We had a cabin stay and while we enjoyed our time there, there were a few things that would keep me from staying here again. Bathrooms: Semi-clean but foul odor. Showers - only three and very hard to get into. Facilities too far away. To pay for a cabin and have to walk at least 2/10 of a mile to get there seemed a bit much. Not much for activities for teens and adults.

One of the most picturesque campgrounds we have ever stayed in - surrounded by Ocean. People were extremely nice. The diner cooking lobster was a huge plus. Our site was very very small - we could not even t-bone our truck and had to park in an unused area. "Unisex" bathroom should have outside access for stalls - made me uncomfortable. Poor signage should have road names.

We loved our studio camping cabin! It had everything we needed, and great proximity to the water and campground happenings. This is my favorite place to stay in Bar Harbor!

Great communication with guests re activities… loved the text messaging Our lot was shockingly dislevel and lots were SO CLOSE together!

We were so pleased with Cabin 801. The waterfront site was so nice. Anytime we came in contact with a staff member, there was always a smile and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. Only drawback was the sewerage odor which seemed to be often. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future as the campground is beautiful and well maintained.

My biggest concern is that our site, 272, becomes more public access each year because there are no clear markers between us vs. public beach. Each year we’ve watch people traipse through our site to and from the beach. This year alone a kid climbed/stood on the table, many passed between us and the fire we had, 1 was directed from the beach to pee at the back of the site. Better marks would he

WiFi was absolutely pitiful. In and out constantly throughout our 2 week stay. Called the office and never got a reply back after they contacted the 3rd party managing the WiFi. Campground is a beautiful spot, which is why we keep returning, however it is very expensive, driving the need to stay on your A game. Bathroom cleanliness is also degrading.

This is the best KOA we’ve stayed at in Maine. It’s very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We love it here and we plan on coming back yearly.

Wonderful staff, beautiful campsite. Had good Wi-Fi at campsite so we could research activity plans in the area.This was very helpful in order to get the most from our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Parfait séjour. Les plus: service courtois, service de livraison de glace et de bois, vu sur l’océan magnifique. Les moins: l’arrivée très tardive de notre voisin(passé 22h.), propreté des toilettes en baisse(sale, manque de papier) Difficultés de réserver des sites de choix même un an d’avance. Au final ce fut un agréable séjour!

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! The first day, I texted the office to order firewood and ice (great idea, I wish more campgrounds did that), and I could not believe it was delivered in about 10 minutes. I was thinking a couple of hours. And that happened all week. When we had a campsite water pump alarm go off outside our site and texted, Jane was there in minutes.

Love the location and the site. We stayed in a camping cabin, which was perfect. I'd love to give a better rating but the bathrooms need some attention, the cafe not open Tuesday and Wednesday is a bummer and there weren't any activities on those days either. The location is amazing though, so we'd love to come back if the bathrooms were addressed (water leaking from toilets left it gross &smelly)

We will most likely return. After a small mishap with locking in our campsite (made right by the manager adding a discounted rate and free firewood), we enjoyed our stay. I took some credit away for the condition of bathroom #2 by the playground. It was never really clean and had empty soap dispensers for most of our week after repeatedly reporting the need for more soap. Overall, though, great!

This was our first time at your campground, and we LOVED it! Your staff was helpful and professional. The views were beautiful. We appreciated the texts updating us on last call to order wood and ice, as well as when the Lobster Shack would be open. Our only question is whether you have any plans to add a pool to your campground. It would be awesome to have a swim after a hike or sightseeing.

We understand your pet friendly and think that's great BUT our Kozy cabin #14 smelled of DOG SO BAD we slept with the door open (after spraying air freshner). Almost slepted in the car! THAT CABIN NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING! Not enough restrooms or showers for the number of people! Ladies room was out of soap half the time and the toilets all seem to leak...floor ALWAYS WET!

We have stayed in the same cabin for over 5 years. Time it was upgraded! The bathroom door won’t close, ceiling fan loud and looks ready to fall off, ants in bathroom , refrigerator freezes my food and bad smell from bathroom sink. Need more hooks in bathroom to help dry towels. The view is amazing and Wi-Fi is good . Please let me in early as a kindness if cabin is clean ! Good vibes this way.

I only rate as a 4 because they mow everyday. We were there 3 days they mowed our site twice. I would diffidently come back thou.

We stayed on Site 254 in the Big Rig Gravel area, which meant we had water and electric only. But the site had great views of the ocean, and the breeze was fantastic even though the temps were into the 80s. A few bench seats were positioned at the overlook to the shoreline. Only the first sites (deluxe oceanview) on the ocean end of each row were larger and had stone grills.

We have stayed at Oceanside KOA four times now. This time was four 10days. The shoreline and sunsets are beautiful. The staff is always great And the location is perfect for daily trips all around Acadia.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Our initial cabin had some issues and the staff remedied them immediately and the rest of our stay was wonderful. The cabin was clean, the grounds beautiful and well-maintained and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Love this campground…our favorite place in the US! People are awesome, helpful & friendly, & it is the most beautiful spot in the lower 48! Just wish the Lobster Cafe wasn’t closed on Tues.& Wed.

This was a very busy campground. Not our normal pace. Things still seemed to be clean. Activities were run for all ages. We only attended 1, but could over hear another. Food prices were reasonable. I would have loved to see an early morning option. Traveling and leaving early, that would have been a huge help!

The walk from the camping cabins to the bathrooms was far too long and dark. They were having sewerage problems during my stay so the smell was unpleasant a lot and eye watering/vomit inducing once.

Great campgrounds. Very well maintained with full service by the wonderful staff members. Kids enjoyed all the daily activities coordinated by the staff members.

We love it here! My only complaint is that the toilet paper in the bathrooms is like tissue paper! Too thin! Otherwise berthing was excellent!

Loved or tent site and loved that there is water and electric on site .We were in 422. I would have liked to have been able to reserve a site before we got there. There were only 2 to chose from. There was a cabin next door and the dog had a long rope and came on our side of the fence to potty. The owner did clean it up, but was a jarring note. The staff was friendly and everything was clean.
