no heat and all they did was bring over a space heater after waking up without any heat and both nights kept being woke up by something trying to chew its way through the kitchen floor and the staff did not seem concerned at all about the problems we were dealing with. this was the WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a beautiful location! We stayed in a cabin which was very nice however the toilets were missing paper towels and soap! And the shower was so dirty we couldn’t even shower, thankfully we only stayed one night.

Most fabulous stay! Loved it so much we already booked for next year. Nice staff, nicely stocked store, cleanest of clean bathrooms/showers, has an adorable Lobster Trap Cafe serving Maine Lobster! Nightly text: last call for ice for fire wood and we will deliver! Another evening a mobile pie service came around (regret not getting a pie) One of my ALL. TIME. FAVORITE. SITES.! Thank you!

I would definitely recommend someone staying here if they were able to get an ocean front spot, those are fabulous or an ocean view! We had a great spot that was ocean view but also tucked away so we weren’t to close to other campers! They have a great little cafe that’s seasonal that’s a must for lobster! I’d stay again for sure, great location and easy to get to downtown bar harbor

Very convenient and close for visiting Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We go there every year with a very large group of friends. They all had the same feedback: the staff is very welcoming , very easy/simple to checkin. Wonderful and clean facilities. It is the best of the best, thanks to Michael the manager and his staff, they always make our stay magic, and very memorable. We love it, and we will be back soon !!

This campground is awesome! Acadia was incredible, Bar Harbor was amazing, and this place puts you right in the middle of all the action. You're just minutes from Acadia National Park and minutes from town, which makes it super convenient for exploring everything in the area. The service and people here are top notch—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning. I would 100% recommend this campground to anyone visiting Acadia or Bar Harbor
